Thanks to Shanna and Laura I love pilates! I started my pilates journey around 2-years ago. I kept going to different studios but all of them were very fast paced and big classes. So someone that was starting out like me had a lot of questions and needed the instructor to help me. It was difficult to obtain help in these other studios and it just caused me to get frustrated every class. Something that added to my frustration was that I never felt welcomed in other studios. I felt judged by others since I was not able to do certain movements or did not know what I was doing. When I came into the studio for the first time I was welcomed by Shanna. She was really nice and guided me through my first class. I had such a great experience that I decided to go for the 1-year contract! I was so happy that I found a place where I can actually enjoy pilates. It's about to be 4 months since I've signed up, it's the best decision I've made! Laura has helped me in becoming better at pilates. She has taught me a lot and I appreciate the time she takes to make sure I'am obtaining the benefits from the workout. Every time I've booked a class with Laura, I feel relaxed and filled with energy. I've learned that it takes time to do well in pilates but one also needs a good instructor to do well!

This is the place! Truly welcoming, Shanna is amazing at meeting you where you are at. I am a beginner after decades of computer desk work. Traditional pilates at a slow and steady pace that amazes me. It feels so good to watch my flexibility improve every session. I’ve been taking pilates classes here for a while now, and its hands down one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had. Shanna really shines with her passion and knowledge—whether you're a newbie or advanced, she guides everyone flawlessly. She pays attention to form and safety, which has really boosted my progress.
The studio itself is such a welcoming and comfortable space to work out in. It has everything you need for a great session. I also love how they offer flexible class schedule; they offer classes at different levels throughout the day, which makes it easy to find something that fits my routine, no matter how busy I get.
Plus, their app is incredibly user-friendly! It’s simple to browse the class schedule and register for any classes. If you’re looking for a pilates studio that combines expertise, comfort, and convenience, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Shanna is the best Pilates instructor and I would never venture anywhere else! My mother in law and I both attend her classes and we absolutely love them! She is a thorough instructor with the passion and knowledge for Pilates and it shows.
I had tried out another studio before going to Shanna and was quite frankly intimidated and wouldn't want to return there.
Shanna makes you feel at ease if you are a beginner looking to start.

I've been coming here for around a month and am excited about all the benefits I'm seeing in my body already. I tried it on the suggestion of a friend for body strength. I love Shine Hardcore Pilates! I’ve been dealing with back pain for years, also with numbness and tingling radiating down my leg. Over the past few years it slowly improved, but it was Pilates with Shine Hardcore that really made the difference. My core and back are much stronger, and the stretching has helped so much. I don’t even think about my back pain anymore since it’s pretty much non-existent. Shanna is super personable and tailors classes to each person. Which is another thing that sets Shine apart- small studio with lots of individual attention. I totally recommend giving it a try, especially if you need to stretch and strengthen your back and core.

I can not say enough good things about this place, very impressed! The location is very convenient and easy to get to and the studio itself felt great inside. Shanna and her team are experts at what they do, making my wife and I very comfortable with the machines while telling us what we're doing and why. Very knowledgeable. It was a great workout and isolated unique muscles and a lot more core than I usually get from working out with weights. For anyone in Cedar Park or the surrounding areas I would HIGHLY recommended this studio weather you're a beginner or have been doing it for years, this is the place to go!

I am really pleased with the classes I have had at Shine! Shanna is so attentive and knowledgeable about the science behind making Pilates work on the different parts of the body. She makes the class fun and gears it to your level. She does it in a way that does not make you feel self conscious. As an anonymous account, I had a mixed experience with Shanna's classes. While there were positives, a couple of concerns affected my overall satisfaction.

Shanna's occasional phone usage during class hindered her ability to monitor our postures effectively. Additionally, she frequently went off on tangents about her personal life, causing her to lose track of the class agenda.

Although I have remaining classes, I hope to see improvements. If these issues persist, I would recommend exploring other options.

It has been very difficult to handle the effects of both Covid-19 and Multiple Sclerosis. After learning of my situation, Ms. Hein knew precisely how to build strength in my core muscles and help me regain the use of my legs. I am now able to walk without assistance. I have confidence in both my professional and personal life I never thought I would have. Her engaging personality and welcoming attitude have always been present since the day I met her. After years of going to the chiropractor, a physical therapist suggested going to pilates.I have been going for the past 6 months and have had amazing results. What I like about SHINE HardCORE is the personalized attention I get. The classes are smaller than other studios and that allows the instructors to really ensure I have proper form and am safe. I could not recommend this place enough.

Shana is the absolute best! She is always in a happy positive mood, and keeps the class flowing with her instruction. Very knowledgeable of her craft, Shanna is the best instructor I have ever had. I dropped a few pounds but dropped a whole size because pilates makes your muscles long and lean. It doesn't bulk you up. So people I hadn't seen in awhile really noticed when I showed up to the birthday party.
Hubs and I started working with Shanna Hein in November 2021 starting once a week and quickly realized I would get much more benefit going more. So I bought a package just for me and went 2x/week. In the 6mo I got to go, it made a massive difference for my flexibility and strength. If you know my mobility issues, you know that the fact that I could run up and down the stairs and sit cross-legged and upright at the same time is a huge deal. My posture improved and there was this one time at Costco I was loading really heavy water softener salt bags and this little elderly couple stood looking at the pallet and then looked at me imploringly. I got their bags in their cart and it didn't hurt! I felt so strong and prior, those bags were the death of me every time.
