I’m Alberta, a trainer with 15+ years of experience helping women take control of their health and feel proud of their progress—without the overwhelm.

I train clients one-on-one in a quiet, exclusive-access gym. Each session includes a 50-minute workout and support with habits, nutrition, and consistency.

I don’t have enough words to thank Alberta! I have worked with trainers before, and it is always helpful, but at 50 it just got a lot harder. Alberta is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, she understands the importance of creating a strong foundation which includes strength AND mobility. I’m as strong as I’ve ever been, my energy is good, and I’ve been able to push myself without injury. Hitting menopause was tough. I had a lot of muscular skeletal pain and my energy level dipped. My workouts have been essential to managing all of that and feeling like myself again. My workouts with Alberta are priceless. She is knowledgeable, kind, and understands that clients are both investing their money and their trust. She is the best! Best investment! I am grateful for ever minute I get to move my body and soak up her expertise.

She is the best instructor I have EVER experienced: unique combination of professionalism; technical skills and personality. She is punctual and prepared. Alberta has been the instructor in my small group (max. 12 people) curcuit class. She is an outstanding trainer. Every class was different which kept it interesting. Every class was tough, pushing us to work harder. She was constantly there to correct our form so that we got the most out of each exercise and didn't injury ourselves. We warmed up before each class and stretched at the end. I highly recommend Alberta for group instruction and personal training .
