Terrible employees. Went to workout and employee was MIA to pay guest fee. Worked out with my brother(member). Employee showed up out of nowhere and told me to leave. Didn’t ask to pay a guest fee or ask anything. Just told me to leave. Terrible attitude, No people skills, zero business acumen. This business should really have someone with a little charisma or common sense when talking to prospective members. Easy to see why this club has been struggling with membership and vehicle break-ins. Please train your employees to treat clients and their guests with respect. Shameful business practice. Improve the services and hire employees who know what they’re doing. Membership would probably increase if you had motivated people working here. If this guy is managing your club, you’re business will never blossom.

I like clean and safe environment but they run this location way too strictly. The main guy that works there always has something to say. I either avoid this location or I leave when he shows up. Love the chain of gyms but not this location

Clean. Been coming here for a couple of years. Even when busy it is quiet and you can find something to workout on. Nights/weekends are very open and great for working out. Great for cardio and seniors, jump on a treadmill, exercise bike or eliptical for an hour and watch tv while you exercise. I use to use 24 hr fitness in Meyerland Plaza but they were noisy and dirty. And now they are closed. People here keep to themselves and gym is great place to workout to get into shape. Keycard has to be purchased but well worth it, how many places can you get 24hr, 7 days a week access. Most gyms in area are closed night and Sundays.

Talked with front desk person to activate my membership through "Active and Fit". The guy was trying me to talk into activating at some other snap locations. Then in the middle of the process he told they dont take people with IDs out of state. Seemed like he just doesn't want to do the work. Very unpleasant experience from the begging to the end. Would recommend anybody to look for other gym in the area.

I've been going to Snap Fitness for several months now and absolutely love it. I tried several of the larger gyms in the area and they were so incredibly overcrowded - it was miserable. Snap Fitness is small but has everything you need to work every muscle group, as well as cardio equipment. Could some of the equipment use updating? Sure. But overall, it's a great neighborhood gym and is very safe/secure due to each member having a key card. Love this gym!

I wish I could give this gym zero stars. I was out of town and decided to go to this Snap fitness assuming it would be like the one I go to in San Antonio... It was BY FAR THE WORST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! REALLY old equipment some of it even had tape on it. There's no water fountain. It's really bad words cannot describe. I don't see how this gym can legally be open. Needless to say. The next day I found another Snap fitness off 290 in Houston and it was GREAT like my good ole San Antonio Snap fitness!

I almost don't want to review, because I don't want the world to discover my secret personal gym! This gym is perfect. Always clean, never crowded, the staff is great, 24 hours, great pricing, and great machine ranges. Everything I could possibly ask for...except for ellipticals, lol...i do miss those. Still, I don't want to go anywhere else for my membership. I love it here.
