If you’re looking for a program that not only pushes you but keeps you engaged, all while being surrounded by an amazingly supportive community, this is the place. The coaches along with people there are genuinely invested in helping me improve. The workouts are challenging and no two days ever feel the same. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member of this gym off and on for several years due to my changing work schedule. While I’ve always appreciated the community here, my most recent experiences have been disappointing enough to prompt this review.

There has been a notable decline in both gym quality and member experience:
• Equipment condition is unacceptable. Much of it is rusty and outdated to the point that several machines don’t function properly. Assault bike seats are loose due to worn bolts, and the pull-up rig is so stripped down that it causes hand injuries.
• The facility is visibly unclean, with dust, dirt, and debris left unattended, giving the gym a neglected and unsanitary feel.
• Coaching staff turnover remains an issue, and it’s been difficult to find consistent, knowledgeable instruction for quite some time.
• Perhaps most concerning, the attitude of the staff has become increasingly rude and dismissive. In my case, I was pushed toward injury despite voicing concerns—and when I brought up my limitations as a disabled veteran, I was told I was making excuses. And would no longer be welcome at the gym because I am a distraction. Despite the fact that I show up to class and mind my own business. The coach in particular has a pretty big ego and instead of trying to help just flexed all his un-amusing stories about his time in the service as if to compare it to my own and invalidate my experience as a veteran. Very odd behavior.

This used to be a great gym, but the current direction and lack of accountability make it hard to recommend. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because many long-time members are losing faith in what this place once was.

CrossFit Boot Camp is fantastic. Last Tuesday, I fell in my parking lot due to numb feet. I have 5 months of CrossFit Bootcamp under my belt and If I was not in the best shape I’ve been in years, I couldn’t have gotten my self to ER. Got fixed and am recovering very well now. Thanks to Coach Susanna and all. Hope I’ll see you very soon.

Been going to Strong Body for a little over a month now to supplement my marathon/strength training routine and I absolutely love everything about it! From the coaches , the facility , to the members, it’s been a great experience. A very welcoming and supportive environment from the jump , with of course the friendly competition, makes coming back each week super easy. Very knowledgeable and friendly coaching staff how have taught me so much in a short period of time , Shoutout to coach Tucker for being Awesome! Strong Body CrossFit has helped me become a better runner and athlete for sure! Overall great experience and looking forward to more growth in my fitness journey here!

I like that exhausted feeling after a workout. This box provides the routine to build strength and burn calories. 5AM is my class, and it's a fine way to start the day! Lot's of support, equipment, and sweat. Like most things, you get out what you put into it. It's worth the membership.

My wife has gone for a year and I've just started..the coaches here are amazing! They work with you where you're at and help you level up as you learn the movements. The people in the classes are encouraging and push each other without judgement. Awesome culture that's been created here! I'm able to track my progress and compete with myself or others in the class and look forward to moving up the leaderboards 😜

I got stuck in Texas due to the power outages for a few days, so I went with my aunt to this CrossFit gym she is a member at. They helped me so much and allowed me to use their equipment how I pleased, wanted to get to know me, and even followed up after and asked if I had any questions. This place is very personal and a perfect place to workout long term, short term, or just once, or especially if you are new to CrossFit and working out in general. Awesome business!

I have never done CrossFit before in my life and honestly had wasted my time and money in a traditional gym with meat heads just spending more time on the machines while being on their phones versus actually working out. Strong Body is a community and a place where people don’t judge you and push you to achieve your goals. The place is filled with like minded people who are very nice and caring and make you feel right at home. I most definitely felt that way the first day I stepped foot into the gym and will forever be grateful for the people and the coaches who are helping me achieve my fitness and nutrition goals.

Great atmosphere, great coaches, great work our partners, great box overall. Before Strong Body I had never been to Crossfit so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was an active gym goer, but the more traditional kind. After getting bored with that routine, I signed up for Strong Body. It only took a few workouts to get hooked. Now, more than a year later, I honestly don’t think I could ever go back to what I was doing before. They’ve worked with me as a newbie to get technique while building a solid base. Push yourself and make friends while doing it!
