This place has absolutely everything you need for a great workout: a variety of classes, plenty of equipment, great music, and incredible people running it.
Keith is super attentive, gives clear exercise guidance, and constantly goes around correcting movements and helping us set up when needed.
I truly believe a place is only as good as the people behind it — and besides being attentive during workouts, Keith and his wife have always been so friendly and helpful.
As someone just temporarily visiting Austin, I really appreciated getting tips on new places to visit and activities to try — a true example of perfect Southern hospitality.

Wow, what a great workout! I tried power sculpt, which was a full-body weightlifting workout. It was tough, but in the best way. Keith offered helpful adjustments and helped me modify as needed. I felt motivated and challenged but with zero judgement. I am excited to come back and try the other class formats!

So let me teeelllll you guys. Give you the ☕️. This place is AMAAAZZIINNGG I’ve been to like at least 20 places around here through class pass and hands down. The. Best. Workout. Around! They really pay attention and push you, help you with your form. Also very very sweet kind and patient. If you want to transform your body. Like I mean if you’re serious bc I have a bachelorette party coming up and this is getting me there for the beach lol. I’m so appreciate of this place and getting the membership is worth it because we deserve to put effort into ourselves. I think I’m worth it I hope you guys do too!

Love all of the classes at Sculpt! Bootcamp is great to build muscle and Keith / the instructors make sure to correct form and assist in the class. The cycle classes are some of the best in Austin in my opinion!

i go to the half and half class because it's 30 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of weights. it's all i can handle. Keith is energetic. it's his studio btw, so he teaches all the classes. Keith will help you adjust the bikes if he sees you struggling (me, the first two classes) and the music is good! The lighting is fun and he turns on the fan after a song or two. For weights, I appreciate that he takes the time to correct my form to protect myself from injuries and to target the appropriate muscle groups. I enjoy the overall body workouts. parking is ample. water and locker rooms on site. rental fee for cycle shoes is $3.

The first time I tried to come into Sculpt I ended up missing the class I was scheduled for... Keith was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating in getting me scheduled again. He graciously forgave the miss and let me try a different class out. The workout with Keith was fantastic! The music was great and everyone was so nice. Just took Keith’s half & half class. It is such a good workout! It’s the best of both worlds, cardio in a high paced spin class for 30 min/ 30 mins of sculpting with weights. Highly recommend! Studio was very clean. Love that they offer towels and cycling shoes to borrow.

Hands down my favorite workout studio in Austin!

I recently moved to Austin from NYC and have been searching for classes that are effective and challenging and for a studio that has a great sense of community. I cannot say enough good things about Keith as a trainer and the classes here, especially the boot camp.

Visiting from out of town and looking for a good workout. I found it at Sculpt Physique Fitness. Their website had great information and when I called Keith Hardy, the owner, asked great questions about my needs. We booked me into the bootcamp and I had my highest calorie burn ever. The exercises were intense and Keith worked us through them like a professional. I liked it so much I came back for the spin class that evening. It was my first spin class ever and Keith made sure I was comfortable and safe. I came back the next day for a combo spin and weigh training. Another high cal burn. This place has everything you need fot fitness. It’s obvious the regulars love Keith and how he works with them. And it’s affordable. I’ll be back every time I come to Austin.

loved my first class at Sculpt!! I took the 1/2 cycle and 1/2 weights class and it kicked my butt. The studio was kept very clean and the staff were so helpful- shoutout to Steph who helped me get situated on a bike for my 1st time & to Keith for an energized, motivational, and challenging class. Sculpt Physique is my favorite gym in Austin! Their workouts consistently challenge me and I always feel stronger and more accomplished when I leave. My favorite thing about them is their use of the parking garage and the outdoor space in their classes! I recently took a bootcamp class with Sydney B. It was a GREAT full body work out and we ran up and down the garage ramps which truly made it feel like bootcamp! I loved it! Will definitely be sore and will definitely come back!

Awesome classes with a lot of variety and options! Keith’s cycling class is an awesome workout comparable to soul cycle, but easier on the wallet!! I really liked the heated bootcamp class too.
