I have been working with Kevin since May, following his training plan and his recommendations for my calorie intake and macros, which I track in the MyNetDiary app.

At the end of August, my three‑month DEXA scan results came in, and I couldn't be happier- 7.5lb total weight loss, 8.6lb fat loss, 3.6% body fat drop, 1.2lb lean mass gain

I feel stronger, leaner, my clothes fit looser and better, and I'm more in control every week.

I credit this progress to Kevin's guidance, expertise, and encouragement in helping me become my best. I still have goals ahead, but I am very satisfied with how far I have come. Even my daughter trained with Kevin during her summer break and saw great improvement.

Kevin is definitely a knowledgeable trainer, he is also really understanding. I taught myself to lift and workout my entire adult life. So when I wanted to get back into shape, I was nervous and self conscious about my performance level because it wasn’t where it used to be. This was also my first time getting trained by someone. Kevin made me feel really comfortable, he took the time to pause and talk through it with me after I got really frustrated with myself. He motivated me to keep going, finish the workout and I ended up having a great time there. Thanks Kevin for treating me with such kindness!

THE REALITY is that I've spent several years on 'working out' and 'dieting', but I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. I needed a change and someone to guide me along the way. That person has been Kevin!

Over these last few months of working with him, I've hit my weight loss and strength goals! He helped me to get my nutrition in order as well.
