After shoulder surgery, I wanted to safely get back to working out, and Leah was exactly what I needed. She truly understood my recovery goals and created a plan that built strength without risking re-injury. Her knowledge of rehab and body mechanics is outstanding. She even introduced me to Pilates, which became a game changer for my shoulder mobility and core strength. Leah is patient, encouraging, and one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with and just a really down to earth person. Leah is an amazing trainer! She understood my goals and she understood some of my challenges like damaged shoulder, knee issues. She noticed slight details to ensure my form was correct making sure I was fully benefiting from the lift and reducing chance of getting hurt. She had a great ability to push me to get strength gains but not pushing over the limit and causing the flair ups in pain. With some trainers they either weren’t pushing enough and gains were slow or they pushed too hard and I would have set backs to recover. I hit my PR of 200 lbs in deadlifts thanks to Leah.

I went to Leah for shoulder rehabilitation following surgery. She created a personalized, progressive program focused on improving both mobility and strength. At the time I started, I was several weeks behind the rehab timeline recommended by my doctor. Thanks to Leah’s guidance and expertise, I ended up progressing several weeks ahead of schedule. Leah is an amazing trainer and individual! I worked with her for months 5-8 of my pregnancy and she was so affirming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about what my body needed. My body changed quickly during this time so we had to adjust from more strength focused exercises to more stretch focused and she was able to help me feel more comfortable and to ease some of my pregnancy pains. 10/10 would recommend!!

I first met Leah when she was coaching at a local gym. When she left to start her own business I followed because I could not find a Pilates coach I liked more than her. She tailors your training to what you need and what your goals are. So happy to see that Leah is having her own business. I was training with Leah for couple years when she lived near Philly. My son trained with her too when he was middle school age.
While the first few sessions were extra hard, as she demanded me to work hard for a full hour each time, I loved it and had great progress during that period.
Since Leah decided to move to the warmer south and we all stayed cold in the north, I never had the same results. Leah have special connection with her trainees.
I would highly recommend Leah as personal trainer. You’ll get excellent results and feel good about yourself.

She brings great energy and motivation everyday! She pushes you while making sure you’re staying safe and using proper form. I noticed improvements in my flexibility and mobility after a few sessions.

Leah is easily one of the best trainers I've dealt with in a while!! She gets right to it and she's stays very focused! Most impressive as other trainers seem to take phone calls and play games while you're doing what they tell you to do and also don't even look like they practice what they preach! She stays on top of you insisting on positive results for your fitness and wellness and doesn't give up on you!! Most upbeat and positive experience I've had!
