Great workouts that stay challenging and mix all you need (cardio, strength, stretch/yoga). The instructors care and thier work on routines and music is evident. All levels can join in and modify with judgement (no bootcamp yelling here!).

I have been working out at Spenga North Dallas Richardson for over 2 years. The sessions are always challenging and get my heart pumping. The sessions include spin, strength and yoga. They also have specialty sessions of Rep and Power Revive. The instructors and staff are friendly and very helpful. I have made several friends at the studio who are also encouraging and we have fun while we work out.

It’s so fun working out here! While it’s hard work, I’m much more motivated to do it as a group fitness class and with the great playlists they have for each section. To me it’s worth the price since I’m actually showing up to work out and making progress in my endurance, strength, and flexibility. Hope you come check it out!

I highly recommend if you’re looking for a challenge! The instructors allow you to go at a pace that feels right for your body, but also encourage you to give a little more than what you think you can. It’s not a super social class (which I like as an introvert), but everyone is friendly and helpful and the music gets you going. They have a lot of options to help you get a feel for the class (including a few different class formats) and an app that makes it easier to schedule your classes at your convenience. The front desk staff are super helpful if you run into issues.
It’s so much better than going to the gym, waiting on equipment, and planning your own workouts. A quick in and out, and you feel great when you leave.

Great place to workout if you like group fitness! Love the energy that the instructors provide. It a place you can go and work on you and not feel like it’s a competition. I'm a long time member at this Spenga location. The team here takes time to get to know you and about any modifications you might need for your workout based on ability, injury, etc. I've been a member of many different gyms/clubs over the years, and this is by far the most welcoming and inclusive environment. This location has a great culture and feels like a family.

Spenga North Dallas has completely transformed my fitness journey! I could never stay motivated and knew I needed group classes, but other places I tried were either low quality or judgmental. I've been going since January and am in the best shape of my life. Some guys I know won't try a spin class, but you'll love it.
Prices are just right, and the flow of the class is perfect. Every person who works there knows your name and there's a lot of positive energy. Give it a try!

Great workout and instructors! I have never enjoyed spin, weightlifting or yoga, but now I feel a huge sense of accomplishment after completing twenty minutes of each. I also think the staff does a wonderful job keeping the equipment and facilities clean, which is tough to do in a gym!

Spenga North Dallas has become my fitness home. I've been coming here since February 2022 but an injury (May 2022) and surgery (Sept 2022) cut that short. They were great working with me while I was on hiatius, freezing my membership and very up front about what was needed to keep my status.
Fast forward to February 2023 and I came back ready! That says a lot about how amazing this location and staff are. Sammi, Tay, Krystal, Zack, Mandy, Carolyn.. and the members have been such a huge part of my rehab and success.
Just hit my 100th session and am ready for the next milestone, and I can't wait to celebrate with my #SpengaFAM.
Check this place out for yourself, you won't be disappointed - if anything - you'll be amazed at how strong you can become here.

Been going to a different Spenga and just joined the North Dallas club about two weeks ago. Staff is friendly. There are all age groups of fellow students. Classes are 60 minutes with 20 minutes each of cycling, strength and yoga. It’s a nice balance, easy to handle and can be tailored to any physical skill level. Good place to work out a few day s per week.

I have been going to this gym about 2.5 months and love it. They clearly lay out the memberships, how to cancel and how payments work. They also aren't different than most other gyms/group fitness classes on that front. What I do appreciate is all of the front desk people (Tay, Sandi, Mary Joe, etc.) are so helpful and kind AND the coaches (Krystal, Tay, Mandy, etc.) are motivating and create a different experience every class. I highly recommend this as a workout class for beginners, returning to the gym and those that are well versed. The overall community is very friendly and encouraging as well too! Thank you for helping me find a great group to share my fitness journey with!

BEWARE NEIGHBORS !!!! I thought I was joining for a trial period back in October 2021 from what was relayed to me on my visit and it was not. They continued to charge my credit card. Thank goodness my CPA caught this. I called the location and they were no help at all. They said well you came in January and that was after the 3 months. I told them charge me for January and refund the other 5 months I never went. They absolutely declined to work with me on this and were no help at all. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH ANY WORK OUT FACILITY!! They are extremely misleading beware!!!

This is such a great studio! I've been going for about 10 months and love it. I started because I had been doing Orange Theory in Austin, but the Orange Theories in the North Dallas area had kind of sketch reviews. Decided to try Spenga - it is such a fun alternative to OT and consistently a great workout. The instructors know you by name and are always friendly and motivating. I always look forward to class and have been loving incorporating Spenga into my workout routine.

Super fun concept with the 20-20-20 split.. Love the 2/3 cardio and fitness aspect of class with an abbreviated 🧘♀️ finish. 60 min can be too much for me without cardio and fitness involved but love the zen feeling from yoga upon finishing. Ownership and management has created such a neat culture at the Richardson location. Workout classes are fun and so are the social get together a. Meredith is Amazing! And so is Sammy. Facility is super clean and love that they keep the workout area cool because I run 🥵

Since joining SPENGA North Dallas over a month ago, I have lost a few pounds and am getting into better shape! I get an amazing workout and the time flies by. The instructors not only make class a ton of fun, but they do a really good job of ensuring you do all the exercises properly. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and does a great job of making me feel like I am part of the SPENGA family. I really enjoy getting emails after each class showing my spin bike output so that I can continue to push myself. Having a class that has spin, weight training, and yoga has me leaving each class feeling like I got the best holistic workout I could. Thanks you SPENGA for helping me get back into shape! My body feels better, I have more energy, and their workouts are great stress relievers too.

Love the instructors and staff. They are really friendly folks who do their hardest to help you with your workout. Despite being a little on the higher end of gym pricing at $149 monthly, you won’t find guided classes like this that truly motivate like Soenga does. Oh, and for all the guys out there, yes, there are other guys that go. It’s mostly women, but you won’t be made to feel uncomfortable like some cycle spots. Speaking of cycling, each instructor has their own spin on cycling- pun intended, as well as the yoga portion. 20 minute guided spin, 20 minute pre set strength, and 20 minute yoga workout. Love it!

Went in for the one free class. It was really clean and well organized. The trainer, Mandy, was great. I was greeted at the door by the sales manager, Ford, and two of the trainer. It was a good workout. I was dripping sweat during the strength portion, and my heart rate was consistently high. The yoga after the workout was a nice way to cool down. I haven’t decided if I’ll join yet, but I’d recommend.

So far I LOVE it! I've never tried Spin before and wasn't sure that I would like it but I'm in week two and really enjoying it. The facility is very nice as well as everyone that works there. The workouts are different every time and it is a great workout. The classes are small and can be difficult to reserve but I am already hooked and can't wait to go again tomorrow.
