Great new space!!
The old location was great but the new space is perfect. On Sienna Parkway near the tollway. Theres new equipment and the bathrooms are wide open and spacious. Excellent work out experience.

I joined Snap pre-Covid as I was tired of all the gym jerks sitting on equipment while on their phones. I wanted a smaller gym without all the rudeness. I found that at SNAP. Yes, the new facility is smaller but there has never been more than 10 people in there while I am training. It has everything I need for my goals. The Equipment is top-notch and there is plenty of it. It is clean, quiet and open 24/7. I worked with Damond and have lost 35 pounds since June and feel great.

This business doesn’t know how to keep costumers. I’ve talked to many individuals who have gone to this fitness, and most almost all of them are quitting and leaving to EOS fitness, including me. The owner doesn’t know how to manage their business. I understand you want to cut down on rent, but your solution obviously didn't work out as planned.

I have been at snap for almost 5 years and was perfectly happy with the gym, so when I found out the gym was moving and we were getting better equipment I was excited to see how they would improve it. now that I have seen the new gym for myself I am not a fan of it and thats putting it lightly. The new gym is a fraction of the size of the old facility and the some of old equipment that I liked has been replaced with worse clunkier versions of the old equipment. if you're clausterphobic this is NOT the gym for you, all the machines are shoved into a tiny area and I constantly trip over them. I enjoyed my time at snap and I appreciate it for helping me get stonger during my time there, but I am canceling my membership and will be moving to a different gym.

New location - a little smaller than the original but still sufficient. They have added a lot of new (and better) equipment. It is quieter and cleaner than the larger gyms around and most importantly, it is available 24/7!

The other day, my husband and I came to the gym, and he had forgotten his key tag. When we arrived, the front desk associate, Kyrie (young African American with blonde twists/braids), was working out at the time. My husband stood at the door for about a minute, and Kyrie blatantly ignored him instead of letting him in.

I came to the door after noticing she had ignored him to see if anyone would let us in, and eventually another member did. When I asked Kyrie for her name, she admitted she recognized my husband but still hadn’t helped him. Her response was, “oh, I was going to let you guys in,” which was clearly untrue given that she had already seen him waiting.

Whether on the clock or not, staff members are still the face of the gym, and blatantly ignoring a member they regularly check in is not a good look. It leaves a negative impression and doesn’t reflect the level of service members should expect. Will be cancelling his membership.

My partner and I left feeling intimidated and very unwelcome. Initially, we were returning to Snap Fitness to activate our membership after a while. During our first workout back, we were given permission by staff to enter a gated area, but several CrossFit members inside confronted us aggressively — one even called my boyfriend a “dickhead.” What should have been a simple misunderstanding was handled poorly by both the members and staff, creating an unnecessarily hostile environment. As members, we expected a safe and respectful space. We will not be returning to Snap Fitness.

I love, love, love this gym. It's just the right size to do everything you want without feeling crowded. I started going during covid and now can't imagine going back to a larger gym. The cleanliness is unmatched. Lastly, since working with Charles my son has put on 20 lbs of clean muscle that has helped his golf game tremendously.

Good gym well rounded. Has cross fit equipment and cardio as well as your typical stuff. However very thin benches, only tx deadlift bars, one squat rack facing away from the mirror and one ez curl bar for those that care about that. Good people and staff

I’ve been going here since September 2021. I was at LA Fitness but this gym is closer to my home. This is a pretty decent gym to get a good work out in. The pro for me is the 24hr access as I have long work days. I can work out anytime and even on holidays. The cons are there are no lockers(which I hate because anyone has access to my belongings) and there’s no showers.?The fact that the highway 6 location has lockers and 2 showers upsets me. It makes more sense to place lockers where there are open cubbies. The other con is not enough equipment. More free weight machines (especially chest and back would be nice). Overall pretty good gym but I do expect more from a sienna location.

Great place, much better than the one at Hwy 6...They have a proper incline bench and flat bench which hwy 6 did have but the new owner replaced it with power racks, because logic. Snap Fitness Sienna Plantation is really a great gym, it has it's own powerlifting area, the only thing they need is a deadlift bar, which they do not have. Also Hwy 6 sucks, they do not have enough 45 lb plates or any 35lb plates, not enough plate racks, while Sienna Plantation has all of that, plenty of 45s, 35s, 25s, 10s, 5s, and 2.5 lb plates. If you are going to choose a Snap Fitness...choose Sienna Plantation.

I'm a little frustrated because I went to two gyms early this morning, one in pearland the other off of chimney rock, thinking that someone is wrong with my key card or the facility is closed. Well it was definitely the key card because when I had called after I had lost my card to update my payment information at the end of February/Early March, come to find out, the person who I had called never inputted that information in the system. Therefore, this morning I drove all around houston until I finally came to the conclusion that this what transpired after I had looked at my bank statements. Smh, definitely will be requesting to change home gyms as soon as their hours are open for business and I can talk to a representative.

Update:
I want to commend both the owner from sienna and the representative from missouri city for rectifying this situation with haste. I do wish I had received an email due to the switching of gyms and my account information. Now that my account is fine and I now have access due to this mishap, all is dandy. Thank you

Gym is very small but is jam packed with plenty of machines and options to work out. However, offers little "premium" options for premium pricing.

Finally what drove me to write this review is, I never signed up for monthly recurring charges nor have I stepped foot in the gym since my first visit but I was charged this morning. Waiting on reply from email and will update this review.

Edit: Owner reached out and was very professional. Waiting on outcome pending the investigation on how the charges were made

Edit 2: To clarify, by "premium pricing" was strictly my opinion, not suggesting they offer a lower rate and a premium rate. Owner was able to clear up the charges. So my review is based on the owners personal touch in trying to resolve the matter and trying to keep my business. Will definitely reconsider once covid is over.

I like warehouse gyms but for mainstream gym this snap fitness was different with the free weight room and chalk to use. If I lived in the area I would use it regularly when I couldn't go to the warehouse/underground gyms I love so.

We love working out at Snap. The gym has all the equipment we need and the staff is friendly and fun. We see a lot of neighbors and have met several new friends along the way. Snap feels like family. And, Blake Wesley is fantastic!!

Today is 1/26/2018 I just want to say this place USED TO BE CLEAN BUT for the last 2 weeks o noticed that there was only 1 spray bottle with the disinfectant so I have been having to walk around to find it when there are 3 stations for it.
NOW today there are NO DISINFECTANT SPRAY BOTTLES. So I can’t clean the machines I want to use. The flu is very bad this year and I just think there should be a way to clean the equipment. 😩
I feel like it’s not a clean place any more
