Shine Hot Pilates offers a fresh take on Hot Pilates, Sculpt, and Strength classes. We offer 55 and 45-minute in a 90+ degree heated room. Plano is our 3rd location in the Dallas area, and we are known for our excellent playlists, unique moves, and real results.
Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt delivers a sexy and elevated version of a traditional mat pilates workout open to all fitness levels. The Shine experience combines cardio and strength to build endurance and sculpt long, lean muscles with five different formats to choose from!

Love this place so much!! So much energy and so much fun! The teachers are so motivating and I love the dark room and the Loud music— especially the millennial rap songs!

Her classes are the perfect mix of challenge and motivation!! she pushes you in the best way possible while keeping the energy high and the vibes so positive. This place is incredible!! First off amenities!!! I am a busy mom/business owner on the go. My schedule runs on stop here at this exact time, next place next. Their class hours work so well and they have onsite changing rooms, on site showers WITH TOWELS PROVIDED, they have tampons, hair ties, spray deodorants if you forget anything. This place knows what it is doing !!!!! The coaches and owners and front desk are ALL so personable. Classes are always full and the environment and women are so welcoming and amazing. I have done multiple Pilates classes at different locations not through shine but different companies and it is never a welcoming environment. This place knows what it’s doing the way they exercise uses a certain method too, that combines cardio and weights and body weight and it is an absolute workout!!! You will not be disappointed. Also to mention this place is always so clean and sanitary. They also provide towels for mid workouts and they do not have a smell. I say this because other places the towels have a weird smell, but they definitely are very clean.

Have been loving Shine Hot Pilates for about a year now. It’s a great change of pace from a reformer Pilates/lagree studio if you want to stay in the Pilates category. They have locations in Uptown Dallas and Walnut Hill which have been around for a while so you can def see all the lessons learned over the years in the Plano studio layout.
