About My Coaching

With a diverse background in powerlifting, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and CrossFit, I bring a well-rounded and no-BS approach to personal training. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to break through a plateau, I specialize in helping everyday people get stronger, leaner, and more confident inside and outside the gym.

I’ve coached athletes across all levels—from competitive lifters to weekend warriors—but my true passion is working with the general population. I help busy adults lose fat, build strength, and develop a healthier relationship with training and nutrition without extreme measures or toxic fitness culture.

I’ve been working with Sean for about a year now, and it’s been a really excellent experience. Sean is knowledgeable and attentive to his clients. I came in as a bigger, 🌈 dude who hasn’t historically felt comfortable in gym spaces. Sean really helped me grow in that respect, and I consistently make gains. Sean is also generous with his knowledge - answers questions in a no-nonsense way that is really helpful. He also adjusts your workouts and nutrition depending on your needs and schedule.

Imagine all the qualities/ behaviours you are looking for in a great coach- extremely knowledgeable, able to customize the training to align with your goals and work around injuries, compassionate and encouraging at the same time, great sense of humor to liven up any training session. Sean has coached me for the past 4 years and added right around 200 lbs to my total. However, flexibility and his vast experience with every type of person is what sets him apart. From complete novices over 65 to world record holding athletes and everyone in between. He is also excellent with managing injuries. Under his guidance and watchful eyes I've learned how to train around an injury to promote healing whilst not sacrificing total progress. Game changer. Golden ticket.

Been training with Sean since Nov 2021. We’ve added a little over 300lbs to my total. Have had multiple setbacks with tweaks/aches but always find a way to work it out and keep improving.
Its not your stereotypical programming with 4 week sbd blocks. You’ll do movements/variations that are for you, and he will take out the bias by pushing you harder than if you were in your own.
Not only is he a great coach but a great friend who will look out for those around him and willing to give a hand in times of need.
