Great workouts but nobody ever answers the phones. I’d avoid this location and check out the domain or downtown instead.

Love the workout and the coaches. Coaches are super welcoming and willing to help. They have great energy. Always leave with muscles shaking— which is the point :) I started four months ago and take once class per week due to the price.

Had my first ever pilates class here and will definitely be back. Nice studio, clean and I got a great workout. Was a friendly and welcoming environment. Jieyu was a great instructor and made me feel supported with it being my first time. Can’t wait to attend more classes with their 2 week unlimited intro offer.
Editing to add: I’ve been to several more classes at this location and have continued to have a great experience. Wanted to give a shoutout to Carla, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. Her classes have been my favorites so far, I highly recommend!

I had one of the BEST classes that I’ve ever been to with Coach Amanda! she did an excellent job of explaining each exercise and being a resource for everyone in the class. Her class was so motivating and she takes every chance to give you a unique experience. I would recommend coach Amanda and can’t wait to continue taking classes with her!

It’s impossible to redeem gift cards and they wouldn’t refund my purchase after the fact.

Left my purse in a locker after the last class of the evening, called and left multiple voicemails to ask them to set it aside since I wouldn’t be able to come get it till after my shift the next day (at a hospital 45 minutes away). Never heard anything back, drove an hour through traffic get it after I got off work the next day to find the front desk person sitting on her phone -apparently she hadn’t thought to check the phone or voicemails all day. I’ve taken 60+ classes at solidcore and really enjoyed it, but this is a problem at many locations (including this one) and I think I’ve just been put off going to it at all anymore. If you go, avoid this location.

I do love Sc but I left something in class and the door locked and I couldn’t get back in to get it. Had to wait for the next class to get out. I needed to try back to work. Huge waste of time. I’m SO frustrated that this place doesn’t have a front desk person it’s absurd. I wish there was a better lagree spot to go to. I would not recommend SC for this reason alone. Get a front desk person.

had a class with Cami 3:30 sat, who was an OK teacher - not great, but the bigger problem was that her voice was extremely loud and ear piercing, and when given feedback regarding how they should place the earplugs, she was extremely unreceptive, which means new people are likely to have ear damage when they leave. I've done about 30 classes of solid core downtown and think the program is generally very strong but if they can't take feedback or have teachers who actually care about students help then somethings wrong.

Horrible customer service. The no exceptions policy to being late is absurd. 1 minute too late due to unforeseen circumstances and told no, when I come here WEEKLY. I understand not wanting people to take advantage of it but an employee is more worried it will reflect poorly on her than actually being a decent human. Do not patronize this business.

I absolutely loved my experience at Solidcore! The mega reformer is a game changer and Heather was an amazing coach, along with the rest of the staff I took classes with! I noticed a significant difference in my body, I lost inches before weight and was able to reach my weight loss goals within the year I was there. The workout is challenging but Heather and the rest of the coaches made sure to provide modifications and encouragement throughout the class. It did take me about 6 classes to get comfortable with the movements and transitions, but once I did, I was hooked. The feeling of accomplishment after each class was amazing and I always left feeling sore but in a good way. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership due to moving out of state, but I will definitely be keeping an eye out for when they build one in my new area. Overall, I highly recommend Solidcore to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout!!

First of all let me say I have been trying to get out of working out since the 2nd grade lol and as an adult I hated working out cause I'm an instant gratification kinda girl. The 1st solidcore class I took, I was hooked. I knew right away that I was getting the right work out during and days after class. I was feeling it every where! It is a hard class, but so worth it. Even when I don't want to or get nervous about having to work so hard, I do it anyway. And am always so happy and honestly proud of myself. For someone who had absolutely no muscle mass to now. And I have the confidence to go in to the gym and do supplemental weight training on days I don't go to solidcore. Truly unbelievable for someone like me! I LOVE the motivation the instructors give during the whole class also. I'm obsessed. Thanks to solidcore and all the instructors here and downtown for keeping me motivated and accountable! Sorry for the long post !

I tried solidcore for the first time and had a great workout, but not such a great customer experience. Before the class began the instructor asked about any injuries, hosted a great workout and was really nice. When the class was about 5 minutes from ending I saw a lady exiting towards the lobby. Since my lower back injury was nagging I decided to follow suit. We were both very quiet and trying to be respectful. It was not made known to not exit before class ends / if you do so please do so in a certain way. Once we reached the lobby the lady before me exited the building and I was left putting on my shoes. All of a sudden an instructor who had been taking the class comes to me in a huff. He was inches from my face, had an aggressive tone and raised voice asking if I had a specific reason I decided to leave class early.. I was shocked at this tone and aggression so I asked him why? He said because I interrupted the class when I was leaving (still very aggressive) and then asked me again why I felt it fit to leave early. I said I apologize and it's my first time, I didn't know I needed to exit a certain way or do something other than what I did. I was just following the way the lady left before me. Shaken up, I gathered my items and when I was walking out the door he said so WHY did you feel it necessary to leave? I finally said I have a lower back injury and it was hurting. That is why. He then proceeded to ask if I told my instructor. I responded yes. By this time I'm halfway in the parking lot. He stood at the front door condescendingly yelling to me in the parking lot "what is your name?!". I just waved and continued to my car.
I have frequented many many workout studios and I have never been treated like this. This was appalling and startling- especially for a manager 's behavior. When I spoke with the area manager she was apologetic and said i'm sorry we missed your mark for your first class experience. She also re-butted the case with - when a client leaves early we like to make sure someone didn't injure themselves- My my my, he sure had a way of doing that. If that is the case they must send them to one heck of a training school. He was not in any way caring or trying to enhance my visit. She also didn't say she'd talk to this individual or resolve this with him. Nothing of that sort. Just that they're sorry they missed my mark for my first class. That is pretty concerning as well. Despite it all, she gave me a refund which was nice.
I highly suggest avoiding this location and finding another pilates studio. That's the beauty of Austin- we have lots of options!

I have never left a review, but I feel inclined to after my experience this morning. I’ve been looking for an inviting, welcoming Pilates studio, and this is not it. First, I was stranded outside the studio. I didn’t realize that there is a code to get into the studio itself until someone else came up and punched it in. Out of the +20 studios I’ve attended in my life, never once have I ever needed a code to get in. Typically and expectedly, a staff member greets you. Second, never have I felt like a nuisance to an instructor until today. I’m new to this studio - clearly. I didn’t realize that solidcore has everyone on every other machine, and the instructor, irritated, let me know to go to a machine on the end. I unknowingly (again, I’m new) chose the wrong machine, and it wasn’t until after several minutes that the instructor came over and told me. Look, I just want to feel welcomed into a studio. Just a friendly “Hi!” Or if it’s not asking too much, “Welcome! Have you taken a class with us before?” Needless to say, if you also have the same expectations - and especially if you’re new to Pilates - I highly recommend that you find another studio.

My first ever solidcore experience with coach Grace was incredible. She kept the energy high, made sure that I was comfortable and helped me stay on track with the exercises. If you want great shakes with a good playlist PLEASE go see coach Grace at the triangle location!!

I started solidcore in 2019. I got pregnant a few months later. Because I looked amazing. I'm back to class to get my body back and after one month, I'm already seeing results. This is my favorite activity in my life right now. I love the staff and the studio is always clean. Totally worth it.

i was a bit skeptical coming here as a guy (no offense intended) since the class is rooted from pilates, but I have to say that this workout is REALLY intense and ALWAYS challenging. I've gym hopped quite a bit and I have to say I really love solid core. I've been going here for about a month now and I still am getting sore from these workouts. I would highly recommend this studio or the downtown studio as both are great! The staff are really friendly and motivate you through the entire "situation". The unlimited package is a little expensive but if you're going 4 times a week, I think it is definitely worth the expense

So this is an intense workout, it does push your body to the Limit I did enjoy the workout oh, it was well organized and the coaches did a great job, this is why I gave it to Stars instead of one. The reason I change my rating is the way they suck people in by trying to offer $39 for two classes however after you do the first one the second pass later on disappears which means you pay $39 for your first class when you could have just paid $37 for a regular class to me that just sucks. I don't do business like that and I don't like it when it is done to me. Plus I referred a lot of my clients to that place and told them about the new client special. And I wish I never did that.

I recommend everybody try SolidCore at least twice If you do, you will be hooked. I say twice because after your first class, you will be so sore you will think "I am never doing that again" unless you are like me and decide to sign up for the next one immediately. This class challengers muscles in different ways. It's intense, it's high energy and it's fun! Just do it once---I dare you!

This was a challenging workout to say the least. If you want to target your body and see what it’s capable of this is it. I go to Orangetheory 5 times a week so I thought I was in good shape but this kicked my butt. The intensity was high I couldn’t stop sweating and had to take multiple breaks. Loves the instructor the vibe and the music can’t wait to take another class.
