The shower heads need to be fixed for customers that come workout here in the daily and support your business… I understand about Exercise machines being expensive not being able to have every gym the same. Home Depot has affordable shower heads this is a safely hazard!!!

Absolutely great gym only caveat is the men’s restroom is a bit broken but other than that the staff is great. Specifically Tianna and Luey, they always are welcoming and full of energy. They both are super helpful and provide great customer service!

I would have given it 5 stars. However, the temperature is too hot.
Otherwise, I love this gym. I can superset without having to walk a long distance. Great machines. It’s never crowded.
Accessible hours. Highly recommend Show Offz Gym to the ones looking for serious fitness/muscle development.

Went there today to get a smoothie and the guy that was in the front counter making them was so apathetic and rude. Went there with a friend and asked about the macros of the smoothies and he said “I don’t know bro they didn’t tell me that” looking at us like we were wasting his time. We payed and, first off, he took forever to make two shakes and when he made them he just walked away and never told us anything and never came back. Like I guess yeah he made them and had them ready but the service was so horrible, this guy just walks away without a word said, who knows how long the smoothies were there for and we only noticed they were there because he took too long so we were like what’s going on. And yes, I understand it’s a great gym but I mean the customer service in the front literally made me hate it there. I’m never going back just because of this since I appreciate a good service and kind manners, not what this long hair guy did.

So the other day a friend of mine was asking me about what I thought about Sho Offz and I told him I really liked it. The thing I emphasized was the atmosphere of the gym. Granted I’m one of the oldest; if not the oldest member there but I’m not bothered by that, because I’m there for one reason only and that is to workout. Granted a couple of pieces of equipment needs to be replaced or at least worked on I.e the muti-exercise machine closest to the front door needs to be worked on and then there’s some kind of squat piece of equipment which is a poor excuse of a pendulum squat machine. But whatever…the place is really chill and it’s kind of a community of exercise enthusiasts that have found their church and congregation with like minded attitude of working on themselves to become better. As far as the shirtlessness that goes on in the gym it just gives me that extra push to work a little harder. Although at 63 years old…..
I don’t know, for me it’s a cool gym and you can definitely get a great workout. And if you pay a little extra, you’re able to workout whenever you want with the 24hr use option.

Buddy at the bottom has never seen a good gym before . Quite the opposite of everything he’s referring to . For an open concept gym it is spacious and even for the only hours where there is people which is your typical 5pm to like 8pm there is barely like 20- 30 people tops at a time compared to all other gyms i have been to . The environment is even better and the people either do keep to themselves or are very open and friendly , hardly see any cliques , and sure the occasional recording here and there but everyone keeps it in their area and are courteous to others with the shared space. Worth checking out and seeing if it’s a fit for you and truthfully with how nice everything is kept and comfortable the
environment feels im sure it’ll suit anyone !
