Gym is great but the lady that works at the front is completely and totally horrible to be around and deal with. She is never nice, always sassy, and asks thousands of questions when you have minor payment issues or try to cancel your membership. If she gets fired maybe I will come

Was in town for 2 weeks, I called to see if they had day passes I could buy to work out because my hotel didn’t have a gym. I called during “office hours” never received a call back. Even if they didn’t do day passes they could have called back to tell me. Wouldn’t even give it a star considering they can’t call people back. Unprofessional.

I called up there to find out their hours, and I came in last minute to enroll. They are incredibly sweet, accommodating, efficient and professional!! The facilities are clean. The machines are new and always functional. The atmosphere is familial. The owner is a firefighter, and is as pleasant as could be. I could not recommend this place more!

I love Snap Fitness! Some of my favorite things are the variety of workout equipment offered, classes offered, tanning that is very reasonable, very nice showers (even though I haven’t used them yet I’m glad there is an option that is nice) and the place just being super clean. It doesn’t smell like sweat when you walk in. It’s always cool with the AC on and fans on full blast which is super nice when you are working your butt off and sweating so much. I feel safe in there as well, which is a super plus!❤️❤️

Love going to Snap Fitness! The classes are included in membership and there is a kid's room so I don't have to leave my children with a babysitter while I go for an hour! Very clean and has a variety of workout gear!

I absolutely love the gym atmosphere! It’s very clean, happy people who work there and a very diverse group of people... all ages and sizes who use the gym. The trainers are superb! James Lynn my trainer is awesome!! He has patiently worked with me for over a year, after walking in as a very overweight 54 year old, who had lost all hope of ever being healthy and feeling good. He bravely took on the challenge and continues to not just show me how to workout but has filled my brain with so much information that I never knew concerning being healthy! I am extremely grateful!

We've tried other gyms in town and it always felt like you were walking in on someone's family get together. At Snap Fitness we feel right at home.

The equipment is all brand new, top of the line with TVs and fans built into the treadmills, great body equipment with an app you can download to track your metrics.
