It has all the equipment you need. The Post shutdown all my favorite gyms so this is one of the few left with a sauna. The walls are painted black so you get a gloomy dark feeling inside.

Small but good sampling of most everything you need. Tons of squat racks, to include platforms, dumbbell area, and new looking Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines. There are a few cardio machines and a small nautilus area in the old racquetball court as well. So, all in all very good and not super crowded!

Went to the spin class on Tuesday at 0630! It was awesome!! Only $3 and wow! What a workout! Highly motivated instructor and we were drenched in sweat after! Great low impact cardio.
The rest of the gym was nice too. They had updated equipment.

Shhhh don’t tell anyone but this is one of the best gyms on Cavazos with the least amount of people. Very clean, friendly staff, and new equipment. It has a sauna and basically everything you need. Again, don’t tell your friends otherwise it’ll turn into another warrior way and get packed all the time.

I like to go after work around 5:00 p.m. not packed and you can find the machine that you want. only wish that they had more cast iron plates for the bench press and squat racks

Best gym on FT. Hood. Staff is very friendly. I always see them cleaning when I go in the mornings. I love the atmosphere and the fact I do not have to wait in line to use equipment.
