I have been training on and off with Justin for a long time. If you're on the fence about hiring a personal trainer, AT LEAST go see Justin for an eval. He is extremely knowledgable, very professional, and can adjust his training to your needs. I had terrible quasimoto posture (which I didn't even realize) and over time he got me stronger and straightened me out! He is also very flexible with his hours, which helps me stay more consistent with my training.

Justin is a fantastic trainer! I've been seeing him for over a year based on a recommendation from a friend. During that time, I've gotten so much stronger and more confident overall about weight training.
The best thing (in my opinion) about working with Justin is his adaptability and support. I never feel pressured to do some intense plan I don't want (be it diet, certain gains, etc). He's flexible when "life happens," but still keeps me working hard. He's extremely knowledgeable without being at all pretentious. When I travel, Justin gives me adaptable workouts so I can keep up my progress.
Highly, highly recommend Strive and Justin to anyone looking for a great trainer, be it for injury recovery/prevention or simply overall fitness!

Justin with Strive to Be Fit is hands down one of the best personal trainers around.
I've been training with him for about 2 years now. He took into consideration all the injuries I've sustained over the years(prior to working with him), and programs my workouts to still be intense, but to work what's needed to strengthen my weak joints.
I'm moderately knowledgeable in my work outs, and what I could do. My forms were where I lacked, and especially with over doing how much weight I would use. Thinking that if I lift heavier than I should I'd show more results quicker. I was wrong, and he broke that down to the point where I could see my own mistakes prior him working with me. Now I'm lifting and moving weight I never thought I could. I'm about to be 35, and I truly feel the strongest I ever have. Even from when I was in high-school to my mid 20s. I know I would out do my past self with where I'm at now.
I will admit I complain through the workout, because my they can be rough sometimes, but Justin is always there to push me, and motivate me through them all. His positive attitude and knowledge during each session is what keeps me going. I hold myself accountable, and when I'm feeling even the slightest bit of exhaustion, here he comes to push me through the final bits.
If you're looking for someone to get you right, Justin is the man to go to.
Personally Justin thank you for all your guidance, and words we've shared in our sessions. I'm seeing a totally different person everyime I stand on a scale or look in the mirror, I couldn't have done this without you! I've taken the "dad bod" and coined the saying "I'm making the dad bod 2.0"

This is my 3rd year working with Justin. I’m a 75 year old senior who needs to stay active and healthy. Justin’s approach is to focus on your needs and design a plan to fit your lifestyle. I LOVE working out at strive to be fit and with Justin. Justin is professional, thoughtful, responsive, creative and flexible with all of our work outs. From kickboxing to powerlifting he has put me through the fitness gauntlet. And I’m not complaining. I’m 61 and know I’m stronger than most of my peers. That will serve me well as I continue to age. Justin’s clientele is very diverse and he adapts well to each person’s needs. I have been a client for over a decade-so yes-I’m invested. Drop him a line, check it out, I know you won’t be sorry.

I've been training with Justin for the last two years...the experience has been excellent. He's a consummate professional, his studio is convenient and clean. Justin is a fantastic trainer! He is patient, encouraging, and compassionate. I found Justin as I was finishing up with cancer treatment for the second time. He got me back to being active and has turned into one of my biggest cheerleaders over the last 5 years.
