We believe that learning to dance is a process, not an overnight event. Along the road, it takes a lot of hard work and perseverance to develop good dancing technique. Our classes are designed to be challenging to students while still being highly enjoyable and fun. As children get older and progress in our program, they can expect to work harder each year as their technique and skills
At the Stephenville Dance Center, the vast majority of our new students come through referrals from other happy families eager to have their children’s friends join them in dance
Dancers can choose from classes in ballet, lyrical, pointe, jazz, tap, and hip hop or competition teams

I couldn’t recommend SDC more!! As a dancer here of 8 years and counting here, I can assure you’re child will feel loved, grow as a dancer, & have so so so much fun! The teachers are all so educated in dance and know just how to teach and care for every student! Can’t forget the wonderful shows SDC puts on! A winter showcase that always gets the community in such a holiday spirit and a HUGE spring production that wows everybody and just gets better each year!

I absolutely love the Stephenville dance center! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the teachers are so kind. The kids always love their dances and have so much fun! we do a spring show inspired from kids movies but put our own creative twist on it, and a Christmas show every year, along with a competition and nationals trip!! We are also given the opportunity to perform in a professional Nutcracker at the Granbury Opera House with the Ballet Frontier!! such an amazing experience!! certainly a five star studio!!

More than a dance studio, an education in theatrical performance and teamwork. The owner and instructors are incredibly talented artists who pour their expertise into each dancer. We're beyond proud to be part of such an incredible dance family that develops young people to take pride in their art and support each other.
Stephenville Dance Center puts on the most amazing shows which marry dance with professional singing and acting. The dancers learn a great deal about what goes into a show beyond what the audience sees. Brilliant choreography, beautiful sets, and exciting acting make for the most entertaining performances. The Little Mermaid was phenomenal!

My daughter is about to start her 7th year with Stephenville Dance Center, and we have been so blessed to be a part of the SDC family! Not only has she improved her dance skills under the leadership of very talented instructors, but she’s built deep, lifelong, friendships that is a direct result of the positive atmosphere at SDC. Throughout the year, the students work hard to enhance their skills and prepare dances to share their talents with the public. The Christmas showcase and additional performances during community events in December are a great way to get into the spirit of the season. The Spring show is unlike any dance recital you will ever see! The performance includes amazing dances, talented actors, and hilarious dialogue and it a treat to be in the audience. Competition preparation is hard work, but it is always a joy to get to see it pay off on the stage and to witness the support that the dancers have for each other. We would definitely recommend Stephenville Dance Center to anyone!

We became a part of the Stephenville Dance Center family this past fall 2023. Let me just say, this is the BEST studio to bring your child to! The studio owner and her teachers have created something so special for these kids, it fosters the love of dance with support, kindness all while continuing to help your child grow and develop in the art of dance! We are so very blessed to have found our new and forever dance studio here in Stephenville!! Simply the BEST!!

Stephenville Dance Center is the premier dance studio in town. The instructors are top notch. They genuinely care about their students and want them to succeed. Not only do the students grow as dancers they get to grow as performers by performing in two shows a year. A fun Christmas showcase and a spectacular production to closeout the year! The production has professional actors, singers, and always highlights the dancers. This year was our version of The LIttle Mermaid which was the best one yet! If you want your dancer to grow as a complete dancer and performer Stephenville Dance Center is the place to be!

Stephenville Dance Center is the very best studio in town! This studio and teachers foster a very positive and fun learning environment. My little dancer has grown a ton as a dancer in just one year at SDC and we just can't say enough good things about our experience here! We have also been to see several incredible spring shows put on by SDC. They are very professional shows complete with dancing, singing, acting and humor and we are lucky to have something of this caliber in our small town. My little girl had the opportunity to be a part of the show this spring and it was truly spectacular production and we can't wait to be part of it again next year!

I've tried a couple of different fitness classes and the instructors were very knowledgeable. You really can't beat a $5 class so I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised
