Date 1.6.24.. gym closed for a management change, they are leaving the Snap franchise
Not sure if they will come back as before. Hope so, as I enjoyed the place ,been going there a long time.
Am told it could take a month to revamp. New name and new agenda. I seem to have fallen off their email list, so won't get updates.

Highlights: still in business, family friendly (at least when I've been), great trainers, Ken is very kind; convenient location; enjoy the community of people here
Lowlights: deferred maintenance (cracked mirror, exposed electrical, small sections of missing baseboard), needs to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, hit or miss on availability of towels, could use new equipment.

This is the gym I have been looking for !! They have all the equipment I need and 24 hours for a great price. My brother and I are the ones that come here and most of the time itβs just us no one else itβs perfect. The staff if just amazing Kenn and David have helped me out and made me feel comfortable. Their customer service is with consummate elegance. The gym is spotless every time I go all wiped down and organized. Highly recommend 10/10!!

Edit 2: Received refund
Edit: Ken responded promptly to an email requesting to cancel, and refunded the December payment(very nice compared to old management). However I've still been charged 3 months extra since I attempted to cancel, which is when the membership should've been cancelled.
Old: Impossible to cancel membership. They have not picked up calls or replied to voicemails for the past 6 months. I emailed them last month, was assured that the cancellation will be handled, then was charged again this month. Scummy business practice

The size of the gym is perfect! The trainers and administration are extremely talented, knowledgeable and very flexible to your schedule if you want an instructor. Also, the price is insanely good for what you're getting here!

My son is a US Marine and he came on leave from Okinawa, Japan for my wedding. He signed up for a month long membership just to use while he was here. Snap Fitness has been drafting his account for a year now and heβs called and sent emails repeatedly. I paid a visit to the gym and called the number on the door and the recording said they would return my call within 24 hours. Itβs been 4 days and Iβve heard nothing. If this is the way you do business and treat our active duty troops then you donβt deserve anyoneβs business! Youβre not even worthy of one star.

Impossible to sign up. No one ever there, no one ever answers phone, no one ever calls back. If itβs this difficult to sign up, I canβt even imagine how difficult it would be if you had a billing issue or something similar.

This is a Nice and Tidy Gym, with good selection of equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they also have few instructors here. Its normally very quiet during evenings. It's very reasonably priced with No contracts. Overall, I am happy with this gym. Only one minor issue is that they don't have a unassisted bench-press, apart from that all good.

Nice, clean, small neighborhood gym. Only two miles from where I work. It's 24/7 and signing up only took 10 minutes. I was provided a badge to allow me to enter whenever I please. There's no contract so you pay month to month @ $25/mo. They have cubbies in the front to store your items, a male and a female bathroom, and a single room to change/shower in if you need. There's a little water/cup thing in case you didn't being your own water. There's also towels and sanitation wipes to wipe down your area. No one bothers you, everyone is there to improve themselves. I have yet to run into some troublesome youngsters that others claim to make it less appealing, but I will revise this review if I have any new updates. Love this gym!

I have few complaints they have broken weighing scale which shows wrong weight, it need battery change too, They should get some thing new. Training area is locked on Sunday.

Good equipment. Very quiet because not many go there. Thy have 1 shower so it's convenient. It's right next to a Starbucks so it's nice to grab a jolt after the workout.

Great place. I went here every couple of days for a year. Place was almost always clean, all the equipment was in working condition, the owner and trainers were respectful and friendly. Then I had to move because of school. Still this was one of the better gym experience i had.
