Samantha has helped tremendously. I never was into weight training and exercise classes. I only used a few exercise machines after my knee replacement surgery. The machines were a good start but they were not helping me enough with my health issues. I am a senior citizen and Samantha has me doing exercises I never thought I can do. She is terrific and I highly recommend her.
