I have been with Studio Kailash for two years, with one year being virtual yoga classes over Zoom. I had my doubts when I joined since my body was not very flexible. But the way each class takes you through a gradual progression from warming up, some breathing routines, to more advanced asanas makes it feel so natural. I could see the changes in my body in a couple of months. Now after two years, I feel my body has never been like this before and I am not young :-) I have tried the gym, elliptical at home, aerobics classes but I definitely have enjoyed yoga classes at Studio Kailash the most. Even with Covid, classes have continued over Zoom and I love doing yoga in my pajamas. Annelize and other yoga teachers at Studio Kailash are experienced to conduct these classes online with detailed instructions every step of the way. I highly recommend getting started online till we wait for things to get back to normal or who knows even after that!

Have been going to this yoga center for a few months now. The place has a hidden gem vibe to it because the classes are not crowded but the instructors are highly skilled and the environment is very clean, clam, and elegant. They offer many different types of classes and each class is taught by an instructor that has specialized in that particular niche of yoga. I never knew that there was so many different varieties of yoga, I recommend you try all of these types at-least once (depending on your fitness/experience level) because you’d come out of each class with a different sensation and then you’ll know which type of yoga your body prefers the most at any given point.

I have been attending classes at Mind Body Yoga ever since the studio changed ownership a few months ago. A lot of improvements have been made to the studio - it feels very welcoming from the minute you enter the space. There's a variety of classes offered, so I have plenty of choice each week. All instructors have been exceptional and really care about ensuring that you get the most out of the class.

Great yoga studio with a welcoming feel. Class time is very convenient and you can find a teacher that works for your own style of yoga.

Great studio space with smaller student focused classes. The best place to reset and destress in the neighborhood.

Recently attended the Sunday family yoga class with my 5 year old. We both had a good time. The studio is cozy and has a very family friendly vibe to it. It is a small family owned business which makes you want to support it. I highly recommend the Sunday Family yoga class if you are looking for something productive to do on a Sunday morning.

Yoga for every body! This studio has a very comfortable and peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Coming in as a non-flexible beginner, I was unsure about whether yoga was something I could do. Fortunately Preeti was there to welcome me in to the studio with genuine greetings and words of encouragement. She invites her students to receive the healing and spiritual benefits of yoga, as well as weight loss/strengthening. The workshops, classes and massages that are provided are geared towards personal growth and healing of mind, body and soul. There is also a Bodhi Buddies class for children to participate in. Again, this is yoga for every body!

This studio is not your average studio. When you get here, leave your worries at the door as it has been a healing place for me. They offer yoga and a connection to our spiritual selves in a way I have not found in the NW Austin area. If you want the "gym" yoga, this is not the place for you. They focus on mindful awareness of the body and what it can do which strengthens both the body and mind. Relax, enjoy and explore!

I have been going to Yoga classes here since last March and have worked with Jenn for mindfulness and meditation. It is a very welcoming studio with wonderful, caring instructors. 2013 was a rough year for me and Mind Body Yoga helped me through it all. Such a nice peaceful space.

The instructors at Mind Body Yoga are very personable. I am great friends with the owner Jenn, she is very friendly and knows almost all of her clients by name. I started a couple of years ago, and I've been going there religiously ever since. They have spacious rooms and a variety of classes. Whenever I need a work out I do a more advanced yoga class or the flexibility focus class and whenever I am stress from work I take meditation and restorative classes. Jenn also has started doing one on one mindfulness classes that focus on turning your whole life around and quieting the mind. They even offer massages at the studio! And with the reasonable price range, this yoga studio cannot be beat.
