Love, love, LOVE! This studio is so welcoming and truly supportive of all fitness levels. If you’re new, please come early as requested. Arriving early allowed to me ask questions, learn the machine and calm my nerves. Sarah is so supportive and encouraging. I think she’s going to turn me in to a runner. I will definitely return!

I love a good run and doing it on a woodway treadmill, with the variety of dynamics to have a total body workout was amazing and I felt a difference, so much softer on my knees.

I love how interactive it was, great music, the team is so kind and motivating, shoutout to Kim, Sarah, Alicia, Aiden and everyone that makes Stride happen ⭐️

Haven’t done a running workout class before and I can definitely say running at Stride felt amazing! Coach Sarah is super encouraging and supportive, the music is on point and the treadmill are amazing! If you’re looking for a group fitness that does 50/50 running/strengthening, this is it.

First time in a class like this. The experience was great and, although I don't like gyms, this didn't feel awkward for me. Equipment was easy to get used to. The instructions were clear and could be modified depending on preferences or abilities. We all had a good time and the exercise didn't seem like work.
A great experience all around!

Finally had the opportunity to try out STRIDE for the first time after hearing great things about it. I had never heard of a treadmill class for running and didn't know what to expect but it was great. I usually do casual jogs outside but I can see this being a really great way to push myself and improve my running. We did a combo class, and we had intervals of endurance, strength training, hills, and speed. I had never pushed myself like that before for running and it was a much needed workout. They also have options for power walking if you prefer to do that rather than running or if you have an injury

Stride, for me, has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding workouts I've ever done. I'm not a runner. Never have been. I find the workouts doable though and you can always self pace. However, the coaches encourage and push you beyond your limits which I really love. Shout out to Sarah who is always encouraging during class and to Gina who always says the nicest things after class. But honestly all of the coaches are 🔥 Isabel, Shatiece, and Alicia are all bomb. I can just only take certain ones due to my schedule.

The facility is so nice and clean and the treadmills are top notch.

Lastly, I've only been going a couple of months and I definitely see a difference in my running posture, speed, and mileage.

It's hard, but you never regret it. Go.

I have never ever been a runner, but taking Shaitece’s classes have made me feel like I could become one! Her playlist is AMAZING and her workouts are challenging enough to make you push past your own mental blocks, but also make you want to come back for the next class! 10/10

I joined Stride about a year ago, and it has been the best investment for me. I started off just walking for all of the class. Now I'm 25 lbs down and running every class! The coaches are incredible and the community is so welcoming and warm. They have fun challenges throughout the month to keep you motivated, and they even attend races as a group. Highly recommend joining this studio! You won't regret it!

I would not say that I am a runner. The reason why I joined STRIDE was because my rowing gym closed. I needed a workout community and I knew one of the coaches. Here I am 6 months later rocking it. What I love is that all of the coaches bring something of their own. There is not one class that is the same. I have the ability to workout on my own, but having a coach see my potential and challenge me makes the workout worth my while. They also truly want to get to know you as a person. They want to help you and see you reach those goals. Your own personal cheerleader.

If you are on the fence, try it out. The first class is free. I promise you, it'll be worth it.

I used to be my own little lone wolf runner among my friends - but it's been so cool to find a running community.

Who knew that on the day my coworker suggested STRIDE to me, I'd find something that would go on to become a huge part of my life!

Seriously, I love this gym. It's been huge for my mental health, and bonus: STRIDE members get deals on a bunch of Dallas races. They just snagged me a free 5k this Saturday...looking forward to hanging out in our team tent with the free goodies, cold towels, and yoga mats they're so courteously setting up for us! #gostrideorgohome

Awesome place and the best fitness place I've been to and I've tried them all. Great workout that pushes you but you can go at your own pace if you want to. Burned around 800 calories per 55 minute workout. A+ Rating. You've got to try it.

I have been going to STRIDE for a few months now, on and off. I love to change it up and especially now, when it’s so hot outside, I know I can always get a great workout in!
I also love how versatile the workouts are, so it can work for any fitness level.
Great, clean environment, dynamic atmosphere and coaches. I always look forward to my workouts at STRIDe!

I am six sessions in and I am hooked. The classes are challenging for all fitness levels. The Woodway treads are on another planet as they feel great to run on, no knee pain, but also don’t feel like bouncy at all. It is a weird feeling at first but you won’t want to go back to a normal belt.

There are multiple coaches that all put their own flavor and personality into the programs. They also have control over the tunes and can make it their own. I find it very refreshing vs similar gyms that feel very “corporate”. The owners take a very common sense approach, treat you like an individual and not a sales quota, and do not participate in a high pressure sales program.

I highly recommend Stride and would encourage folks to grab a handful of classes to run with different coaches and experiment with the various class formats.

Did I mention they provide towel service and a cooling towel at the end of class?

I joined in March and attend at least 2x a week. Was not a fan of running but you should see me run now. :-) 🏃🏻‍♀️ My endurance has grown and I love the coaches especially Sarah. The staff is wonderful and the coaches go the extra mile to make it fun and engaging.

The space is perfectly lit, always clean and the A/C and fans are just what we hot Texans needs to keep our bodies moving.

I’ve been going to STRIDE for only a couple of weeks now (through Classpass) and I’ve been enjoying it SO much. Coaches are great and the music is top notch! I love the concept of STRIDE .. more than any other gym I’ve tried. It’s great for runners and walkers alike. For muscle growth, combo will be the class for you. Cardio will be Stride. And some focus on core but mostly cardio, would be ‘Core’

Thanks for everything STRIDE!!!!

Stride-McK and Coach Heather are a great combination! Coach Heather allows us to do as much as we can, but also, challenges us to work towards setting/reaching goals. She really engages and interacts well with her group. We really enjoy our weekly efforts and having Stride available to us in the McK area. While overall great physical health is an optimal goal, mobility and the ability to "walk or run" is a big part of agility and independent abilities of daily life.

The good: 1) strongest air conditioning I've seen of all fitness centers I've visited. Helps with comfort level, probably even in summer, and I think better than personal fans.
2) My trainer Hannah was very helpful and considerate in my 2 visits so far. I'm impressed. Manager also nice and easygoing.
The bad: 1) The program was fully packed, with instructions given several times a minute. Which means it's very difficult for trainer to coach someone new like me. But she was doing their best within that limitation.
2) No showers. So I'll have to go home, go take shower at a different fitness center, or just endure clinging sweats for a while until I can shower. Not ideal.

Amazing coaches who are so positive and motivating you can’t help but push yourself to do your best each class! The combo classes are phenomenal, and I love that no two classes have been the same.
It’s been a long while since I enjoyed running, but this place has made me like it again.
The friendly atmosphere is felt from the minute you walk through the door- definitely check out a class or two!

Just visited for the first time today via Classpass. ...I am afraid to let the cat out of the bag on this studio! Today was a Core class with Roller Rink Throwbacks. The coach wore roller skates and we got glow bracelets and necklaces for class. There were only 4 of us in class and that was perfect for me. I loved the personalized feel. I am a huge music buff and the music was AWESOME. A nice mix of classic disco roller rink songs and some 90s tunes that all had great beats for running. I sang along to many of them. This studio opened in July and this was the first time that I saw some classes offered through Classpass. I am so happy I got to visit and hope I can come back very soon. The receptionist and coach were both very welcoming to me as a Classpasser. The studio is incredibly clean.
Please, please, please open in Plano next!

Obsessed!! I was nervous to join because I am not a runner and haven’t been working out regularly. Each Coach is so encouraging and motivating. I look forward to each class and seeing how much better than I was the class before. When they say all fitness levels welcome they mean it. Don’t let intimidation or your fitness level hold you back. Join, it’s worth it.

Went for my first time tonight. Highly recommend the class!! Andre was a fantastic instructor and was extremely welcoming and supportive. Made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. If you’re nervous about getting started don’t worry, they will teach you everything you need to know.

Oh, did I mention I burned 944 calories (confirmed by HR monitor and Apple Watch) in under an hour?! I was a little nervous about what a treadmill class would be like but STRIDE delivered. I feel no soreness after running 5.5 miles for the first time in a year - I credit this to the really smooth and high quality treadmills.

My dream came true! STRIDE is something I had always wished for. I wanted an indoor treadmill workout facility. I know you are thinking I can go to any gym and run on the treadmill, no! STRIDE has state of the art Woodway treadmills. When I say you don't feel anything. I mean it, I have chronic lower back pain, shoulder, knee and foot pain. Most of this came from years of working, training, sports and outdoor running. My days of running and walking outside became non existant. Then I joined STRIDE and I had my first workout on the Woodway treadmills. The feeling was amazing and liberating. I did not think it was possible to feel the runners high again.

I started off wallking, the first two weeks. Keep in mind., I had not worked out consistanley for five years, gained 45 pounds therfore it was alot of weight on my knees and lower back. By week three I was walking and jogging. The adrenaline and endorphins overwhelmed me with feeling hopeful, I would feel healthy and happy again.

If you are looking for a place to get your walk, jog or run back give STRIDE a try. The classes are coached by certified trainers. The music will get you hype, your heart rate televised WILL motivate you to challenge yourself. The classes are built for you to do what is comfortable for you. There's no judgement from coaches. They will guide you to have the best intense or active recovery workout you are seeking. I can go on and on about this place but you have to experience it yourself to understand it.

I apprecaite the hard work Houston & Mckenzie, (owners of STRIDE) also the Coaches to get this place opened! The owners had a vision to bring this franchise to help people become the best version of themselves. Thank you both for making me feel like a vaulued member, greeting me with a big smile! You are a blessing to me. I can't wait to see our growth in a year. Stay kind, humble and funny!
