About the Club

Stonewolf Defense Fitness is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio-based group workout that focuses on full-body conditioning. Our unique program combines self-defense fundamentals, focus training, and agility conditioning to build strength, promote weight loss, increase confidence, and develop self-control.

I love this place, Coach Bryan is very passionate about what he does which makes this gym truly one of a kind. Great place to come and sweat off some stress with our intense workouts. I've been taking boxing classes for sometime now and I can see myself improving after each session . I seriously recommend this gym to anyone who is ready to not only accomplish but surpass their fitness goals.

I’ve been training with Bryan for nearly 10 years and I’ve only improved as an individual. I highly recommend to anyone who does not have the experience of training with Stonewolf to come train with the best self defense coach and mitt master. I believe that practicing what you preach masters you to become the best, and I can say that Coach Bryan is the best.

Highly recommend. The classes are a great workout with options for boxing / defense and strength / conditioning. The gym has multiple types of boxing bags which allows classes to have a variety of movements. In addition to getting a strong workout, the instructors do a great job of teaching some self defense tactics which are incorporated into the workouts. Great gym for anyone looking for good workout classes and/or to learn some boxing / self defense.

I can't say enough positive things about this incredible new gym! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and the passion the owner /trainer Bryan has for what they do.

The incorporation of self-defense techniques into their HIIT classes is so awesome. Not only do I get an intense workout, but I also learn valuable self defense techniques that I can incorporate in real life.
The structured strength training classes are equally fantastic. The variety of exercises keeps the workouts interesting, and I can feel myself getting stronger with every session.

The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive energy that motivates me to come back. The community here is supportive and encouraging, creating a sense of camaraderie that is truly inspiring.

The BEST trainer I have ever trained with. Bryan is beyond knowledgeable and skilled. He lights fires under you to become the best you can be; constantly pushing and challenging you. My daughter didn’t even want to box when I first brought the idea to her. I told her I’d give her a month to try it out. If she didn’t like it, we could find some thing else to try. Shute enough, she fell in love with it! The coaches have a great way of connecting with them. My daughter went from being quiet, shy to a confident and outgoing girl! It was great to see her self-esteem improve while learning how to defend herself if ever needed to. I highly recommend signing up!
