I went to a stretch studio in fort worth and I have been suffering ever since. I had to take time off and go on really strong pain killers. Yoga has really helped my healing journey and I have reduced my painkillers intake. One must always take care of one's own health not let people you don't give you a cold stretch. ooouch. I was so stupid and gave my power away. I am now control of my body and I thank you for all your help and support.

I just love this studio. No matter what you're in the mood for—something challenging, something chill, or something in between—you can find a class that fits your vibe and what your body needs that day. Each instructor brings their own unique style, knowledge, and playlist. They meet you where you're at.
But honestly, what keeps me coming back is the community. It’s such a kind, inclusive, and welcoming space no matter your experience level or what kind of day you’re having. It’s not just the yoga (though the yoga's amazing)—it’s that I feel supported, reenergized, and connected. Can’t recommend it enough!

I have been a member of Soul Sweat since December 2021 and I owe their amazing instructors and fantastic variety of classes a lot of credit for my physical and mental well-being! No matter how exhausted and drained I am at the end of a long day at work, I know I’ll leave Soul Sweat feeling a million times better than I did when I entered. The staff does a wonderful job of keeping the energy in the studio upbeat and nonjudgmental while still dedicated to the integrity of the practice. Love it here!

Best Yoga Studio in the state of Texas hands down! More than a studio is a community of yogis guided by wonderful people who share their knowledge and expertise of their journeys. The heat will challenge you at first but your body will thank you for it at night! If you haven’t yet, please give it a try (you can thank me later)

TLDR: 10+ years of hot yoga experience and this studio has an environment of inclusivity while offering the widest range of classes and expertise levels.
I just completed a 30 day yoga challenge at SSHY. Not only is this studio absolutely gorgeous, but it keeps a yogi like me (10+ years of experience) engaged and excited to come back!
I started attending during the Summer Bingo Challenge (June 2025-August 2025) and this has been a fun way to explore all of their classes and instructors. They offer so much more than just hot yoga, such as aerial yoga, meditation, yin yoga, vinyasa, children’s classes, and strength training courses.
At this point, I’ve taken all of their instructors and I can say with confidence that they are all professional, kind, accommodating and invested in your success.
The studio represents a wide range of backgrounds, body sizes, genders, and experience levels. I believe most will feel welcome here!
For the germaphobes out there— this studio is very clean and each instructor follows consistent cleaning processes. Additionally, all the yogis respect the space and there’s hardly ever a “wet yoga” smell.
Kudos to Melinda and her team for creating such a positive, powerful, inclusive, and heart centered yoga home for all of Fort Worth’s yogis.
I’m excited to continue at this studio!
Namaste lovelies

The studio overall is fantastic! The new yogi special or Groupon deal for people wanting to try unlimited classes for 30 days is a really good deal! After that, the memberships are a little pricy, but competitive with other studios in the area. The studio, bathroom and lobby is very clean! In the women's restroom they even have complimentary face wash, face towels, spray deodorant, hair dryers, and mouthwash! They have showers and lockers to put your things in. The classes can get a little crowded, but that goes to show how much people love this studio! The sequence class is always the same flow and is great for meditating and self reflection. This class gets really hot: 100-105 degrees. The vinyasa classes are usually very challenging and always changing! They also offer aerial yoga classes and yin yoga (both not heated)! Make sure to reserve your spot on the mindbody app!
The instructors work with you to achieve your goals and are so attentive! They offer modifications for challenging poses to adapt to yogis from beginner to advanced! When I started, I was terrified to do inversions, and now I can do a headstand! The people at the studio are so friendly and I never feel judged!
TLDR: clean, classy studio with great instructors and a variety of classes with a welcoming environment for all levels!

Update 06/2025 - The quality keeps getting better and better. There is an array of new types of classes being offered. There are classes that fit every range from slow and restoration, fast and intense, and any combination in between. The aerial classes are fun and light-hearted, your chance to do Cirque de Soleil.
Great studio. Hot yoga will work up a sweat and relax you. Great way to gain core strength. They have great intro 30 day trials. The work shops are great ways to improve your skill and techniques. Each flow and vinyasa class is different. Great way to challenge yourself.

DO NOT come to this studio. Booked through ClassPass and showed up at 6:31 for a 6:30 class due to blocked traffic in the PAID parking lot, was told that I could not join the class but they will gladly check me in and take my ClassPass credit in exchange for NO class. With NO option for refund. Was told this was posted on the website but I booked through ClassPass?? Unbelievable that this studio has yoga in the name but has predatory undertones as a business practice. Namaste! You will need to breathe in and out for this one.

Following their response and after reading other reviews mentioning the same issues with music and locked doors — it’s clear these concerns are not isolated incidents. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to make this my studio, but unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
Second time coming here. 1st time I came they started the class late. Instructor started prob 5-10 min because I showed up exactly at 4:30p and was getting situated and I even used the restroom… Second time I came I was 2 mins late and the lady up front wouldn’t let me in. She stared at me through the window while I was standing outside and then slowly took her time to open the door and I mean slowly. She sat there, stared at me, went on her phone then got up and walked to tell me class started and wouldn’t let me in. During that time I could have walked into the class since they were stretching. It was a morning class and there was barely any people in that class from what I saw. I drive 30 mins to attend these classes, with traffic eta can change. It’s discouraging when you drive far for a class only to be told you can’t workout. Basically drove an hour total for nothing. There should at least be a 5 min grace period, esp with parking (finding parking sucks btw) having to pay parking, using restroom, changing etc. I’ve been to other yoga classes in other states and was never told I can’t workout even when I was a min late. But then to start our first class late kind of contradicts their rules. Another note is their music. It’s loud and not yoga music. It’s seems it’s “today’s music”. If I didn’t have an issue with the lock doors, only recommendation I would have is to put calm yoga music- zen. Sadly I’ll have to find a new place.

If I could individually write a review for each class I’ve experienced, each one would receive 5⭐️ reviews. If you know me, you know I have spent my life working hard to accomplish being a mom, pulling in two incomes and studying. It’s a stressful life. Tamla encouraged me to attend one of her classes and since then I’ve found myself grateful. Melinda and her team of instructors find ways to target multiple individuals and their workout needs. Misty your class left me sore and eager to go back for more pain. If you are looking to drop in, the prices are reasonable. Although, I promise if you are in need of stress relief, muscle strengthening, flexibility or an enhancement to your weekly routine, SSHY IS going to be where you become a member. Thank you for being one of the many reasons I found peace this year.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile by Tamala! She made eye contact and made me feel very welcome the second I opened the door. Bianca helped me fill out my waiver as Tamala assisted me with my yoga mat to help me save time she placed inside the class (so sweet) as I walked in just 6 mins prior to hot yoga class. I suggest leaving early, as for the road work on Magnolia intense and was difficult to get around in which almost made me late. Thank you Tamala and Bianca for the exceptional customer service, it really set the tone and I can’t wait to come back. I do suggest maybe less yelling in class as I have a bad ear and it causes more damage when someone yells that loud , I had to cover my ear a few times because I didn’t think I need led my ear plug for yoga. Other than that the class was amazing because of the energy set with such a great tone. The employees are super kind and should be praised. Beautiful facilities, the lockers are small so I suggest a small gym bag. Love that you can take a cold shower after in the locker rooms. Sending love and light!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. You have to log in and pay to park- that takes time; but I was able to get the parking validated upstairs, cool. I had to ask a member where to put my belongings and where the bathroom was, the receptionist should have given me that information. As I’m about to enter the already crowded class the receptionist asked if I had a card on file. I asked if I could do that after class as it was about to start, she said no and that I could leave my card upfront with her. (Yeah you don’t trust me, I’m not trusting you either) Now I understand people have probably skipped out, but I felt that was just rude. I went back to the counter and paid. As I’m paying- a member- walks up, complements my pants (okay thanks) but then proceeds to touch them and my leg. (I’m already frustrated at this point) I finally get into the class, I’m next to the pants toucher, eww. I still had hope, but then the music was louder than the instructor. Just unpleasant.

I showed up 1 minute after class started (8 am) and was locked out because I was trying to figure out the paid parking situation. I was unaware of this policy when booking the class the night before as it is not explicitly listed when you sign up and i do not have a membership and am not familiar with their business practices. will not be coming back and will never recommend this studio to any of my friends especially since I was paying for a drop in class. Every other studio I’ve been to in Fort Worth (indigo, yogasix, urban yoga etc) at least has someone at the front desk.

I was really looking forward to this class. I went yesterday at 7:30 pm class and was so excited until the class started. It was my first time and had no ideas of the rules, so I brought in my earbuds and phone to listen to music while I do yoga. So the first 10 minutes of the class I was listening to music on my earbuds and mind you I had a playlist on so I wasn’t on my phone at all. and outta of nowhere the instructor taps my shoulder and tells me phones are not acceptable in the class and I said I was sorry and took off my earbuds and put it by my phone and she said she’s gonna have to take it and will give it back at the end of the class. I have no problem with the rule of not bringing your phone it but Rachel the instructor embarassed me. Made me feel like a kid in elementary school and did not apperciate that since it was my first time ever going to a class and already felt self conscious so I brought my earbuds so I can ignore my fear of working out with new people and a new class. As the class continued, when we were told to stagger out for a new pose and I was confused what she meant so I asked the girl next to me what do I need to do if I need to move my mat or just my body in the mat, and out of nowhere Rachel pops up and seems annoyed and grabs my shoulder and tries to move me to the spot. Also did not apperciate that. I don’t feel comfortable going back but I did love the class and the hot environment but really did not like the instructor. I wish my experience was better. And probably would not recommend to a first timer. I hope Rachel figured it out and finds a way to make ppl feel more comfortable. Also she talks you thru the poses but you can’t hear it. So I’m not sure why earbuds are a problem if you can’t even hear what the instructor is saying anyways.

I am an endurance runner who is currently rehabbing a foot injury. I wanted something to give me a similar feeling to the “runner’s high” I’ve loved for the past 9 years, but without the impact. I dropped into a SSHY class last week and knew immediately that this was the thing for me. I have never enjoyed an exercise practice other than running as much as this. It’s similar both in sweat and in the meditative aspect. I can see myself continuing here even after I’m back on the trails.

As a newer person to taking yoga, Soul Sweat has made me feel very comfortable in my yoga practice. The instructors are very passionate and approachable for tips and help. The studio is always clean and the bathrooms are well kept with essentials. The variety of classes and heat at Soul Sweat is very appealing and the class schedules allow you to fit in a class during a busy week. I usually do a drop in class as my schedule varies from week to week so showing up with some time to get parking and get checked in is always helpful. I’d recommend Soul Sweat to anyone looking to join a yoga community or to anyone that wants to drop in for a fun yoga sequence.

Wanted to check this studio out because I am a practioner myself but I was caught to a surprise that the doors lock as soon as class starts which I understand due to not wanting to disturb yogis during their practice. But I literally got there 9:31/9:32 and was told that the doors are locked once class starts so I requested for a refund. Now have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back from a service I never even used. It’s super frustrating because I’ve been looking for a yoga community to join and be apart of but it’s situations like this that deter me from doing so. I understand all studios have their own rules but it will be a great suggestion to just allow at least a 2-5 mins grace period being realistic. Especially due to those who may be commuting far. I was suppose to arrive by 9:25 coming from Denton, TX. But getting into Fort Worth and hitting that 9 o’clock traffic my time eta changed. It’s super discouraging to have driven all the way out here and not being able to participate in the class. What made me feel even more discouraged is the woman who was going to let me in the class said I mean I can let you join but it’ll be really hectic just hopping in there. When to be honest saying anything remotely to that nature would not encourage anyone to want to join. A nice studio but I don’t see this working for me and my commute.

Just took a class with Crystal what was suppose to be a “yoga flow”. It was not a yoga flow but a collection of yoga poses without proper transitions. The music was absolutely inappropriate, ranging from Californiacation to rock, country etc with pauses in between and loud. You could barely hear the instructor and I overheard ladies at the changing room stating it “distracting”. It’s so sad that such a great faculty can’t streamline the coaches music choices. We come to yoga to “turn off” the noise from outside and turn in “within”, yet for 75 min we hear nothing but a “music noise” that is completely off beat. Very sad and unfortunate.

Apparently there are a lot of rules that are not posted in studio. During the water break I encouraged my friend and was told talking was not allowed.
They have a new parking policy that has you make an account and add your credit card to get free parking otherwise it’s $7 an hour, and it will charge you if you forget to sign out of the website when you leave.
Due to this new rule i was almost late to class and finished filling out my card information in the studio so I wouldn’t disrupt class coming in late. I had my phone next to my mat on silent during class and halfway through the instructor took it and said that phones were not allowed in the room ( even though she had just been in her phone moments ago) and took it out of the studio without permission.
I panicked the rest of class hoping nothing bad was happening, wondering if I should leave even though I brought 2 friends, and wishing I would have stood up for myself. She didn’t tell me where she put my phone but after class I found it on the counter out in the open where anyone could have grabbed it. I’ve been here a lot and this was my first bad experience, but I don’t know if I want to come back now.

Overall pretty disappointed with the session. The music was wayyy to loud for a yin class, and the song selection was just terrible. I feel like I could've probably gotten behind it if it had been relaxing, ambient music with no lyrics buts just the indie version of the top 50 songs blaring at you while you're trying to relax. Overall it felt like "yoga but make it trendy." The instructor also seem confused as to what's going on (she was reading out of a book for the first 10-15 minutes).

Today I took my first class (soul strength express) with Crystal Cawdrey and I have to say it was not a pleasant experience. I walked into class at exactly 12:02 and I unfolded my mat very quickly and approached Crystal and I whispered "do you know where I can get the weights?" She looked at me very abruptly and said "don't talk in my class" and I assumed she misheard me so I said "oh no, I was just looking for the weights" ....even louder this time she goes "DONT TALK IN MY CLASS" I was so caught off guard i walked away speechless and ask the front desk for assistance. I ended up staying the whole class, but I gotta say the way she spoke to me killed my spirit, it was embarrassing. I had such good energy this morning and she killed it for me I couldn't even enjoy the workout. For a second, I questioned if it was a race issue because she was so sweet to the other classmates and I was the only POC in class. Don't think I'll be returning, they can keep the $50. But I will say the studio has a really nice setup.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the greatest yoga studio on the face of the planet. I've been to yoga classes in at least 7 US states & Soul Sweat wins in every category.
The instructors are so nice, never pushy, and have diverse body types. The pricing is clear & fair. Scheduling in the Mind Body app is easy.
There is a filtered water station, clean bathrooms with amenities to shower, change or even do your hair. The attention to detail in regards to cleanliness is also top-notch.
The classes are accessible to all & there are always modifications for every movement. They can be challenging, relaxing, or energizing.. it's all what you put into it.

The facility is awesome - great heat in the rooms, nice sound system for the excellent & widely varying selection of music played during classes, super-clean locker/shower rooms - really everything about the facility is great. They offer a full schedule of a wide range of classes every week -- there are lots of classes everyday so you can always fit a class into your schedule. The staff is so helpful with whatever you need, and the other yogis are very friendly and welcoming - a very positive vibe! And best of all are the teachers - highly skilled and very knowledgeable -- super friendly, encouraging, and helpful!

I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to review SSHY but if I could give it more stars I would. I routinely practiced here prior to Covid and a short time when they opened back up. But it’s has been 2 years almost to the week since I’ve been back and both Melinda the owner and Arielle remembered who I was when I checked in. I could say a million things about why the SSHY sequence is great but I think this alone speaks for the value the instructors place on each and every person who chooses to practice here. As they say, it really is the little things ✨
**edit. My schedule allowed me to join a few of Danielle’s class and I loved her choice of music! Definitely perfect for the 4:30 pm class. She went through training a few years ago when I first started at SSHY and to see her powerfully lead a class was pretty badass.

One of the best hot yoga locations I've been to! It is suggested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class to get into the energy & vibe of hot yoga. I love that talking is not allowed (aside form the instructor giving pose instructions) during the classes- this elevates the hot yoga expereince even in a full room of 20+ people.

I have really been enjoying my classes and experience here! I appreciate that there are so many options (classes and teachers), it is easy to find what fits for you and your practice. There are a few teachers that have too much of an aerobics instructor vibe for me but I have found my favorites. Overall, all staff I have encountered have been welcoming and the yoga room feels clean and calming. The music is pretty loud sometimes and while I am able to follow along I do wonder about people joining for the first time because it is hard to hear some of the cues over the music. Other than that everything is amazing! I am so glad I found the studio!

I love coming here weekly for the 60-minute hot yoga! Classes are a bit overcrowded on weekends and get SUPER intense, so I go only on week nights. Instructors and clients are always respectful and kind towards each other. Studios and bathrooms are always super clean!

I've tried classes there 2x and each time was the same just a different instructor. The entire class follows a routine and the instructor is yelling instructions the entire class. I went in wanting a good authentic flow to connect, instead I was being yelled at and the class all knew what move was next. Because of that, I know that this may be for some, and if you're into that, this is a great spot for you. However, the flows are repeated over and over so don't expect much change or growth.

First time doing hot yoga in 5 years, and I enjoyed every minute of it! Class was challenging, but the instructor offered several modifications, and allowed you to go at your own pace. The studio itself is great, very modern, with lots of amenities. Will definitely be going back!

Great drop in classes and the vibe is welcoming! I've taken a few different classes and they were all beginner friendly if you've never done yoga or it's been awhile. They show more advanced poses if you're ready for the next level. Highly recommend 👌!

First off, I have been coming for years and LOVE the class sequences, music, and instructors. Unfortunately they have been overbooking some of their weekend classes and it is EXTREMELY frustrating. I came to class 15 minutes early specifically to get a good spot. Once class had already started, there were TWO separate times I was asked to get out of my pose and move my mat to squeeze even more people in who came to class late. I wish they would cap off their class sizes or even better, don’t let people in late to an already full class

If you want an energetic, sweaty workout, this place is for you. If you want to practice yoga, this place probably isn't for you.
The studio is beautiful, but the "hot soul sweat 60" class wasn't what I was expecting. I couldn't hear the instructor over the night club music and echo. Everything was fast, there wasn't a succinct flow, and there was no intentional movement. I would call this a "yoga inspired" heated group fitness class, not a yoga class.

Sarah was really condescending in her response to me bringing my 15 & 13 year olds with me on Mothers Day for a yoga session. She stated it was “inappropriate” for children under 16 due to the heat. Sarah offered no suitable alternative, except a class 2hrs away or for my teenagers to wait at the cafe downstairs. Rather disturbing the way she handled the matter, considering there was another child in the session that appeared to be around the same age as my children. Horrible vibes Sarah gave, definitely steering clear of her sessions. Well done 👍🏽 From a consumer who NEVER leaves a review.

I've now taken a good handful of classes at Soul Sweat Yoga and have really loved the experience each time. Every instructor I've had has been kind and professional and the staff is always very nice (I've also noticed that the clientele seems very pleasant as well). I would say these are good classes for those who have taken a few yoga classes in their life. I imagine the flow of this class could be a little difficult if you've NEVER done yoga before, however, the instructors are great about reminding you to take a break on your mat as you need it and there is no judgment in doing so, everyone goes at their own pace. I enjoy the more modern music they play during class and the hot temperature is perfect for a hot yoga class, you can also easily regulate the temperature for yourself by being closer or farther from the door. There has always been plenty of parking on either the street or parking lot when I've gone and I've attending many different class times. The classes do tend to get pretty full but it has not felt uncomfortable or overly crowded. The classes are very well priced too. I would highly recommend this studio for your next hot yoga session!

First before anything, I want to say that everyone was super nice here at soul sweat yoga. And the studio it's self was very nice.
We booked for a 6:30 class but for some reason was moved to a 7 o'clock class. I've practiced yoga for over a year now. Honestly, I had no idea what I was walking into. This "all-levels" is for high level experienced yogis. Absolutely not for beginners. The music was way too loud and definitely not the genre of music I was expecting. I couldn't hear the instructor and she wasn't doing it with us so I couldn't see her doing the poses either. Getting into the flow was extremely hard. The instructor would announce the pose we were supposed to be doing halfway into the pose. She would describe the pose first before saying the pose. I got lost many times. This felt like Pilates mixed with yoga. Like they took yoga and turned it into Zumba. The class was super full. I was surprised that they let so many people into those rooms during a pandemic. Finding parking is difficult. Just be aware before you walk in.

Like every other commercialized yoga studio. If you have yoga experience and want a workout it’s decent. Not recommended for newcomers. Also there were gross sticky spots on the floor that ruined a pair of yoga pants. Staff didn’t seem to be concerned.

I have been coming here since May of 2020. I had done hot yoga off and on for several years. I have to say this is by far the best studio I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, very inclusive to everyone which is important when you’re a fuller figured lovely. The classes are challenging and the heat is perfect. My 10 year old tried the Lil Souls class recently and really enjoyed it. The studio is exceptionally clean as are the showers and locker room. I highly recommend !!!

First of all, I LOVE it here.
I started in June 2020, at the Colleyville location. Then, I took a couple of classes at the Southlake location and now I'm at the Fort Worth location! My experiences at all three locations have always been very positive.
So far, I have tried Hot Soul Sweat 60, Soul Strength, Hot Power Flow and Aerial Yoga classes. I have truly enjoyed each class type!
I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with any of the instructors. Each instructor is unique in his/her own way and they each bring something special to their practice. I really appreciate that.
Come with a positive attitude and you will have a really great workout!

First timers at Yoga for my wife & I (& we start with hot yoga 😮). My wife was like “hot yoga??? what have you gotten me into?” 😂
We enjoyed the experience & learning something new. Ashley ((instructor) did a great job at keeping the class moving fluently & for each of us to go at our own pace. She spent some time with us to explain other classes they offer, very friendly & helpful. One of the other class members helped us get setup & explained some things before class began. Really great experience & very friendly people. We hope to return soon.

I have been to two different classes so far and left during the beginning of the third class because it was entirely too many people. Since I am new I asked the front desk about it and she said the class is only supposed to have 20 but had 45. Why sign up before hand if they are just going to pack out the class so that you can hardly move let alone have a meaningful mindful class.

Loving this place! Such a nice facility and every instructor I’ve encountered has been great! I’m the picture of “lacking flexibility” and my practice is ugly but I’ve not missed a day since joining late last month and I’m already seeing progress. I have a chronic back issue and I’m seeing amazing positive benefits there too. I was committed in my mind to 6 months when I started but I believe I’m well on my way to a lifetime of practice thanks to SSHY!

The "yoga" that they practice at Soul Sweat is high intensity with an absence of mindful movement. The whole class felt very commercialized, cookie-cutter, and "trendy." The class I took lacked any real introspection.
I've been practicing yoga for about a decade now and this was probably the most dangerous yoga class I've ever been to. The teacher just stood at the front of the room yelling at us to do various advanced poses without any cohesion or flow to actually take us into the poses.
Soul Sweat has the vibe of a night club and the thoughtlessness to match.
In my opinion, anyone who actually enjoys the practice of yoga as a mind, body and soul experience should skip out on this one.

On Tuesday I went to drop off my baby sister. The lady in the front desk was so rude, her name is Daria, she told me I could have my kids with me, that the owner said it was not appropriate, again I was just there to DROP OFF my baby sister. I went to see my sister on her class for 5 minutes and she kick me out because of my kid. My oldest sister is a great client of the facility and her husband also is a great client that they pay for their membership for the whole year. I don't have a problem with the facility I have gone and done yoga and love it and the instructor. Hope they can do something with that lady.

I saw an add for a hip hop New Year’s Day yoga class on Facebook and decided to check it out. The instructor Stacie was high energy, and I enjoyed the class. It kicked my butt in a good way and it was a nice way to start off the year.
I’d never been to this location before, and it’s in a newly developed area near Magnolia. The studio is beautiful and includes a comfy women’s locker room with showers.
I’ll be keeping my eye out for more promotions (cause I’m on a tight budget and a crazy schedule this year) and hopefully I’ll be returning to this studio for more classes soon.
It seems like they have a welcoming vibe and a community minded culture, which I really like in a yoga studio. The people who showed up for the class were a wide variety of ages and body types. I really like that, too.

I went to the community class and the instructor was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Showed us the poses and explained the proper alignment. She walked around and helped us. The only thing was that the floor was not very clean in the general area. Maybe they should ask people to take their shoes off at the door and leave them in the cubbies in the front.

I found these lovely people on ClassPass and was instantly hooked! They have a $49 new Yogi special where you get your first month of unlimited classes for just $49! That’s a wonderful way to see if hot yoga is for you. I love the instructors, the sweet lady up front, and the facility is top notch. The floors in the practice room are amazing, they’re soft which is kinda weird at first, but then you’re like “my knees are not killing me in child’s pose!” There are showers for you to use as well. They do play music throughout the practice, which I love, but some disciplines of Yoga aren’t fans of music. So just know that going in. I have only gone to the 75 min class and am looking forward to branching out!
