Adelina and Chase are amazing and fun to work with for strength coaches and powerlifting!! I have used them for my powerlifting meets as my handler's in Texas and in Oklahoma my last meet was on July 20th 2024. I sent my videos in of all my lifts and Chase helped me pick my numbers to use and had all my warm ups ready and a whole plan, planned out for me for the day!! Adelina was there to coach me along next to Chase. She helped me do all my warm ups for my lifts and gave me a good slap on the back to pump me up she also did my lift offs for my bench press!! Chase did all my talking to the judges and helped me make my next moves while Adelina was making sure I stayed hydrated and making sure I had carbs in my system to be able to lift. They are very fun and so hype to work with and very knowledgeable in their field of work!! I truly love working with them!!

I had such an amazing experience with Strength Therapy. They handled my first powerlifting meet. I spent my day not having to focus on anything but hitting my lifts making my day stress free, fun, and very enjoyable. The professionalism and amount of work that they poured into myself and my team was phenomenal.

Adelina and Chase are true masters of their craft no question asked! They are so professional and supportive! They made my life easier when both took control and being the best handlers to my first powerlifting meet back in July! I was less nervous, enjoyed my time making sure I’m in good hands! I'm so glad I found Chase over a year ago. He is amazing and here's why:
Each time we meet, he has a structured plan for me and keeps track of everything I do. He is very quick to correct my form and how I need to improve each movement and also explains the mechanics so well. He has given me tips I would have never learned on my own. Also, if I am struggling with pain in a certain area (not related to workouts) he will modify the exercise in a safe way. Since working with Chase, I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and overall wellness!

I have completed my 2nd visit w/Adelina. She worked w/me in MAT therapy, massage therapy & myofascial therapy to help my previously aching & swolen ankles. Because of my pronation, the ankles have become more weak. I’m now getting a relief, increased strength & comfort that I hadn’t seen even with physical therapy. I can see how this treatment will continue to help me build strength over time. Thank you for introducing me to MAT therapy.

I started by looking for a trainer who knew more than me and would could recommend a routine to keep me from pulling muscles. What I found was Strength Therapy. I wasn't entirely sure about weight training when I emailed (I've never done anything more than hand weights), but when I met with Chase he explained things in a very easy, logical way that reassured me. So, I tried it and I liked it! I was surprised at how challenging, fun and different weights were from other exercises.
Chase aimed to make the technique and explanations clear and relatable, which I appreciated. I trusted that he knew what I could handle -he's worked with a lot of different clients and seems to be able to tailor things to each individual's needs. I also appreciate his over all approach - training the whole body as opposed to spot training certain areas and his reminders to eat well, drink water, and get in other exercise.
Chase was an awesome trainer and I look forward to taking all of that knowledge forward in my lifetime training.

I started my strength training journey with Adelina through virtual training during 2020. Prior to it, I had never used a squat rack and had little confidence in the gym. I work a desk job and would have pretty regular headaches, primarily from poor posture, traps being overactive and lack of mid back support.
Over the last couple years, I’ve had virtual trainings with Adelina and strength training programs with her. I rarely get headaches now and am more capable in my every day life (i.e. one trip with carrying all my groceries, easily lifting my heavy a$$ luggage during my travels, lifting heavy furniture, etc.). I have been able to build my overall strength and now enjoy being at the gym as my form of therapy. I even incorporate it as a part of my travels.
I’d highly recommend Strength Therapy and am so grateful for all the coaching I’ve received from Adelina! Getting strong is fun :)

I don't normally write reviews, but it is MUST for this place. Adelina and Chase are true pros! Their boutique practice allows for 1:1 focus that you really don't get these days, especially at big gyms like 24 and Lifetime. This specialized attention lets them concentrate on where you need to improve and help you reach your potential. I have been seeing Adelina for almost 6 months and have never been stronger. I went from someone who could barely do a squat to doing them and over her weight with more to go! I think aside from the progress that I have made, what I really like about this place are their personalities. They genuinely care about your progress and don’t look at you like another appointment. They make strength training fun, exciting, and fulfilling! If you are looking for true personalized strength training, look no further!

I highly recommend training at Strength Therapy with Adelina and Chase. They are both very knowledgeable, caring and enthusiastic.
I trained with Lina for 6 months and I am amazed at how much I learned and impressed with the strength I've developed. I have an injury on my left knee that became aggravated every time I worked out on my own. I've had no issues since training with Lina.
I'm happy with the decision I made and will definitely comeback for round two of training.

Adelina and Chase are true masters of their craft! They're brilliant, fun, make you feel safe when you feel vulnerable, and pump you up when you're humbled. They have taught me so much about how the body works! And the workout actually does feel like therapy. It's hard to not be in a good mood when leaving, both because you feel stronger and because Adelina and Chase have such infectious energy.

To say this place and the trainers are awesome is an understatement. Chase & Adelina are not only exceptionally knowledgeable AND remarkably humble, they are also extremely passionate about what they do and about helping people get stronger, fitter and healthier. I attended their barbell event and WOW! The amount of stuff I learned from just one session with Chase and Adelina was incredible. I had no clue about most of the stuff they shared with us even though I have had trainers before and have been working out for years. The coolest thing was putting everything they shared with us into practice and getting very detailed feedback on form, posture and how to optimize performance. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I can't wait for my next session with them. If you want to train with the best of the best, Strength Therapy is the place to go.

Positively life changing! You won’t find more qualified, caring, attentive trainers in town that know exactly how to read your individual body and cater a balanced program just for you!! In just 3 months, training 2x/week with Adelina, I went from waking up in pain daily to feeling strong, balanced energy, and no pain!! Adelina is very careful to check in with you regularly after workouts to see how the body reacts, and she modifies as you go. I find her ability to teach the proper form and help regulate the pace of the strength training around recovery super valuable!! As a professional in my early 60’s, I felt my body losing strength and flexibility. I wanted to invest in my overall health by proactively learning the proper methods to gain back my strength and body tone.
Walking into any gym and viewing all the equipment can be rather intimidating, never mind the concern of looking foolish, or worse, inflicting self-injury. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to deal with my lack of understanding of body muscles and structure. I found these types of coaches at Strength Therapy in Colleyville, TX.
Both Adelina and Chase at Strength Therapy provide their clients with energetic, personal (one-on-one) guidance. Their expert knowledge together with a balanced, easy-going coaching style has helped me achieve my personal goals.
These two coaches continue to impress me with their intelligence and enthusiastic passion for strength training. In addition to verbal encouragement and persistence to total body strengthening, they are very patient with any muscle that might need special attention due to previous injury or weakness.
I am so glad I met Adelina and Chase for the betterment of my overall health. I am finally doing something for myself by investing in my body’s future. Do yourself a favor and talk to the folks at Strength Therapy in Colleyville. You will be glad you did…… I know I am!

I've had 15 virtual sessions since training with Chase and Adelina on 8/9/2021. On day one I squatted 20lbs for 3 sets of , overhead pressed 20lbs for 3 sets of 5 and dead lifted 50lbs for 1 set of 5. Today (9/17/2021) I squatted 110lbs for 3 sets of 5, overhead pressed 56lbs for 5 sets of 3 and dead lifted 120lbs for 1 set of 5. The constantly coach me through every step of the way and tailored my workouts to meet my needs with my weak back. They constantly encourage me when I want to give up and believe in my potential on days that I don't. They are as proud, if not more proud of my accomplishments than I am. They also emphasize the importance of healthy eating and provide nutritional guidance to help me achieve my weight loss goals. I highly recommend them for their patience, experience and especially their years of education. You absolutely can't go wrong with Strength Therapy.

Ever need someone to guide you and help with your fitness needs. Strength therapy is the way to go if that is the case. Ever since being apart of that community not only have I lost 40 pounds in the last 6 months but gained family in staff at this facility. They are so professional and cater to your needs as well as goals. The gym is wonderful condition with the state of the art equipment to tackle your weight loss needs. I highly recommend checking them out.

I've had gym memberships all of my adult life, but never felt connected to training or saw the results I was looking for. Two years ago I met Chase and that all changed. I've been working with Chase 3 days a week for two years and he's changed my outlook, perception, and overall approach to health, nutrition, and weight training. Gym days used to be a bore and discouraging, but now they're the best part of my week. Chase takes the time to learn about your needs, wants, history, and goals in an attentive and genuine way I've not encountered with other trainers. Through daily check-ins Chase keeps you accountable by reviewing your food logs and activity. Chase is the only trainer I've had that has proven he knows what he's doing and I see and feel the physical results of our work. I've lost weight, gained muscle, improved my stamina, and most importantly he changed the way I look at food and my body. Our time together is always full of encouragement, tough love, and fun. He's a passionate guy who will change your life. If you're looking for real 1:1 training in a private environment by an expert, Strength Therapy is where you need to be.
