Love, love, love Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt! I have been coming here 1-2 times a week for a little over a year and absolutely adore it! Ashley is my favorite instructor, but I have never had a bad experience with any instructor. This isn't your classic pilates class, but in my opinion it is even better! It is high energy, fun, and HOT! I always walk out feeling like I got a great workout in, and I have noticed a serious improvement in my fitness since I started coming here consistently. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good, spicy, sweat sesh!

I immediately got an unlimited membership after my first trial class. Of many different workout classes I have tried, Shine has had the all-around best music, instructors, cleanliness, difficulty, heat, etc.. have loved every instructor I have take a class with and love that you can select your spot in the room on the app.

By far favorite heated mat pilates studio in Dallas. Adam is an incredible instructor. Entertaining, upbeat, and always brining good energy. The music went out in beginning of class today and he handled it like a professional. Class was still amazing even with music from a laptop. 10/10 experience.

Joanna is a cut above. I have brought friends and family to this studio just to take her classes. This studio is always clean, inviting, and inclusive. Best hot mat classes in the DFW by far.

Just took Jackie’s hot Pilates class and it was amazing!! Takes a few times to get the moves and pace down but she kept it really fun and at a good pace. Love her all classes!

Since moving to Dallas, Shine has become my favorite place!!! My favorite instructor is Danielle DeCastro. She is so consistent, has the BEST playlists, doesn't miss a beat with the movements, provides easy to follow instruction the entire time, and reaaaally motivates you to do your best. She is basically the Gordon Ramsay of pilates.

I never feel more strong and capable than after a Shine class! Love y'all!
