I absolutely love this gym! The classes are amazing — super fun, full of energy, and the hour just flies by. I always feel like I get a complete workout and train every muscle I need to. Spenga is a great workout! I get to see all of my spin stats in the app after each class, which shows my progress and improvement. This keeps me motivated through cardio (and I hate cardio in all forms). I love that you pick your weights/difficulty for the strength exercises and the instructors are great at explaining and demonstrating what you are doing each time.

I love this workout! The teachers and staff are amazing. The place is spotless and cleaned between each class. Each class is spread out enough for this to happen. The workout is spot on. I’ve been coming to SPENGA for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s the best workout. The format is genius — 20 minutes of spin, 20 of strength, and 20 of yoga — and it keeps every session fresh, balanced, and anything but boring.
I love how each class hits cardio, strength, and flexibility all in one hour. It’s efficient, effective, and really motivating. The energy in the studio is always high, and the instructors bring such positive vibes that it’s hard not to leave feeling amazing. They’re great at challenging you and pushing you to do your best!
If you’re someone who gets bored easily or doesn’t want to commit to just one type of workout, this place is a total game changer. Highly recommend giving it a try — you won’t regret it!

I love the variety SPENGA offers! Their tradition classes of cycle, strength and yoga is of course my favorite. Having the yoga at the end is a great cool down and stretch session after the workout. I’ve also enjoyed the strength only and yoga only classes.

Spenga is so much more than just a gym.
During my time in the U.S. as an au pair, I chose Spenga to take care of my physical and mental health — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. The classes are energetic, well-structured, and engaging, with the perfect balance of spin, strength, and yoga. The instructors are always motivating, attentive, and full of positive energy.
But what impressed me the most was the kindness and support of the team. After suffering an injury that prevented me from working out, I reached out to ask if a refund might be possible, fully understanding it wasn’t guaranteed. To my surprise and gratitude, they accepted with compassion and understanding, showing a true sense of care for their members.
I highly recommend Spenga to anyone looking not just for a place to work out, but for a community that truly cares.

Listen! I love this place! I can’t be trusted to work out at a normal gym because I’m just not going to be as motivated! Spenga helps me meet my goals and motivates me to show up. If you need accountability the staff is that! The classes are fun and varying!! If you’re like me and you go MIA for periods of time….Not at Spenga they will call you and make sure you are ok and get back on track!!

Stay away, this location is clearly in trouble given their continued attempts to bill for cancelled subscriptions months after cancellation.

I’ve been going to Spenga SFW for about 7 months now and I absolutely love it. I’ve always hated cardio and spin but these spin sessions are much more fun than others I’ve taken, and they feel more doable, because it’s only 20 minutes and the instructors motivate you to just do your best. The strength portion of class mixes it up enough that I never get bored but I can feel myself making progress, and the yoga part is the perfect recovery. All the instructors here are so nice, they push you but not in an obnoxious way, and it really feels like a community

First off, I'm a 55-year old, very former athlete who is just looking for ways to keep it together physically. I don't want to live in the gym but I'm also not ready to throw in the towel. Friends told us about Spenga over on Hulen and encouraged us to give it a try.
I've completed 6 Spenga workouts and I'm sold. The workout consists of 20 minutes of spin (which I had never done before), then 20 minutes of strength training, and finally 20 minutes of yoga. The strength training changes each workout, focusing on a different body area (arms, legs, back, etc.). I love the variety of these hour-long workouts and it keeps me from getting bored. I do still go to my regular gym once or twice a week to keep doing some heavier strength training, but I do credit Spenga for the changes I can already see in the mirror after these first few weeks.
I really like the spin portion that starts each workout. For you fellow meatheads out there, spin is that stuff you do on the bike. It can get pretty intense and you will break a sweat. Good news is that I've not experienced any saddle-soreness which I was told could happen, so that's cool. Then there is the yoga. I've done a lot of hard workouts in my life, but nothing quite as challenging as yoga. If you are larger, as I am, the body weight based positions are quite challenging. With that said, it's also very calming, soothing, and peaceful, and a great way to end a workout. Losing flexibility is a huge issue as we age.
I will caution you other meatheads, if you do go check out Spenga, be ready for a very female intensive scene. They deny it, but I'm pretty sure Spenga was created by women, for women, but don't let that slow you down. These instructors will break you down just as brutally as Coach Yox used to do to us back in the TCU weight room. It's a great workout regimen for all you has-beens out there. I strongly encourage you to go check it out. You'll thank me later!

I really liked the concept of spin+strength+yoga!! The instructors were always very energetic & motivating! I’ve tried other spin classes and it’s just not it for me because I’m so uncoordinated when it comes to all the movements lol, but I really enjoyed it here because of the 4 zones (zone 3 being the sweet spot) & challenging yourself to light it green or spin a bit more each time.
My type of workouts are more strength training, but I felt that the movements and workouts here were kind of boring, fast paced, not challenging enough, and very repetitive (at least every time I’d go x2 week). I’d also wish their schedule and class times (especially mornings) were more consistent.

Spenga is a place full of AMAZING people and I have never experienced such a drive for working out before.
The place is super clean, the staff is just absolutely terrific. (My girls Alyssa and Karen) always always always make you smile when you walk in.

I started Spenga in June thanks to my friend abby who also works there. It's not always easy for me to put myself out there but spenga has provided me a safe place to go with a team who supports me. Joining has honestly been the best experience. I have never been upset after going to a session. Each work out is a challenge and an accomplishment . I am from many people who want to say thank you to Jessica and Sofia so much for helping me feel great and improve my shape. My favorite is Jessica because she is a dancer and has the the most professional moves and excellent motivation. Sophia is also one of my favorites. I was apprehensive about doing SPENGA, because I had never done spin before. It turns out that that was the part that I enjoy the most! The lights are low and the music is pump... I really liked the format of the class itself but I joined and two weeks later they changed the schedule and took away 3 of the 5 class times I was able to make each week. Then they charged me $10 for cancelling within 8 hours of class bc something with work came up. And $15 for missing a class. My fault for not reading the fine print but no one told me about these policies when I signed up and they wouldn’t consider refunding either even though they acknowledged it isn’t explained in the sign up process. Disappointing.

Not going to lie…I was STRUGGLING during spin but really enjoyed the strength and yoga portion. I’ll be moving to the area soon and will definitely be joining. The instructor (sorry I forgot your name) was great and the customer service was too. This is definitely a workout everyone can do at their own pace and not feel guilty about pausing or grabbing a drink of water. I took the class with my best friend and her her aunt and uncle (different range of body types) and everyone was able to enjoy their workout!!! I also got to snag a free water bottle and a delicious cookie!
