Which I know all about injuries because I myself have extensive back and neck injuries Teaching correct form and how to create the mind muscle connection and how to train and motivate and building each clients confidence and helping achieve their goals and to become stronger and healthier. I've been training with Sarah for a year and a half, and the experience has been incredible. She listens to my individual needs and creates workouts that help me achieve my goals. She models every exercise to make sure I am doing them properly and safely. She explains exactly what muscle groups they are working and how varying the movements can change the impact. I have received a lot of compliments on how good I am looking. My husband told me my back was beautiful last week! If you are looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, and genuinely listens and cares about your progress, I recommend her!

I have worked with Sarah for a little over a year and the results are visible. I have worked with many other trainers and have gotten stronger and more stable which was my goal at first. I let Sarah know that I wanted to see more definition and she created a variety of workouts for me. I didn't know all of the ways to build muscle, she does. I even lost some weight along the way! She is also sure to pay attention to limitations or injuries you may have and adjust the workout. She has a real passion for helping people on their fitness journey.

Sarah is the real deal when it comes to personal trainer's. She knows her stuff. She provided me with the perfect plan to help get me back in shape. I have limitations due to injuries. She modify the workouts so I could strengthen my weak areas and not enjure myself. She is so motivating. Sarah is a great trainer!! We've worked out together for over a year, and I have learned so much. Even though I looked okay on the outside, I was losing bone mass and muscle mass on the inside. Very concerning.😟 Lifting weights and resistance training is the best remedy. I had no confidence in figuring out what to do, but Sarah has cured me of my ignorance and inspired me to push myself and make gains. She's the best!
