This no longer exists, not sure why Google says it does. Get it together, Larry.

The Hilton Skyline had charged me twice in one month for my gym membership. Upon calling to inquire about this, as well as add a 3rd friend to my account, a Patrick Lavender yelled at me on the phone. He claimed that only immediate family members are allowed on accounts and that my friend and I must have “slipped by.” Patrick then proceeded to threaten cancellation of my account without even telling me why it was charged twice. I’ve had my membership for over a year without any problems, but I haven’t gone in the past couple months. All I did was make a simple inquiry and unknowingly called out Patrick’s malpractice; to which I was met with hostility and threats. I had to spend an hour + on the phone with “guest” services just for them to look into recovering my funds and account… Moral of the story, Patrick Lavender at Hilton Skyline Austin SUCKS!

Amendment 01/25/20: So, I deccided to give the Spa another chance and I was pleasantly surprised. This time they were expecting and greeted me right away and got may day started. I can only assume they are under new management and Kelly has done wonders with the place. Everyone was inviting and creating a relaxing energy that can be felt through out. The facility was very clean which is a change from last visit. This time I felt like I was at a Spa. I was booked with their Masseur Josh....ladies, he's such a cutie but nevertheless my massage was great! I usually have trouble quieting my mind to relax during a massage but this time is was having trouble holding on to thoughts as my body relaxed under his care, think I even dozed off. I am so happy I gave the Skyline Spa a second chance. What a difference! I highly recommend that you give them a try.
I was so excited to enjoy my day at the spa. However, I was greatly disappointed. The young lady at the front desk was not very inviting at all. Not rude but not helpful. Simply said "you can go change into your robe". Did not bother to show me where are what to do until I asked her twice. Just get undressed. I set around waiting. Finally they are ready for me. The massage...it basically felt like she just rubbed oil on me. Worst massage I have ever had and for the price the charge, NOT WORTH HALF OF IT. I was advised parking would be validated. Go to the front desk and I'm set, right? Nope! Get to the gate to leave, insert my ticket b $16.24. 😠😠

I used to be a member at this club, and enjoyed it until they changed everything. During sxsw they got rid of free parking, increased monthly price, and became more and more stingy with amenities such as towels/fruit/sandals/gym keys. They also do not include guests now either, and you only get 6 passes per year to bring someone... This club clearly targets a certain population such as upper class single individuals who live downtown, and aren't affected by the changes they've made. I have had workers accuse me of not even being a member just because of my appearance which is insulting, inappropriate, and makes the Hilton look unprofessional even though they are separate entities. This spa USED to be relaxing, but now it is more of a hassle than a retreat.

My first post was not posted. I guess as I posted a 2. As I said previously, the massage was fine. The headrest kept falling off from the massage table, the table was very lumpy and the sheet had a big tear in it. I told the masseuse but was not changed. Both saunas were broken and the pool was filled with a lot of children and yelling parents. Not a relaxing day.

Great place for a staycation! The massage was pretty gentle but ultra relaxing. Food prices can be a bit high if ordering room service. Very close to other restaurants if you want to walk for lunch or dinner.

I visited the spa floor for a massage and to use the pool area. For my massage, I was provided with a locker, robe and slippers. If you are plus sized, the robe WILL NOT FIT. I wear an 18. The robe was, maybe, a Large. It fit tight across my shoulders, cut into my underarms, and barely closed around my chest. Since I was to wear it while I sat out in the lobby to await my masseuse, I wrapped a towel around my hips underneath the robe to avoid flashing anyone. Not a comfortable or relaxing way to start. The 30 min signature massage was good. I really liked the fact that the oil they use is not scented.
The lobby is small, and obviously worn from use, but relatively comfortable.
The pool area is small but pleasant. There are lounge chairs and covered seating areas. There appears to be a small bar area. It was not open in the morning when I visited. The surface in the hottub is very, very rough. It was uncomfortable to walk on getting in. I would not wear a favorite swimsuit either as it tends to catch in the fabric.
