A friend of mine had a medical emergency during class, and the teacher didn’t assist. She instead joked about it and continued the class. When someone almost loses consciousness and is throwing up, they need to be placed in the safety position on their side and an emergency line needs to be notified. Not a pat on the back and continuing on with the class. This is highly unprofessional.

I’ve really enjoyed training here! The gym offers a great mix of workouts—cardio with erg machines, Pilates, and strength training—so it never gets boring. The space is always clean, the atmosphere is positive and motivating, and the staff is welcoming. I also love how accommodating the training schedules are, making it easy to stay consistent. Highly recommend!

I've always wanted to try reformer pilates and I'm so glad to have found Strong Pilates Studio. Back in April I decided to try the 10 day intro pass which let me try out many different classes. I was looking for a new challenge and I definitely found it! The instructors are very motivating and offer hands on corrections if desired or modified moves. Classes are 45 minutes with variety of cardio and weights. I love the music they play and every class ends with a cold towel because you will SWEAT! I would recommend! Great location, teachers and variety in class times. I look forward to class each week.

As I come up on one year as a member at STRONG Pilates, I cannot express how much these classes have changed me for the better. Prior to joining, I had never done a studio fitness class and was kind of nervous. These classes are challenging and push you in the best way. Yes, you will be sore, yes you will be sweaty, yes you will question why you came (lolol), but if you are like me, you'll keep coming back for more. The coaches and staff are all amazing, everyone is welcome here. They have a full class schedule that includes early am (shout out 6am!), afternoon/early evening and weekend classes. I highly, highly recommend!

This Pilates is different than any other Pilates studio I’ve been to. It incorporates Row or Bike cardio training and strength training with dumbbells. I feel very accomplished (and sweaty) after finishing a class. It is very challenging in the best way!

Took my first class here and it was so great!! You can tell the instructors care so much for each and every person in the class. Katrina was so helpful to me as a new student and helped with my form some too. Really appreciated the hands-on adjustments! This was only my second ever Pilates class and I loved it! I have been going to Strong Pilates since they opened and have had great results. It’s definitely not easy but very rewarding and fun. I’m 46 and have some knee and back problems and I’m able to do the majority of the exercises and if I can’t the instructor is always there with another option. If you have been wanting to try it I highly recommended it!!

Very knowledgeable very welcoming very accepting the classes are Challenging and humbling, Makes me realize how much I need these classes in my life as I am three months to 50 years old. I have thoroughly enjoyed this place so far. I did it to support my GF wanting to try something new and have ended up loving it. I’ve been going for about two weeks now and have had a couple different instructors. Both have been very helpful and I appreciate that they focus on different areas ie form, posture, technique, weight range, intensity, etc. The instructors have also been solid at explaining the workouts, showing you how to do them, and gently coaching you on how to improve. I’ve tried out tons of different gyms (though this is my first Pilates gym) and have been extremely pleased with how welcoming both the staff and the other people working out are. People have been very friendly to me here. If you’re on the fence about it, I’d definitely suggest at least trying it out
