There is always broken/"out of order" gym equipment. They keep increasing their prices but can't seem to keep their equipment running or at least upgrade their equipment, some of the cardio machines are a little out dated. The one good thing about the gym is honestly the staff, they're always helpful, friendly, and they keep the gym clean. If it wasn't for them I would've given a lower rating.

Be aware of your surroundings, seems a lot of people are recording themselves and get upset if you get in the video... even if the equipment is unused for a period of time as long as someone is filming nearby they will approach you to let you know they weren't done with there sets..please don't look around to see what equipment is available you will be labeled a creeper and management will contact you about the incident...you've been warned..

Everyone at this gym are really nice. However - I’ve worked at multiple gyms and this place is so dirty. The group fitness room always has so much dirt on the floor. The equipment is dirty. There’s pools of sweat on everything. Please clean the gym itself and the equipment!

I would recommend this gym. The staff are always making sure the place is clean, which is really comforting. I have enjoyed my time here and am always ready to come back to get another workout in. I really love talking to Steph when I first get there and when I leave. She is awesome!

I love love coming to snap, I’ve always been the type to not like gyms because all the gyms I been to in the past I felt everyone was so judgmental but I don’t feel like that at all when I’m here at snap. Staff is always so friendly and willing to help with questions. Gym is also really clean so that’s a plus.

It's a decent place to work out, but it's not accommodating given that it's supposed to be a 24/7 fitness club. There are no staff present during the "off" hours and it makes it difficult to contact staff in person for those who workout during those times.

24/7, what a damn lie! Went in to workout and it was locked. I am paying to be able to workout 24/7, not sometimes. Not to mention how small this gym is, and it is always packed full of people; you have to wait in line to use free weights and the machines. I am definitely not paying anymore. If I could rate zero stars I would, don't waste your time.

This Snap Fitness is the worst experience I've ever had with a gym. They use the cheapest equipment and rob you every opportunity they get because there is no other competition in Uvalde other than Crossfit (both of which are great). My Snap membership in Lexington KY was $19 a month and almost twice the size and I had five of them to choose from. This Snap is $37 a month and they'll continue to rob you until people quit going. You need another gym in Uvalde.

It seemed like a great deal when they took my credit card number over the phone, prorated my fees, and then said I could cancel anytime at the end of the month. This sounded like a good deal as I'm a teacher and would not need the membership during the summer. It is May the 30th of 2013 and I stopped by to cancel my membership and they are still charging me for the month of June!! They said the cut off date for cancelation of membership is actually on the 25th and they could not prorate my account for these five days!!! The gym is very small with little room for floor work.
