Quickest response times in the ... Er ... East when I ask for alternative workouts, want to discuss workout schedules or just have general questions.
Love the familiar sets sprinkled with a couple new ideas each week so I'm not intimidated by too many new concepts but have plenty of exercise to do!

I highly recommend Strong Family Fitness for all of your fitness needs. Joanna is not only an all around great trainer (knowledgable, skillful, dedicated, and focused), she is also perfect for those of us that need encouragement, motivation, and support. I've gained strength, confidence, and all around have drastically improved my overall health and wellness through the personal training I've received from her. Cindy is a very compassionate health and fitness coach. Health and weight are very personal topics, and those who struggle with these issues need a caring coach.
