Best Pilates class I’ve ever been to I came in for an introduction and the teachers were absolutely fantastic. Definitely a great workout and a great experience. Staff was fantastic and everyone made me feel very welcome.

Best Pilates studio in austin! The whole staff is so sweet, the space is pristine, and the workouts are a perfect mix of strength and cardio. I have been weight training and doing pilates for years and this studio combines the two in thee best way. I also usually cannot stand to do cardio but the way they mix it in here is perfect and elevates the workout to a whole new level. The trial period is a really great intro option, especially if you use the buddy pass for $20 off! One thing that really makes them stand out for is how accommodating they are regarding traffic, sickness, and life issues that come up. I was sick and on my ten day trial and had to leave a class and the teacher texted me after to check in and then automatically extended my trial period for me to make up for not feeling well 🥲 Really makes the experience feel personal and supportive.

Shannon is the best instructor I have ever had!! The class was a phenomenal workout and the music is so good. The studio is gorgeous and everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. All of the instructors are amazing, I can’t say enough good things about Strong. It’s a must!!

This has to be the best Pilates studio in Austin, because it is truly so much more than that. You can tell from the studio owners, Shannon and Kendra, and all the instructors, that this place is a labor of love. Their joy is poured into every corner of this place. From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you scan your parking validation, this studio is a full luxury experience from beginning to end. PS, they give you cold eucalyptus towels at the end of your workout.
Before class: Park in the garage around the corner from the studio. they validate parking. Greeted at the door by Kendra or Shannon or one of the other lovely ladies that works at this studio. They show you the hydration station, mobility and recovery area, cubbies for your belongings, the immaculately clean showers and restrooms, and finally the studio. When you walk in the instructor greets you and shows you the machine and asks about any injuries they should be aware about. They always make a note to ask your name. There's a cardio side and a strength side and some corresponding weights.
During class: The instructors queue you through the moves, the exercises are demonstrated on the TVs, and while you're in them, all of the instructors (and I've taken all of them now) will give you modifications and amplifications to make the exercise more suited for you. It's a full body workout with the most amazing encouragement and messaging during class!
After class: THE COLD TOWEL!!! The best part. After class I typically do some foam rolling and stretching in the mobility area. Then I take a shower with their nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is a nice, clean shower. Then I blow dry my hair (yeah, they have that too).
This is my favorite place. I am a group fitness junkie, having taking over 200 different classes in the last two years. Orange Theory, Solidcore, Barre, Yoga, Lifetime Fitness, etc. This takes the cake.

I’m a full Pilates convert after attending a few classes at STRONG Pilates near downtown Austin.
I am very active and workout on average four times a week, but BOY I am using muscles I’ve NEVER used before in these Pilates classes. The classes are 45 mins, and in that short time I get far better workouts than my typical gym sessions by far. (The loaded classes I’ve taken include weights, I love using rowers but cycles are an option, too).
The staff are all warm and super knowledgeable, I’ve been telling all of my friends about this place. Highly recommend.
Free validated parking in the nearby garage is a bonus.

Strong Pilates Austin is definitely the best workout experience I’ve ever had! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really motivate you to get the most out of each session. The community is friendly and supportive, which makes showing up something I genuinely look forward to. The workouts strike the perfect balance between challenging and fun. Just got the September VIP package last week. I’m absolutely loving the varied strong classes and “chill” but not chill Pilates class on Sundays. This is the perfect hybrid workout. Brings out my competitive drive with much needed lengthening and toning Pilates. Mixing it up with bikes and rowers makes it such a fun challenge and helps me reach my calorie burn. Telling all my friends to sign up.

Love, love, love Strong Pilates. The instructors are demanding but super nice. The location is perfect and has free parking. I went to opening day and discovered the excellent community vibe and tried the rowing equipment which is top notch. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to STRONG Pilates for 3 weeks now and already feel noticeably stronger. The instructors and staff are super uplifting and supportive, and they guide every workout so well. I love the variety, it’s a great balance of strength, cardio, and core that makes each class feel purposeful and complete!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to grow mentally & physically

This studio is awesome! I’ve been loving every class so far for the past few weeks, and each day definitely has new challenges in store. Both Shannon and Kendra have been extremely kind and welcoming ever since I walked in for my trial, and though I only get to catch class with Carla and Shannon primarily, they are such wonderful and attentive instructors!

Ok…Listen….
1st, I had never tried Pilates before and I saw this IG promo for new “STRONG Pilates unlimited” studio opening so I thought…hmmm 🧐 and signed up..
2nd, working out has not been something that I’ve been super motivated to do, and don’t really look forward to it (at all)!
Well…for the first time consistently, I have been so excited and come nearly 4-6 times a week for 23 days! And Y’ALL!! I can see we AND feel a difference …already! People always say find something you love and you’ll do it…I just may have found it!
Oh…and these instructors are so good! I love all of them (and I think I’ve had the chance to try them all this month!

I love coming here! What makes this studio stand out is the perfect balance of Pilates and cardio. I signed up for the 3-week trial for $99, and honestly—I’m obsessed! All of the instructors are amazing, and I love the rower-former classes. The exercises with weights are challenging in the best way, so I always leave feeling like I got an incredible workout. The staff is so welcoming (special shoutout to Ily, Shannon, and Carla!), and the studio itself is beautiful. I haven’t made it in early enough to try the showers before work, but they look super nice and definitely tempting. Highly recommend Strong Pilates if you’re looking for a great workout and a supportive environment!

Wow! My first time doing Pilates and I’m addicted! It’s challenging but at the end I feel alive and on a high 😅 the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. They go through the reformer and ERG before class and they have TV screens to show you the movements as you go! Can’t wait to try all the classes they offer!

I found this studio through Facebook and had been wanting to try it for a while, but with my wedding coming up in a year, I finally had the push to start.
I have never felt this much intensity and full-body movement in just a 45-minute class—it’s more than I usually get in two hours at the gym! Even though my core strength and balance aren’t the best, the instructors were so patient, encouraging, and helpful. They made me realize it’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up and putting in the work.
The atmosphere is fun, exciting, and incredibly motivating. The instructors truly care about helping you get stronger, and the energy makes it addictive to come back. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something new, challenge yourself, and work toward becoming the best version of you!

Located right of Mopac and 5th street exit, this studio just opened and is offering free community classes now to August 9. I first heard about them via an Instagram ad and figured why not free class let’s do it.
The studio is still under construction and needs some finishing touches, but what they have in place so far is great! They are planning to add a mobility space where you can stretch and things. They currently have 3 showers built, but didn’t see any amenities like towels/soap etc but that may come in the future. They also have a cubby itself to store your things.
The workout itself is interesting! I have never done a rowformer which is a mix of rower attached to the end of the Pilates reformer machine. They also have a bike-former which instead of rower the bike is at the end of the reformer. You will be told whether you will start on a rowformer or bikeformer. You will be rowing/biking for your cardio portion and of note won’t be doing it in shoes - you will be doing it in your grip socks. Class format alternates between rower/bike and Pilates reformer exercises. The class I took did lower leg/abs on reformer with cardio bursts in between. The machines have many different attachments so you can easily adjust the strength/weight to your preference. Can’t wait to try more classes! I enjoy the mix of Pilates with cardio.
Parking is free! They have free 2 hours spots in front or validated garage parking for 2 hours.
