Our daughter absolutely loves coming here every week. The coaches are not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly encouraging and patient with each child. I saw a Facebook promotion for 2 trial classes and a free leotard we got scheduled to come in talk about joining with a promotion they had going on while my daughter go to design the free leotard. That apparently they have made locally so it would be there next day when she came to her class. Which didn’t happen nor did she receive it the following time she came for class.

Overall, the coaching didn’t feel very organized. I noticed the coach was on her phone before starting class leading to the class starting late, which didn’t sit well with me. I understand my daughter was just a trial, but if I were a paying parent, I would’ve been upset to see a coach distracted during class time.

When the class finally began, there was no stretching they went straight to the beam. Even then, the coach was still frequently on her phone, texting or doing something else. From what I observed, my daughter really needs a coach who can actively demonstrate the skills she’s being asked to do. For example, when she was asked to do a handstand or cartwheel, instead of showing her the correct form, the coach tried to physically adjust her position by saying things like “move this way” or “turn that leg.” At this age, I feel kids are very visual learners, and a quick demonstration would’ve gone a long way.

I initially assumed the class skipped stretching because it started late, but in the second class, they again went straight to the bars with no warm-up. Afterward, I was told that my daughter shouldn’t have been placed in that group to begin with, as the other girls were Level 2 and she’s currently Level 1. So adjustments had to be made.

All of this combined just confirmed for me that it’s not the right gymnastics gym for my daughter.

We’ve been coming here for over 6 months now and we love it. Most importantly, our kid loves it. The experience has been great, parking is easy and the instructors are great. Instructor to student ratio is good and the instructors give feedback to each parent after every couching. I’d highly recommend it.

I give forever gymnastics the rating 1 because, they advertise on Facebook 6 weeks free however what they don't tell you is you have to pay $600 the first day you go! Your child is so excited when you get there and leaves in tears because no one told you to bring $600.00 the least this place could do is be honest with you up front since they want your business. I believe this is what you call scam just to get you in the door!

Would not recommend. The initial fees are almost $600. That’s signing up for a 13 week program in which a discount is supposedly applied. If you select just one day a week, the deposit is higher. Along the 13 weeks they are still expecting to be paid almost $300 a month. If you don’t complete the program, you don’t get your deposit back.

The price sheet being a secret is the 1st red flag.

I found Forever Gymnastics through Google map search because I wanted to see what’s close to us.

My 2 girls were interested in gymnastics so we looked for a gymnastics center and this one came up kinda close with decent reviews. So we thought we try it. My husband looked it up in the Google search engine and saw that there was a Groupon for it. So, we thought that was cool. We also visited their website and saw they offered a trial class which is great because we had no idea if our girls would like it or not or if we would like it or not. So, we booked a trail class.

Well, it turns out Forever Gymnastics doesn’t allow you to book a trial class and use the Groupon. We had no idea we couldn’t. It didn’t say on their website and it didn’t say on the Groupon. I called to ask about it and they refused to honor it saying it’s for new customers only, however, we were new potential customers. Their definition of a new customer is someone that walks through their door and does a trail class and gets put into their scheduling/marketing system (CRM). Technically, that is called a lead. A customer happens when they bought into your service/product. But anyway, I even suggested that we subtract 1 weekly class from the Groupon to substitute it for the free trial class that they did making it only 3 more weekly classes my girls can do if they honored the Groupon but still they refused. I was pretty stunned about that because I thought it would make up for it. I didn’t see why not. I wasn’t asking for anything more. In the end it sounded like they rather have me sign my girls up at their regular rate even though they had the power to honor my situation. It felt a bit off putting.

The Groupon was for 1 class per week for a month. Purchasing a monthly membership at the regular rate is the same, 1 class a week for a month. The Groupon gave a discount on one month’s rate. That was the only difference.

We were not out trying to get freebies or cheat the business. We only thought we saw a good deal where we didn’t have to put out too much money to try something we weren’t sure about and an opportunity for our girls. This seemed like a small business and we love to support small businesses but maybe this business needs to reconsider making it obvious on their website and on their Groupon advertisement. The owner thought it would make things more confusing but I think it just makes things fair, honest and transparent.

The owner (I think that’s who I talked to) said he gets 1 or 2 calls about this a year so he’s not worried about not honoring it but the way I see it if he did he would be more likely to gain customers and the free advertising via word of mouth, which is the best form of advertising.

If they did honor it I’m pretty sure my girls would have been members of this gym for more than a few months, probably more depending on how well they progressed and enjoyed it. We were hopeful at finding a place they felt comfortable and excited about but I guess that didn’t happen this time. Which is disappointing.

If you want to know about the facility…
The facility seems small and a bit cramped and a bit worn down but still decent. There’s a place for parents to sit and watch if they want. The instructors seemed nice and friendly, including the owner I talked to about the Groupon despite his disagreement. When you do your trial class you get a few text messages asking to check something out and a free surprise gift.

My review above about my experience was not to deter people from Forever Gymnastics but to help make aware that you can’t use the Groupon and do a trail class and if you call the owner, he will not honor it. So, pick one or the other.

I gave it 3 stars because of this issue with using Groupon and doing the trail class with no mention of us not being able to do that. I find that a bit of an issue. To me it’s a bit deceptive as it should have been disclosed somewhere. The situation left me feeling negative about the way customers might be treated if there’s an issue of some sort.

Forever Gymnastics are experts not only in training gymnastics, but are a dedicated team who provides a warm environment for your child’s growth. We stayed with them for 2 1/2 years. My 5 year old came out extremely confident and is content with her learned skills and flexibility. I would highly recommend forever gymnastics!
My daughter is 3 years old and absolutely love going to gymnastics every Tuesday! Everyone there is very nice and caring. I would have to say my daughter started at age 2 and at first it was a struggle because 2 years olds are curious and listen skills aren’t quite there yet but you would be amazed how much she has changed through out the classes. All the upper and lower body strength she has now. Can we talk about the flexibility. She also love to stretch, because stretching is important in this sport. she just learned how to do a cartwheel.I mean come on, who can say there 3 years old can do a cartwheel. Also for the 2 and 3 years old class, they allow the parents to come back and help and watch them during class.
Also want to mention that if we miss a class and I forget to text them that my daughter won’t be attending. It never fells that they alway text to make sure everything is okay with my daughter.
My child is very high strung and they absolutely know how to work with her. I couldn’t of pick a better place then forever gymnastics.

The small class size, taught by seasoned, rapport building coaches; who consistently teach my daughter the foundational skills necessary to master difficult gymnastic techniques while building her confidence is what sets this gym apart from ALL the others.
If you “judge this book by its cover”, then you & your child will miss out on an actual gymnastics class/opportunity.
My child has had the same coach either teaching her class or co-teaching. She has also not been in class with more than 6 other children, and the majority are the same children each time.
Out of the 60 minutes a week she is in class, at least half of the time she is working 1 on 1 with a coach.
The staff at Forever Gymnastics is not there because it is a “job”, they are there because it is their passion to help kids build their confidence and gymnastic skills one class at a time.

Yesterday me and my daughters came to check out this place, thinking this place was the only option around Irving. Well I ended up paying for the trial classes that were $20 each for both of my daughters. After I left a friend of mine recommended I check out another gymnastics place, which we ended up liking 5 miles from this one called Irving gymnastics and decided to cancel the trial at forever gymnastics the same day Like an hour later, As I’m there trying to get a refund that man Jesse which I’m guessing is the coach is not really happy I’m there he refused to give me a refund at first and was a little rude asking why I changed my mind. Which I don’t believe is any of his business as far as I’m concerned we found a better option, after telling him my daughters will not be going there, he then said he will only give me half of my money even tho my daughters were not attending trials. He has no written paper stating no refunds, which I suggest you have something in writing next time. Because i was a entitled to my entire refund. so with that said this place ended up being a joke 👎 . Glad I found another place. Irving gymnastics is 5 miles and for less save your money.

My daughter has been attending for 4 months now, and she loves it. As a parent, I really like that I can sit and watch my daughter during class. I also appreciate that the instructors come and give feedback to the parents after class, to let us know what our children need to work on. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

My eldest daughter has been going their for a few months and loves every Tuesday when she knows it is gymnastic day:) I am very happy with the way the instructors teach and it is money well paid. Looking forward to see within a years time where she will be in gymnastic level.

Don't believe these reviews!!!

My 2 daughters were offered a trial class for $20/each ($42 when paying via PayPal because the owner makes the customer pay his service fee). He said I would get my money back if the girls did not like the class and if they did, the $40 would be applied to tuition, OK fine. We get to the place and it is ridiculously tiny. The kids don't even have enough room to run and flip. The highest bar reached my daughter's belly. After the class, my girls decided they did not like it. The owner said he'd be back to talk to me shortly as he was selling the children cotton candy (all about making more money right?). Well, he disappeared after that, so we left. I sent him a text the next day (this is how he communicates). I informed him the girls did not like the class and asked for my money back. He continued to argue with me stating the girls told their coach that they did like the class. They are 9 and 7, why would they tell a grown man they didn't like his class? Anyways, he said he'd give me a refund if I can in to the small place to talk. I told him I wouldn't have time to come in to talk and then all of a sudden it's against policy (that I never read, saw, signed, nothing) to give a refund after the day of the trial class. He is fishy and a scam. They claim to be Christians, but play their customers so well. I was forced to submitted a claim via PayPal and finally got my money back. This is my daughter's first time and she's enjoying it. The teachers work very well with the students. I'm glad I decided to put her in the classes. They are understanding of my daughter's fear in some areas and are working with her to overcome her fear.

We finally found a place that my daughter loves. They train hard but always make sure that they are safe. The coaches truly care for the kids and always come talk to you after class to give you updates, and if that wasn't enough the place is always clean ! Which is rare to find. I think we found our second home :)

My daughter started a month ago and she loves it. Jesse and Junice are so sweet and works really hard with the students. My daughter coach pushes her to try her best every practice and lets her know what she needs to practice on daily. I couldn’t have picked a better gymnastics school to bring her to.

From the short experiences I have with Nastya coach with her training and competition has made huge favorable and impressionable impact myself. Jesse is a hands on professional trainer, who’s patience and expertise is stellar. His commitment to the kids is beyond reproach. He works tirelessly to ensure each level is accomplished so that are prepared for the level of training. His attention to detail and creates an atomshere of the that “Can do sprit “. Forever Gymnastics has been a huge blessing to our daughters. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly use best practices for their students. The class ratios allow for each student to have ample instruction and correction during each activity.
