I’ve been working with Jonathan for over a year now & my strength gains have jumped off the charts compared to where I was a year ago at this time.
I do online programming with a monthly “check-in”workout.
If you’re looking for a foundation of proper form and building strength he’s your guy. Did I mention he’s a Swiss Army knife personal trainer? Weight loss, “toning”, conditioning, muscle gains, stretching / mobility, and strength gains…he kinda does it all.
If you’re serious about making a change message Jonathan and he’ll get you right.

I've been working with Jonathan for 3-4 years now, and as a guy just getting into consistent weight training after age 40, I can say I've been genuinely blessed with him as a trainer. Jonathan took me from small dumbbell weightlifting and band-assisted lifts, to large free-weight barbell lifts and various weight-loaded exercises to maximize not only functional strength, but mobility and injury-resistance.
The end result is that I've definitely put on muscle thru the years, but more than that, I've gain comfortable and strong mobility in my daily life, and rarely do run into the all-too-common strains and sprains that tend to plague aging adults who like to be active.
Jonathan keeps me safe and strong, with a patient, quiet manner and regular words of encouragement. He is ready to modify anything as needed, whether it be a random ache or just plain boredom with a movement. No doubt, he's among the best trainers in the area.
And, as an aside, he trains my wife and son as well! Small group classes FTW!! Accountability and fellowship are among the many Strengths you find in Numbers.

Working out with my trainer, Jonathon, in a group setting has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. Jonathon’s approach to accountability, positivity, and motivation has been a game-changer for me. Before joining the group, I had never worked out or enjoyed going to the gym. I struggled with being too independent and not asking for help. However, tired of seeing others make their transformations on social media, I decided to trust the process and seek professional guidance.
I started as an obese male who was becoming more disabled with each passing month. Simple tasks, like picking up something off the ground, had become monumental challenges. Jonathon made accommodations to my workouts that allowed me to participate effectively while ensuring I maintained good form to prevent injury, a major concern of mine.
Thanks to Jonathon's support, I went from never having done a deadlift to now deadlifting over 200 lbs, and I authentically look forward to going to the gym. Through his expertise and encouragement, I learned to slowly enjoy the small gains, which accumulated to help me reach my goals. I am grateful for his guidance.
