The Clay Mathis location is a great place to exercise. It's well maintained, has friendly staffing, and great equipment.I have really enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend the facility.

This place was great until they let Tammy take over!The trainer that was supposed to train me he quit and then we never got the right timing for him to train me so when my membership ran out my $500 went to the gym that I never was able to get my training so I tried to get Tammy to put the five hundred bucks toward my gym membership but she begins to argue with me and I think this is the reason why there's no good customer service and they are losing all of their business I think that needs to be up Under New Management because I don't think people will go to places they think we'll be treating them as if there are not supposed to be at that gym! But it is explains why the gym is about to close down and no one wants to really go there they find other gyms to go to because that is a place where the youngsters hang out at and people have stolen stuff from them and there's no good customer service in the place and always not clean no one ever answers the phone there.Instead of her trying to work out the problem with me,She is not good manager material I would not recommend you going to get a membership here because the badges never work and I think the owner needs to come back and run her own business because of the poor handling that is going on with her gym!This lady do not need to be hired at no gym worst trainer ever!

Absolute worst. Paying for a membership that is supposed to include On Demand workout video's and it has been down since March. I've complained several times about it and asked when it will be working again (as this is a big reason we chose this gym and not Impact Fitness in Forney for $20 a month) and all they ever say is that they are working on it.

I WAS TRYING TO BUY THIS SNAPFITNESS for 25,000 for Gym +29,500 for transfer franchise. Because I'm an investor, so i was doing my research. They never Picked up phone called (10 times). Management never there, machines old. Place is dirty. Kids hangout and not workout. Good luck getting rid of it. Ill let Carolyn Tedesco know.

Don't ever go here, management is retarded and the machines are all 499 years old. Waste of money. If you want an actually Gym that's 24 hours go down the street to anytime fitness. ANYTIME FITNESS IS WAY BETTER.

I found this gym to be a decent place to work-out at....however, it does smell like sweat! I will be contacting management! Hopefully they will address this issue so it will be a nicer place to visit when I come to Texas😊
