UPDATED REVIEW:
After almost 60 classes my favorite instructors in no particular order are: Sabrina, Lexie, Alex, Madison and Courtney!

OLD REVIEW:
Alex is the best coach!! I am someone who generally is nervous to go to workout classes but he is full of encouragement and pushes you to show up and be your best self. My only wish is that he had more 6:30AM classes!!

Kind staff and a challenging workout. Coaches were understanding about me needing to refrain from certain exercises with an injury. I just could have done without the overly loud music, but it was a good experience overall. Will be back.

I’ve been to a few Pilates classes and most are the same. The differences I see at solidcore are that the lights are dimmed so a little more of a private setting and feeling like the entire class isn’t watching everyone. Also helps make yourself focus on you when you are working out. The other difference is the instructor. My first class was today, and I had Alex who really was amazing. He showed the movements to the whole class, knew everyone’s name, even mine and I was a newcomer, and encouraged breaks when needed. My biggest dislike about Pilates is that I feel like I shouldn’t be taking a break, especially when I feel like the whole class is watching. And the instructors don’t encourage breaks. But solidcore has a different atmosphere, and I wish more instructors are as encouraging as Alex is. I will come back and take more classes with Alex!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from Solid Core, but I ended up loving it. The workout was super challenging (my muscles were shaking lol), but in a good way. What really made it amazing for me was the loud music – like, really loud – and I loved it. It made me feel so hyped and helped me push through the hard parts. The whole vibe was so intense but fun at the same time. The instructor had great energy and kept everyone motivated without being too much. I left the class tired but actually feeling really good. I’d totally do it again.

I am very happy with the classes that I have taken so far. I did sign up for the founders membership. As an older adult, this class is a challenge and will make you stronger. Also, it it helping with my knee pain

Music was too loud and the instructor was hard to understand because she was shouting into the mic. Her voice was muted. This could be an excellent class if the music was turned down so you could actually hear the instructions so you can transition to the next move. I guess I’m used to Andrew’s excellent instruction and demonstration at Club Pilates.

Went for my first class today and LOVED it!
It was extremely challenging but Shefali made me feel comfortable during the whole workout.
