SPENGA is amazing! I have been a member for about 8 months now and I can honestly say it's the only workout I have been consistent with and 100 percent committed to. Amber and Savanna are my go to trainers as I love their energy and music!

ClassPass member and came to Soenga for work out. Spin, weights/strength training then yoga. 20/20/20 for each section. I love th at they are very organized and the instructor will walk you through every step! Very organized. Clean and the lighting is very conducive to focusing on yourself attaining your fitness goal. Recommended!!! (You got your assigned locker), clean restrooms, nice merch in store, they have water fountain too!!

Took a Spenga class today with Bri. It was absolutely exceptional! She is one of the best instructors I have had in my whole life. Her positivity, instruction, and ability to motivate even when you feel like giving up is unparalleled. I loved the variety of cycling, weight training, and yoga! Not to mention, they have their own Manduka yoga mats there so no need to worry about bringing your own! (If you don't know, Manduka mats are THE gold standard. Incredibly durable, you don't slip off, and just perfect.)
Other than having an amazing instructor, I was quite impressed with the staff and particularly the studio director, Hannah Brown. She is very professional, warm and you can tell she cares about every person who walks through the door and wants them to have the best experience and is eager to know what can be improved. It is very refreshing to see this positive, can-do attitude and makes me want to come back.
Lastly, the place was incredibly clean. The second you walk in, you smell the eucalyptus spray they use to disinfect, and it is just heavenly. There is not just ONE restroom, but several, lockers to put your things in, and ample space for working out. I find the cleanliness factor extremely important, esp now that we are living in a COVID era. I really appreciate how much care and effort the staff put into running this place! (Lastly, I got to meet the studio director's cute little pameranian today as she made an appearance at the studio, which further enhanced my experience.)

I am in town for a girls' weekend and joined my Chicagoland friend for my first ever Spenga class at Spenga Austin Lakeline. She has been going to the OG Spenga Mokena for 5+ years. As a complete newbie to the concept, I was greeted by Jordan, who was SUPER helpful in explaining what to expect from the workout, and getting my spin bike set up for my height and comfort. As someone who does not work out much, i found the class very challenging, but in a non-confrontational or intimidating way. I liked being able to see how i was pushing within the different zones. Brie did a great job leading the class and provided clear instruction if my form was wrong. Overall, a great workout and a great team. I'll definitely be sore tomorrow!! Thank you!

I'm loving SPENGA so far! I'm someone that easily gets bored doing the same workout over and over. I also tend to loose focus after about 30 mins. By the time my mind starts to wander in a SPENGA class, we're already moving on to the next thing! The 20min segments are perfect for me and I really enjoy the entire hour of class. I've already gotten two people to join me in class and they loved it as well!

SPENGA offers a very unique workout. 20 mins each of spin, weight training, and yoga. My instructor was Elena and she was phenomenal. She had great and positive energy, great instruction, and overall 10/10 personality. The only reason I docked it one star is because I was extremely uncomfortable on the spin bike. The seat made it difficult to effectively do the spin part of the workout. This was my first time trying spin and personally I would not try it again. I think the workout is so cool, just not for me. The studio and instructor are awesome so if spin is your style then I would recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can easily say this was the coolest and probably best workout class I’ve ever taken. It is 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength/weights circuit, and 20 minutes of yoga. It truly covered all of the bases, and the fact that the workout was divided into three chunks helped the time really fly by. I thought I didn’t like spin classes, but turns out I just don’t like them when they’re an hour long. But these 20 minute workouts were perfect because I felt like I could give my all for each section without being worried about burning out by the end of the class.
To start off, I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. They were incredibly friendly and showed me around the place. They also have free lockers for you to put your things in. There is a designated bike for each person, which is shown on the TV above the lockers, and for new people there are green cones with your name on them to help you navigate throughout the three stations. First timers were also given a free bottle of water!
The technology here, especially for the spin class, absolutely blew my mind. They have TV’s that show each person’s name as well as their goal in terms of RPM and resistance. It was a bit confusing for me in terms of the technicalities, but to keep it simple, you want the box next to your name to be green. That means you’re at the level you should be at and it motivates you to keep pushing.
For the strength circuit, the room was stocked with so much equipment and weights, and the layout was so clean. I was impressed at how cool it looked. There were TV’s that showed the workouts as well as showed how much time was left for each one and how many sets were left.
Yoga was great as well, and the yoga mats were in great condition. They had blocks as well. Bri was an amazing instructor, and she was incredibly encouraging! After the class ended, she sat down with all of the newcomers to talk about their experience and to also show them their stats from the spin class. Everything was personalized, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. The bathrooms were large and very clean, and they even have private showers!! The facility was incredibly clean and in great shape, and I could tell the community here is tight. One of the attendees, Karen, was telling me how she has taken 600 classes here, and after her 500th class she got a free backpack! I love how they have so many ways of incentivizing their students to exercise and keep their body moving.

I’m absolutely loving Spenga! I’ve taken classes with numerous instructors (Tori, Bri, Ally, Hayleigh) and they’ve all been top notch! It’s a great workout regardless of your fitness level—I’ve been trying to gain more muscle and the 20 minute strength training portion of the classes allows me to do that in a way that’s not overwhelming. Similarly, I’ve always wanted to try spin but couldn’t get myself to commit to an hour of just spin which is what other studios typically offer. The yoga portion is the perfect way to end class, and I always look forward to the next time I can workout here (and I’m not really someone that has enjoyed working out in the past)!

Love my workouts at Spenga! Perfect combination for me. Spin, weight training and yoga all in one hour-long class. Never get bored because it's a different workout each day! I had been working out and doing yoga regularly for several years before joining so I felt like I was in pretty good shape, but since joining 3 months ago, I have lost 3% body fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. The instructors and staff are amazing! If you're considering joining, DO IT! You'll love it too!

This is an amazing studio. I love spin classes but never liked that when you take spin it’s just the spin class with a little bit of upper body. With this class you get your cardio, weight training, a little yoga and some nice relaxing stretching at the end. The studio is super clean, the equipment is very nice, and it’s a great environment. The instructors are also very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a class anyone can take from the most fit person to the person just starting their journey! I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and great workout.

I truly didn’t know what I was missing in my fitness routine until I joined SPENGA. As someone with a busy lifestyle, who hates loitering in the gym because I’m in line with 20 other people to use the same machine, SPENGA both fits into and radically compliments my need for speed (yes I did just quote Top Gun). I love that I can get in and out in an hour, and get an amazing workout. After only a week I’m feeling strong and empowered. And SUPPORTED! The instructors are top tier. I love this place. Ive been doing hiit for years but as I got older and my body didn’t like all that anymore. I always thought of a gym like this but someone made it and its badass. Its not only a great workout. It’s a great price. Our health shouldn’t cost us 400 a month. The women and men that work here are also great! Hannah is the owner and shes very nice. Everyone has been so welcoming and really makes you feel at home.

Spenga is a scam- now hear me out. I went in and signed up for a trial period for my 2 daughters. After a month we had travel plans for an extended period of time. My daughter told the trainer and the front desk that we would not be returning. They said nothing further nothing to her. Why? Because if they say something like oh you need to cancel here- they can’t keep scamming you. They just kept charging my husbands credit card for $300 month after month - it’s a card he doesn’t use daily so when I found out I called. They said because my daughter didn’t get a yellow slip they can’t refund. A total of $1,2000 in charges up to date.
Second call today turns out that you have to give a 30 day notice which no one tells you because they are dishonest and scammers. Watch out Austin Texas this small business is not what this community needs.

I have been searching for a gym since I relocated to the area, and Spenga checked all my boxes. The staff are all kind, welcoming, and Knowledgable. The facilities are nice, and always clean. The workouts are great and well balanced. I used to get bored at the gym and i have not felt bored or unchallenged once with these workouts! Not to mention, I’ve already seen results after just a month of membership!

Spenga is a one stop shop. That's how I felt when I found this option. I like many different types of workouts but I do not have the time to commit to three different types of workout sessions. Spin was new to me, hit workout was important to me and yoga with my favorite so I thought why not give it a try. As I joined they had just opened and then the shut down has happened. A year and a half of working Spenga they have done a great job to communicate with. Brought my family and friends in it to give it a try I highly recommend it. Max is great to Work with and the owners are very friendly and open to hearing feedback. Facility is very clean and the products they use smell great. Trainers are very knowledgeable easy to workout with. One thing I have to say but I can't seem to get used to was the level of music and how loud it is. But I am older so what to I know. Definitely try it out. Only thing you have to lose is the weight.

I use to be a student athlete in high school and was used to group workout session. Once attending college, I couldn’t find a place that was allowed encouragement and accountability with a warm welcoming. Now after graduating, I started attending Spenga and it has been everything I needed to get me back in a workout routine. Had a great workout at Spenga with John! It was fun doing a variety of exercises that started with spin, a mix of HIIT and weights, and then yoga. John had great music, pumped you up when you needed it, and also was a calming yoga instructor. The studio was clean, and they took lots of precautions for COVID-19 in order to be safe. Would highly recommend John as your instructor and to try a course!

I love the Spenga studio! All the instructors are amazing at what they do and the class structure is very challenging, yet fun. Spin is always first, followed by Strength and then Yoga. I enjoy working out here because although I do cardio regularly, this is the only place that I'll get a great workout incorporating weights/strength training. I always leave feeling sore, but in a good way! The studio is also very clean and brand new, so everything is in great condition. There's always someone at reception to greet me and make me feel at home. If you're looking for something to break up your normal exercise routine where you'll push through your limits, then I definitely recommend trying Spenga out.

This place is the pinnacle of lifestyle exercise. Spin, Weight Training and Yoga all in one hour - I love it! The staff is very friendly and the over-all size of this place is cozy - not like those huge, intimidating, warehouse gyms. The bikes and equipment are state of the art, and your progress is monitored and either texted back to you or emailed. This is a fun group to be a part of!
