Soul Yoga is such an incredible studio! The classes are always challenging in new ways, with each instructor incorporating a unique style so every practice is different. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your experience. The studio is always clean with generous amenities, like free use of mats, mat towels, props, and bottled water. The studio has fostered such an incredibly supportive and loving community, I felt at home from the first moment I stepped on my mat here. Classes are supportive for beginners and advanced yogis, with modifications incorporated throughout. I love the heated classes, and getting cold lavender towels at the end is just the perfect addition. Highly recommend for anyone interested in joining a studio in Lubbock!

This is now my favorite place on earth! Each of the instructors brings something different to the table. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and it’s such a fun community to be a part of. I love having vinyasa, yin, and a mix of both available to me for all throughout the week! Amazing place. Cannot recommend enough!

Soul Yoga is AMAZING! I’ve been going frequently for 2 weeks and the hot aspect takes yoga to the next level. The teachers and other members are very friendly and the culture is welcoming.

I had very limited yoga experience before starting here and it was easy to learn and adapt.

I found this place about 8 months ago and I love this place. They have everything you need to practice, so there are very few barriers. The first class is free! All the instructors are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The people who attend the classes are warm and welcoming. The space is clean and well maintained. They host workshops from time to time. This place has helped me really fall in love with Yoga. It challenges my body and mind. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to learn or expand their yoga practice.

Great studio! I have been doing hot yoga for over 10 years and been to a lot of studios. This is a great studio with an amazing kind hearted owner. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out. The atmosphere is welcoming and The classes are great for anyone who’s just starting out or has been doing yoga for a very long time.

This is an amazing Yoga Studio! All of the instructors are incredible. Everyone is friendly, it is a wonderful accepting community. The studio is clean, there are towels, yoga blocks, mats, water and lots of smiles for you! The instructors are good if you are a beginner or want to take your practice to the next level! I highly recommend giving Yoga a try at Soul Yoga!
