Jaz is an absolute powerhouse at Solidcore! Her fire and confidence radiate through every class, pushing you to dig deeper and become stronger - physically and mentally. She's truly stepped into her own as a coach, creating an enviroment where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable of "reaching failure". If you are looking for motivation, energy and results, Jaz's class is an absolute must!

Google directions are inaccurate. It directed me to a wall by Orange theory. Arrived 10 minutes early and walked around for 15 minutes trying to locate the studio. Ended up leaving without taking the class I booked since I didn’t have a door code. Called their phone relentlessly for help finding the studio and no one answered. Beyond disappointed that I lost my check-in for the day.

Absolute worst service. This was my first class. I arrived 15 minutes early and was having issues with the door. The lady at the front desk just sat there and stared at me through the glass. This caused me to miss my class and be charged a fee. What a shame. I was in disbelief as I stood outside the door looking stupid. just wasted money and credits.

I absolutely love Solidcore. I’m surprised of the low ratings of this place. I’ve been coming here for years and have nothing but positive things to say! The instructors are extremely helpful and give hands on corrections when needed. The class itself is tough. I’ve done Pilates at previous places but Solidcore is my favorite hands down. I love a tough workout and to feel like I’ve actually done something. I would highly recommend this place to someone who wants to make changes in their body and likes a challenging workout!

I tried [Solidcore]for the first time today. London greeted me with a warm smile and the instructor Erica, was fantastic. She was motivating and took the time during class to make sure my equipment was properly adjusted. I had a great workout and will definitely be back! Great job! 5/5 stars!

Instead of spending hours in the gym, 50 minutes truly is all you need for an effective, total body workout. Been going here for more than 2 years after getting hooked from a third-party fitness class app. Even as a collegiate athlete, I never had defined arms or abs. [solidcore] classes changed that, and I find myself wearing stomach- and arm-baring clothes now, I feel so confident. Coaches are supportive, encouraging and are focused on safety. They get to know your name, so it's a welcoming environment. It's expensive, but they have quarterly challenges, pop-ups and great swag, so you get what you're paying for. Door entry can be confusing if you booked via third party -- download the [solidcore] app (third-party booking should still appear if you use the same email on both accounts) so you can find the code/easily enter. And yes, they will lock you out if you're more than 5 minutes late and the fee is hefty. Traffic sucks/things happen, but I appreciate that 1. Late people don't interrupt class and 2. It's also a safety thing -- if you're not on time to do the warmup, you're more likely to get injured. Depending on the membership level, it includes one free "late" pass for such situations. You will sweat -- bring a towel, water and sticky socks ... and tenacity, as this is a challenging workout. No showers, but they do stock products in the bathrooms to freshen up. While they offer beginner classes, this is best suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you have questions, I highly recommend texting the studio, as they tend to be the most responsive that way.

Great instructors, but whoever they have staffed at the front desk does not answer the phone and is completely relentless and unhelpful. I drove 50 minutes to attend a class here, 20 minutes of which was spent in bumper to bumper traffic on 75 that I could not have foreseen. I sprinted to the studio after parking and arrived at 4:06 for a 4pm class, 1 minute after the door to the studio auto locks, and although they had someone staffed at the front desk that day, which is not always the case, she was completely unsympathetic to my situation and refused to make a one-time exception even though I was clearly out of breath trying to rush to the studio as soon as I possibly could. When I asked if I could at least be rebooked into the next class (which still had empty spots) or if she could mark me as attending the class so I don’t get charged an additional cancellation fee, she also refused to help. I respect that Solidcore has a late policy, but I have never encountered a studio (other Solidcore studios included) that is this rigid and unreasonable to longstanding clients.
I am glad that there is a new Solidcore studio in Addison, as I won’t be returning to this location.

I really loved the workouts but giving it two stars bc I was lost most of the time. My only feedback would be to slow down instructions for intro classes. This was my first Pilates class ever and grouping 3-4 instructions at a time was overwhelming to remember and execute each one. I was exhausted halfway through not bc it was hard but bc I was so occupied w/ the fast paced instructions, the music, AND getting the form correct.

I have shown up for this class twice and haven’t been able to access the door even though the policy allows people to show up until 5 minutes after the specified class starts. They are unclear on their door instructions and the fact that no one works at the front desk doesn’t make this user friendly either. With the location being a little harder to access this becomes extremely frustrating.

I have not started and wish to join. I am still confused why a gym with high standards will not have a front desk help. I have called the gym more than 10 times and no one picks up. This is a very bad first impression. There should be a LIVE STAFF to speak with. This is a huge disappointment. I want to start this month

It was really good for my first time! I usually do HIIT and this was really hard for me but in a good way. The instructor was friendly and the workout made sense. I don’t know what the negative reviews here are about, studio was friendly even though I took a class through ClassPass.

I got here at 4:10, and the door was locked (class starts at 4:15-5:05 with Jennifer). I’m new to the area and solidcore, I believe this is only my 2nd class. The code I received via the app (Classpass) was incorrect. For 20 minutes, I tried to call or navigate myself to the correct code as the solidcore app wouldn’t allow me to utilize the code since I did not purchase it through them (the door states: download our app for the door code).
When I finally entered a new code, which I hope was the correct one, the door didn’t open. I tried knocking and calling, as well. I am very disappointed as I loved my first time here the other day and I really wanted to take this class. I would’ve expected someone to be at the front desk until 4:14, at the very least.

This was my second class with Gillian as I came back because I enjoyed my first class with her. Before we even began the class, she addressed me as a ClassPass user (as if this is something to be embarrassed of). She began instructing the class 2 minutes late because she was demoing a move for a new beginner. As we got to this move, my friend was asking me to help her with the move as it was difficult for her. Gillian proceeded to come up to us and say “what’s going on here” and as I said I was just helping her with the move (since Gillian was too preoccupied with the new member), she proceeded to call us disrespectful for speaking before class even began and tell us that we would’ve known how to do the move had we not been speaking during her demo (which she was showing to the new member, and before class had even started). She said we were disturbing the class and being rude. As we approached her at the end of class, she barely apologized and continued to blame us. As her being manager of the place, you would expect someone to apologize and be courteous to their clients, especially new clients who are willing to come back for a second class with her. I will never be returning to solidcore and will continue going to my home Pilates studio who are much more welcoming and know how to treat their clients well.

Shelby is awesome!!! I had my baby 4 months ago so this is my first attempt at legitimately getting back into shape. It’s one of the toughest workouts I’ve done but could actually feel a difference in my posture by the end of the week. You’ll be sore for about 4 days after but it’s totally worth it!
