Love this Pilates studio! I have tried a few places in Dallas through class pass and this is one of my top faves. The vibe is more relaxed and welcoming than other studios but the workout is just as intense!:) Everyone is super nice. Terri and Destiny are great and I canβt wait to try other instructors.

note to self: beware of this studio's scalping mega reformer. my ponytail got stuck on something at the back of the carriage (so I wasn't even near the springs), and I couldn't move the carriage otherwise the reformer would pull my hair out! π«π« the instructor had to come over and yank my hair loose, and there was literally a hairball on the ground. maybe it's user error, but this has never happened to me before... I think the machines need to be serviced. they're all a little loose and scary.

I have done a private session and group classes starting august of 2022 and it has been a great experience so far. From the front desk, instructors and the owner, Elizabeth who also teaches some classes, have been so friendly and very welcoming. I have been doing the lite classes and I always come out feeling strong and still very challenged. Always looking forward to their stretch classes as well, highly recommended!

Love Studio 6! π Highly recommend it. Iβve been coming here for a little over 5 years now. Iβm up to working out 5 days a week here because Iβm that addicted to the Lagree workout. I have felt myself get stronger and stronger through the years. Also, the instructors here are amazing. They bring their own unique personal style to the classes that they teach along with great playlists that help make the 50 minutes fly by quickly.

I called the studio several times. I was not able to reach anyone so I decided to go by the studio. A class was just ending everybody was talking and cleaning. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I could see the instructor, however she did not acknowledge the fact that I was outside the door waiting. She just kept walking around like I didnβt exist. One of the other students unlocked the door as I was leaving. I walked in the instructor approached me with a very rude attitude. She clearly didnβt want me there so I just left. So if you are black I wouldnβt recommend going to this studio. They seem to be very bias and prejudice against black people. At least the instructor that was there at 2:55 pm on Tuesday 8/3/2021

Equipment looks in good condition, small class size due to each person uses one for the entire session. I have to attend a group class, personal instruction in duet class is a good introduction to the basic moves used in the sessions. Quick transitions and short intervals are the cardio aspect of the sessions. The endurance and spirit aspect of the sessions is performing for the entire session without quitting. I look forward to another session to get a better experience of group sessions.

I can do the workouts at my pace. There is constant supervision and help available from the instructor throughout the class. Instructors look at every individual and reduce/increase tension as they see fit. Good environment and limited number of people in a class. All movements concentrate on strengthening the core, balancing the body, and improving flexibility. Overall it concentrates on making people physically fit instead of concentrating on losing weight. I always look forward to go to a class.

The best full-body workout I've ever experienced! All of the instructors are high-energy, explain each move carefully, and incorporate great music. I transitioned to this from being a daily runner, and I have to say that this cardio is way more intense, I've strengthened my core, and all of my muscles are responding. Start out with private lessons or bring a friend for duets, learn the moves, and then take the Lite Classes. Search for Lagree on YouTube, Instagram or Pinterest. It's a great workout!

After hitting the 100-class/Century Club mark I can tell you that the Pilates Megaformer method REALLY makes a difference! It's a great abs, butt and legs workout, plus a little upper body as well. Elizabeth, the owner, is so passionate about the workouts and techniques - she teaches several of the classes at the Preston Hollow location (NW corner of Preston and Forest, down from the Starbucks). She calls it, "Pilates on steroids". The other instructors are excellent as well.
After the first 2-3 workouts, you'll get used to the soreness (it's good thing) as well as the exercise techniques and Megaformer machines. If you ever have any question about what you're doing, you can always look to your left or right to see how your classmates are doing the exercises. The classroom environment provides a welcome comraderie and community, which is nice. If you're looking for improvement/to get fitter/stronger, come check out a class.

Looking to get back in shape and had a coupon for a free class. I remembered loving pilates in high school and college, but this was even better. Totally low-impact but really effective. I tried the "lite" class, and it was plenty challenging! The overall atmosphere was very positive, and there seemed to be a strong sense of community among both the staff and the women in class. I never felt shamed for pausing when I needed a break, and the instructor was very encouraging and funny.

This class and form of exercise has been a real experience for me. This has been the only class that I have done in years that has really worked my whole body and especially helped with my core. I love this studio/workout facility. The owner and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, the location is great, the studio and Megaformer machines are always clean and, if you stick with the workouts (probably within 6-8 visits) - you'll be sore in places you've never felt before (at first) - you'll notice a big difference in your core, butt and leg strength.

Absolutely LOVE Studio 6. I've been going for over 3 years now, the instructors and owner are welcoming, helpful and fantastic, the work out is really tough but can be modified for all levels. I have never stuck with a workout program for this long and I have never seen the sustained results that I see with Studio 6. I'm an over 40 year old mother of two kids and I am in better shape now than I was in college. It is absolutely a program that works.

Instructor was very helpful during my first class, I received machine details prior to class starting and she came over to me several times during the class to help me with positioning. This was very thoughtful considering the class was full. Also, the attitude of the class was very pleasant...several people also offered their help when I looked confused. Very refreshing compared to other "see and be seen" facilities.

I really liked this studio! The shop is super cute, the staff was beyond friendly and the class was amazing. This was my first barre or pilates class and I loved it. It combined both the barre and the pilates machine. From speaking with others, it is rare for a class to have both.
They offered the class during lunch time (11a-11:45a), which was perfect for a quick lunch break workout.
The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because they only have one bathroom (maybe two) for changing which can delay things if you don't come prepared and I don't believe they have a shower. Other studios I have visited have spray deodorant and dry shampoo out for guest which is a nice gesture.
All in all, I would recommend it and plan on continuing to attend this class through my Class Pass purchase. Since it is through Class Pass, I can't speak to the cost of this class because it was included in my monthly Class Pass fee.

Finding this workout has completely changed my view of fitness and wellness! I have always struggled finding a workout that is full body and attacks my problem area, my core. After working out at Studio 6 Fitness for just a month I have found my clothes fit better and I am visibly must stronger. I now seek out the MEGAFORMER workout EVERYWHERE I travel! This workout also keeps me interested. I tend to loose focus after a couple of months working out somewhere but this studio is always exciting and different routines keep me coming back for more!!!!

A++! I fell in love with the lagree method a little over a year ago at this studio. This studio not only combines pilates principles with weight training, but also has a welcoming environment. All of the trainers are willing to help out their clientele no matter what fitness level you are at. There are currently two locations and they are both in very convenient areas of town.

This is the best workout I've found yet (and I've tried a lot :)!!! The megaformer is amazing and I immediately noticed results, especially in my core.
