I administer weigh-ins that tell you BMI. Body Fat %, Muscular Skeletal %, Stomach FAT, as well as fitness age. I can prepare you multiple types of Fitness Tests, group fitness, programs and, one on one personal training. I am proficient in strength and conditioning, Army physical fitness tests. experience distance running and sprinting coach, HIIT, Cycling, Circuit Training, TRX, and numerous other training programs. I met up with Scott once, that was all it took. He went over everything with me, answered my questions, corrected my posture and explained why and gave me pointers for more comfort and durability during my workouts. I passed my physical test without a sweat. Up to today, I keep up with my nutrition diet and change it for when I need to lose weight or gain more muscle. I highly recommend this man. Scott, the owner and trainer of S.I. fitness is simply amazing. He is extremely passionate about training and helping others reach their fitness goals.
