Coach Sam has been an absolute game-changer in my fitness journey! As a retired army veteran, business professional and mom I have a very demanding schedule! When I came to him to explain my schedule, my poor eating habits, and underperformance in fitness, he provided me with just the right fitness recipe to get me not only back to what I know to be a healthy lifestyle but we created a magical formula that simply GOT ME TO BETTER! The painless virtual consultation that I had with him was where together we chatted about where I wanted to be, my current health status both physically and mentally and then explained in detail how he could get me to where I wanted to be. Now, having worked with him for 6 months, I can honestly say that his unwavering support and expertise have guided me on the path to achieving my ‘mommy makeover’ goals that we set at the start of this journey. His personalized approach, crafting a plan tailored to my fitness level, not only made workouts enjoyable but also effective. He also provided me with nutritional guidance along with a slow intro to taking supplements that would enhance my results. With Sam, it’s not just about the exercises; it’s about the journey and the empowerment enforced by his strong mentorship. I am continuously pushed beyond my comfort zone which helped me understand my own strength. With patience and grace, I am achieving my peak performance. I can almost say I feel better about working out now than when I did while being in the military. I had been dealing with family medical/health stuff for about 3 years and I knew I need to start focusing on myself and my health and make some changes. I wasn’t getting any younger and I had not been kind to my mind and body for a couple years. I went to an open gym with a friend who had been working with Coach Sam for a few months. I went with an open mind but no intention of working with a trainer; I wasn’t sure I could make that commitment. I knew after talking to Coach Sam for 2 minutes that he was the person I wanted to help lead me back to my fitness and health journey.
Coach Sam is dedicated and focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and sharing my thoughts, which greatly contributed to the overall learning experience
In 6 months, my fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. His energy and passion are contagious and I find I look forward to my workouts each session. I appreciate his ability to push me the way I need to be pushed but also lets me be me!

Stewart supreme Stewart training is something I’ve been looking for, for years. Dedicating, hard, work discipline, and spiritual motivation. By far the best experience I've had with a personal trainer!!! I'll start by saying that I've tried personal training in the past, and unfortunately every attempt before I discovered him fell short. Coach Sam is extremely dedicated, and the amount of knowledge he brings to the table is so refreshing. He really puts in the effort to make every session better than the last. Every workout has been geared specifically towards my goal to become stronger and healthier in my day to day life. And as someone who's struggled with committing to a healthier lifestyle, Coach Sam has really made this transition easy and enjoyable for me. I can't wait to keep seeing results and reach the rest of my fitness goals. If you were looking for a sign to start with someone who actually knows what they're doing. THIS IS IT!
