Strong Mind & Body is truly AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. The atmosphere is welcoming, uplifting, and motivating, and the coaches genuinely care about every person who walks through the door. No matter your age, size, or fitness level, every woman is welcomed, encouraged, and supported to meet — and beat — their personal goals.
There is truly no other group of women as encouraging, supportive, and inspiring as the women who train here. This place is more than just a gym — it’s a community and a family. I am so grateful to be part of it!

I worked out at a regular gym for months with no results or guidance . I joined SMDF and in just a month and a half my progress has been insane. Helen and Jenny push you every day, and the environment makes you want to keep going. I’m here for the long run after seeing how many girls get real results 🔥

The best gym and the best trainer
Joining this gym has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve received so much help and support, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which really shows the professionalism and love behind what they do.
My trainer is simply the best. She pays attention to every single exercise, corrects our posture, explains everything in detail—how to hold the weight, how to position ourselves, and how to do each movement safely. She motivates us constantly, and the energy between all the girls is amazing—always good vibes and support.
She has taught us discipline, consistency, and how to trust the process. I’m truly happy I joined her gym, and I 100% recommend it. Just be ready, because it is intense—but the results are absolutely guaranteed.
If you’re ready to change your life and become the best version of yourself, this is the place. I promise.

If you're looking for an all women's open gym or looking into getting some help getting trained and guidance into your fitness journey, then this is your place! Strong mind and body fitness is a gym where you can feel safe and confortable, and has all the right equiptment to train a full body work out. Trainer (owner) Hellen has helped me train and push myself into lifting weights that I never thought I could be capable of lifting. She is also a vive, kind and caring coach. There is a couple different plans to choose from. Wether its training with a group of girls where y'all keep each other motivated as well as getting the help with a training plan, and or training on your own during open gym hours.

I’ve been going to this all-women’s gym for a few weeks now, and I already feel a difference — not just physically, but mentally too. The environment is incredibly supportive, and it feels like a safe space where women can focus on themselves without judgment.
A huge shoutout to Hellen Mendoza — she’s an amazing trainer! She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I’m using proper form. Her energy and encouragement truly make every workout better.

Recommend your weight loss and or fitness journey with Hellen and Brenda at Strong Mind and Body Fitness!!! 10 out of 10! Have definitely noticed muscle gains. Also helps out after a long day at work to get the mind off of other stuff, discipline is most definitely important and consistency but this gym is very worth the investment cause you have a great coach and a great team of girls that have similar goals.

Highly recommend Strong mind and body fitness! Coach Hellen and Brenda are amazing! The environment is 10/10 the girls are very supportive, and your cheer leaders. It is a 100% a non judge zone! Strong Mind and Body Fitness is a great all woman gym! It doesn’t matter how active you have been or if you’ve never lifted weights before. With Hellen’s experience not just as a trainer, but also as a body builder, you are pushed to your limits everyday. Programs are six weeks long, there is currently no “membership” like big chain gyms. Unlike other gyms, Coach Hellen creates different routines everyday and she has group classes beginning at 5am, rather than it being a 24/7 gym. I personally prefer this as I feel more encouraged throughout my workout, not just by her but by the other ladies in the group.
She and her colleague Brenda, correct your form, find alternatives if the exercise is too difficult, and overall push you to go as heavy as you can or do as many reps as your body lets you. Included in your fee, you will get a meal plan to follow. Coach Hellen will also email you asking about your personal body goals.
Overall, if you’re looking to get toned and to build your dream physique, Coach Hellen will get you right where you want to be!
