The gym is great! My daughter was only able to take one class due to schedule conflicts but she loved the class overall. I love the atmosphere & the teaching of confidence! Once her other activities free up we plan to join again soon. We also love the custom leotards, she got to design hers & she’s excited to see it!

My daughter has been apart of the strong girl family for about a year now and we have love every minute of it. We have seen so much growth in her not only in her gymnastics skills but also in her everyday life. Strong Girls help build her as a whole person and that is what we love so much about this gym. It is also great that everyone is so welcoming and the girls gain a family that loves and supports them.

The on boarding process was very fast, easy, and informative. Communicate was very quick and professional. Practices were very detailed on technique and fun. Great location and smells like a new car. ;) instructor was full of so much knowledge and was very great with little kids. Great experience.

I signed my 12-year-old daughter up for gymnastics, but she ended up deciding not to try it. Even though we didn't move forward, I had such a great experience with StrongGirls Gymnastics. The owner took time to answer all of my questions, and the gym itself is super clean and beautifully decorated. When we chose not to continue, the refund process was simple thanks to their "Love It or Leave It" guarantee. If my daughter changes her mind in the future, I know exactly where we'll be going!

We’ve been a part of the Strong Girls Gymnastics family for the past 6 months, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! My daughter started as a beginner, and the progress she’s made has been so inspiring to watch. She looks forward to every class and truly enjoys being there.

The coaches are absolutely wonderful—they take the time to give each girl the attention and encouragement they need, and it really shows in the confidence and skills my daughter has gained. This has been such a valuable investment in her growth, both in gymnastics and in herself.
