One of my favorite pole studios in the Dallas area! Amy is a very experienced pole instructor and pays attention to details! She was one of my first pole instructors when I first started, and the fundamentals I learned from Amy I carried with me as I expanded my movement exploration to floorwork and other aerial dance. She really wants her students to reach their best potential within their skill level. This is a good studio to start your pole journey, or continue your pole journey if you're new to the area.

Not the most encouraging place to take classes. I have been to plenty pole studios and enjoy classes because it makes me feel confident, but I felt so self cautious in this class. The instructor is a great dancer, but the approach to correct her students is not one I am fond of.

Do not walk, RUN, to take a class here! We did this with 10 friends for my husbands birthday, and Amy was SO MUCH FUN! Everyone got personalized attention and she made sure we all felt comfortable! I cannot wait to go back!

A great opening night with Amy at her beginners pole class. If you’re worried about social distancing during the pandemic, don’t worry because her classes are small (4 students per class/5 poles total). And she makes you wear a mask at allllll times during class.
Honestly, I just came to her class for her energy. Super missed her!
You’ll love the studio and her classes. Just go and do the thing. She will push you....literally.

Amy is THE best pole teacher out there. She has the best energy and pushes you to achieve everything you possibly can. I would follow her anywhere and her new studio is incredible. Very safe COVID precautions, beautiful 12 ft state of the art poles, and huge mirrors. Her flexibility class was the best I've ever taken and her pole class was fun and challenging as always.
