Per my experience this Gym is ok.
Not to many machines and sometimes does machines don’t work, equipment is broken, weights are wear off, people don’t clean after them selfs, no clean towels available either late in the evening or early in the morning. A lot of teens just going from one machine to another. People letting others come in without a badge. Will be nice if they had staff available 24/7 to check on the door, and if they would have family membership.

They don’t answer the phone. And they charged so much fees for a $350 machine. I guess this is what you get when you’re in a small town. I would not tell my family of friends to come here.

Terrible cancellation policy. I am a college student who call to cancel my membership because I will no longer be needing and they charge you and extra month for no reason. Absolutely terrible!

5 stars because from our research it’s the best gym available in Lockhart. Clean facility, no smells, air conditioning, no music so you can listen to your own, a few classes, and a well lit clean parking area.

I do enjoy the gym, location is still convenient and being the only 24 hour option, it's great. Equipment is more than sufficient, and the space is well maintained. So far, every is very good about wiping everything down when finished. Very clean. I noticed there is a hydro massage chair, just haven't used it yet. Great that there are 2 showers.

Love Snap Fitness. Facility is open 24 hours a day. Always clean and tidy and has a helpful staff who are available during regular business hours.
Parking is easy and machines are always available in the am.

Good gym, good vibes, good people. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars for me is the lack of a pool/sauna/jacuzzi but hey that's just what I'm used to at a gym. Definitely a great gym for the money.

Didn't get any information on services available on sign up, no discussion of any kind of classes available in person, online, or even the wifi password. It was strictly process paperwork collect billing information. Although I was happy to wait, reception insisted on trying to process me and another party at the same time, leaving me feeling inconsequential and a nuisance. Did not review the sanitation requirements, any of the machines, free weights etc, even though I explained I was a complete novice. Until I can get time when they are staffed, and learn how to properly use other machines, I'm sticking with treadmill and bikes. My goal is increased health not injury.

State of the art gym with professional staff, consistently clean, well ventilated, perfectly spaced, trainers available, massage bed (pay+), individual shower room, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking….. all workout options are available and for a low cost. A very clean environment, equipment that is clean and in good working condition, plenty of parking spaces, water available for one dollar on the honor system, free mints available should your sugar drop while working out, always open, a friendly environment and welcoming staff. I enjoy personal training sessions that have helped with my diabetes, my balance and flexibility. My trainer, Mario Gutierrez, is trained in medical conditions and is always very encouraging, patient and super friendly. Totally recommend Snap Fitness and my personal trainer, Mario.. the soccer player.
