Class above the rest. You get what you pay for and they prove that. Gwen saved me the joy of surgery.

I have been trained by Erick for more than 8 years. His expertise is evident in his client list. What I have always appreciated is that he works with what I have in any given day. When I am strong he pushes me. If I am injured, he assesses how my workout can benefit the recovery of the injury. The new studio is amazing. It’s always clean and relatively quiet. I love the personal attention in private training. I feel that this environment and the programs Erick has developed benefit all clients regardless of age or abilityβ€” High school athletes, professional athletes, and just people like me trying to be healthy for life! I highly recommend strength studio and all of the trainers.

Strength Studio provides an individualized training program that takes into account my specific goals. The one on one instruction gives me the ability to focus on taking my strength training to the next level - no generic one size fits all routine that other programs offer. The staff at Strength Studio is knowledgeable and welcoming. They help me set goals that fit with my schedule and offer me a solid physical challenge. The overall facility is clean, quiet, and organized which allows for a workout that helps me to focus.

My goals are to stay strong & healthy as I age because I lead a very active lifestyle. I ride horses, wake surf, snow ski, water ski, hike, swim, kayak, SUP & fish remote locations. Since joining the Strength Studio 3 years ago I have actually excelled in my sporting life & life in general has improved all around. I will be 60 next week and WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY FITNESS. I highly recommend the Strength Studio to everyone from elite athletes to anyone that wants to lead healthy, active lives.

Poor, Poor customer service. Everything seemed to start out great; I stopped by asking for quotes on up front Paid In Full (PIF) packages. I was then referred to emailing the owner, Eric, for pricing. I was able to get the quote for the gym membership packages, but when I asked about personal training packages, I never received a reply back. I emailed the owner twice more to no avail. I never heard from these guys again. He more or less didn't care about my business because they were "close to capacity". It's a shame these guys don't care about new customers. Thanks for leaving me hanging.
Response:
Don't believe this guy; I never completed the online new member questionnaire because he never answered my questions thoroughly enough for me to WANT to become a member. Why would I fill out paperwork to become a new member, before I know that I want to be a member? That's like a dealership asking me to buy a car in order to test drive it. I was completely prepared to sign up had my questions been answered. The owner gave me DIFFERENT Paid In Full quotes for a gym membership then what are listed on the website; naturally I inquired about Paid In Full quotes for personal training. That's where the communication completely stopped. As in dead stop. I even gave him my schedule and asked if it would be a problem to schedule personal training within that time frame. I even told him that I was very interested in Platinum training when a spot became available. No communication at all. Never even attempted to answer me. Why would I fill anything out when these simple questions can't be answered? This is all documented on email. He would rather make excuses rather than own up to his poor customer service.
