I joined this CrossFit gym in June, and it has exceeded my expectations. The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to every athlete, regardless of experience level. Coming in with very little lifting background, I’ve already been able to reach several new personal records thanks to their guidance. The community is equally impressive—everyone is supportive, encouraging, and creates an environment that makes you look forward to each workout. Skyline Fitness is hands-down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! The CrossFit workouts are challenging in the best way, and the coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about your progress. The atmosphere is so welcoming — whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll feel right at home. The equipment is top-notch, the space is always clean, and the community energy makes every workout something to look forward to. I used to go to their first location (The Heights⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), but since Skyline Oak Forest opened, I decided to check it out - and I’m so glad I did! The coaching is Top-notch. I really appreciate having a coach who not only helps me with my technique but also takes the time to pay attention to everyone and adjust the workout as needed. Plus, they always encourage me to push myself and improve.
Honestly, coming here is the highlight of my day! Every workout challenges me in the best way, and I’ve definitely seen progress since I started coming more than three times a week. If you’re still unsure, definitely try the intro class - you won’t regret it!!

I have been slowly getting back into fitness after hurting my back in a car accident. The coaches at skyline have been so incredibly kind and supportive in that journey. They have tailored each workout to my ability level so I never feel like I am weak or at the bottom of the class. I leave each workout feeling excited about what I have been able to accomplish. I've taken classes with Nacho and Lad so far, and I can say with confidence that you are looking at one of the best CrossFit gyms in Houston. Safety is clearly their #1 priority. As a physical therapist, it's reassuring to see these coaches identify the beginners in the class, and offer timely modifications when they struggle with any exercises. In my case, I have an old wrist injury that can be limiting, but these guys have been able to suggest the modifications I need to be a part of the community and get a killer workout! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you'll feel right at home here.
