Hired a personal trainer for my first month and Amanda really helped me get into a good head and body space to take over my health journey. The staff is willing to help where needed and this space is very good for someone to come in and get a simple workout done quickly.

My husband and I love this gym! Bill and Kathy always have the best tips and advice for us two very out of shape parents of a five year old. The gym is super clean and has so many different options for workouts; whether it’s personal training, cardio, or weights. I’m a huge fan of the on demand workouts! Now that we have our routine, we feel like pros when we go on the days the gym isn’t staffed. Props to them for having such a great staff at a 24/7 gym!

I love this gym! The staff is great. Kathy has been amazing to me while I try and meet my goals. The gym has always been clean. I love the security I feel when the staff is off in the evenings and weekends. I couldn't ask for a better place and team while I work on my weight goals. I highly recommend this GYM!!!

It's the only gym in the area. Horrible ownership. One of if not the dirtiest gym I've been in. Absolutely disgusting. The squat room smells of dead animal. Filth everywhere. Dead bugs in all of the lights. The bathroom is disgusting with globs of dirt on the vent.

I will have to go elsewhere. I received an email not too long ago about their specials. I emailed and called and still no response. That was 2 months ago. I don’t have time to chase someone down. I also went by there and wasn’t able to get in. Very disappointed, I was hoping to go to a gym down the road from my house. Now looking elsewhere. Responding back to…….there’s NO CONFUSION here… I have the emails I sent and I can pull phone records. I did go by there 2 times and couldn’t get in and that was about 11:30 am so you are calling me a liar and that I am not!

Interested in joining a gym. Went during “office hours” and no one was there. Called the number on the door and left a message. No one called back after 2 weeks. Came back a little later and a trainer opened the door for me & insisted the mgr was here when I was earlier. She wasn’t. The cleaning girl showed me around. Gym smelled like mildew. She showed me an iPad in one of the rooms for workouts but then said internet was down. lol. Poorly run gym. Joined another gym in the area. Can’t have a successful gym if it is impossible for new members to join.

The manager Matt is really an awesome guy!! We are new members and my son is under age of 16 and he explained the rules to him, showed him around, and even spotted him when ny son had no one else to at the time!! The other young ladies have been very nice and helpful to him and his cousin- if your looking for a local, affordable gym with a 24/7 schedule to exercise, I recommend stopping by the gym today and start your membership.

I’ve contacted them twice since February to cancel my membership and they continue to attempt to charge my bank account. Have had to contact my bank to set up a block on all charges from them. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from them considering the gym itself was pretty good.

Prepare to jump through some hoops if you ever need to cancel your membership. I've called, I've showed up in-person TWICE. I also wrote a note & signed it. I was told today that is not good enough & they won't do emails. WOW! They say you have to sign a termination in-person but the location is hardly ever staffed so how does one do that exactly??? No one is there when they say they are there. I think this is done on purpose with a 30-day notice requirement to keep collecting monthly fees. I won't make the same mistake again. They absolutely refused to work with me by accommodating my busy schedule. The gym is fairly nice but again, no one is ever there. It becomes a high school kid gathering place where they cuss, slam equipment & get rowdy with zero consequence. I usually went at a later hour or a slow day in order to get anything done. Lowsy management...the worst.

Everything is clumped together, which makes it uncomfortable when it’s busy. It’s always super quiet one little sound and everyone staring at you. Terrible customer service too, even after cancellation they will try to get another month from you and charge your account. Stay away!!! Champion Fitness or the GEM is 1000x times better and the owners and workers are great!

Seems like a good idea but we were there a month charged us a second month and said we had to do a 30 days notice. The air was out in August for several days. Equipment is super outdated. Members allow people in at the door without a card after the guys are gone so if you come in the evenings expect a free for all. Don't waste your time or money here just drive to town. Worse $300 dollars I have ever paid for a 3wks of working out, just to stay close to home. BEWARE Justin signed us up said no contract, pay monthly never said anything about a 30 day notice to quit. Will said they both tell everyone that, but we weren’t told.

No one available at location during peak hours or any other time for that matter. Teenagers come in on certain nights and have the run of the place. And they make cancellations near impossible because they don't want to work with you to meet you there to sign the paperwork. Don't know why you cannot just send them an email that you want to cancel and have it canceled.

Equipment is being used up by teenagers that would sit down and just talk more than they are working out , they are so DIRTY they leave their equipment unclean. I literally had to clean their sweat off from equipments . ALL over the place people can't work out . I wish they would have a manager available at all times like any other 24 hour gym .

Extremely unprofessional. Bob used excessive profanity on the phone with me while I was on speaker phone and my boss was in the office. When I asked him why he thought that was good customer service he told me he was the manager and he can say anything that he wants to customers and he doesn’t care who is listening. I will NEVER go back there. Besides that the equipment is very limited and some is outdated and there are no showers. If you’re on your way to work you’ll need to go back home to shower. They don’t deserve even one star and Bob needs to lay off the steroids to keep his temper in check.
