Studio Three is a well run, clean, professional, and fun studio. All the coaches I’ve had are great with fun, intense, and effective classes. I’d especially like to highlight Kathleen’s interval class. Her energy is contagious, and she keeps the workout challenging, fun, and super effective. She’s a great coach who motivates you to push yourself while still making everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend!

STOP searching! Studio Three is THE BEST in town! It has everything you need, and the team makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in.
Cassidy Rhodes’ cycling class is NEXT LEVEL. She is pure energy - motivating, and so full of positivity that you leave feeling like you can take on the world. Her playlists? Absolute fire, every single time.
I’ve been to nearly every cycling studio in Austin, and NOTHING comes close to Cassidy’s class and S3.
Thank you Studio Three, and THANK YOU Cassidy! 🙌

If you’re looking for an instructor who can push you to your limits while keeping you motivated the whole way through, look no further, Andrea brings the PERFECT mix of energy, expertise, and encouragement! This was my 3rd time as a guest with my son and her class was one of the best! The intervals are challenging but achievable. I really appreciated the way she explains the form and demonstrated the technique to get the most out of the movement. I left feeling confident and proud! It’s evident she truly cares about every person in the room and is invested in helping you hit that goal. Highly recommend to anyone ready to level up their training. All in all Studio 3 is top notch. Wish they had one in my city.

StudioThree is one of the best places to workout in Austin. They make everyone feel like a family united together towards the goal of being stronger and healthier. The variety of classes makes it easier to always get into a class that you want to take each day. After living in different cities and visiting many studios, I can confidently say Studio Three is my favorite fitness center ever! All the instructors and studio team are fantastic, and they do a great job of fostering community.

The variety and quality of classes are the highest level I’ve experienced in Austin under one roof. The instructors create challenging yet tailored class formats, are clearly passionate about what they do and are also very down to earth. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make sure members have what they need to succeed. Members seem to be really focused during their workouts which makes the atmosphere of each class that much more dynamic and fun. So glad S3 is part of my daily routine! Great vibes and energy all around.

This is by far my favorite workout studio in Austin (and this comes from a former Soul Cycle only gal)! You literally JUST have to show up (mats, towels, and cycle shoes are all provided - FOR FREE!) The range of intensity level classes offered and the instructors who work here make going to class exciting (to the point I even hit the 6am now sometimes!). They have you leaving class feeling fulfilled, empowered, and special. The front desk staff make an effort to learn your name and feel welcome every time you walk in or walk out. Highly recommend taking any class by Carla, Josh, or Andrea! I would shelfishly gatekeep this studio, so I could keep them to myself, but sharing is caring.

Every week, I genuinely look forward to Feel Good Friday with Andrea 😍
This week in particular was a tough one work stress, life stress, and just feeling off in my fitness journey. But despite the lack of sleep and low motivation, I still managed to wake up at 6am to boot, scoot, and boogie over to class.
Andrea brings the perfect mix of energy: bubbly, welcoming, and absolutely hard-core. She makes every class feel like a party, and it’s because of her that I’ve chosen to stick with it even on the hard weeks. Her playlists alone could turn any day around.
I’m so grateful for Andrea and the entire team at Studio Three. They keep me going, and I’m truly excited to keep showing up for myself early alarms and all. It’s always worth it. 💪✨

This is a great gym! They've rolled the three major trendy gym concepts (HIIT, yoga, and spin) into one subscription, giving you that fun class environment while offering a sense of variety.
The facilities are high end, and they provide solid equipment (Manduka yoga mats, nice spin shoes, towels, etc.), so you don't need to worry about bringing a loaded gym bag.
The staff are all quite friendly, making a point to remember your name and interact with you - so you encounter a nice social element at Studio 3 as well.

We had a corporate event in Austin and I wanted to set up some group workouts to do in the morning before our events started. After some searching I found Studio Three in ATX. Lem was so kind to help get our group booked for morning classes- helping me book on behalf of the larger group and putting us next to each other! Once we got there, he was there to greet us, tell us where to go, had our company name on a welcome sign at the front door, and both instructors during the week gave a shoutout to our group. It truly made us feel so welcomed!
Wish I lived closer but would definitely recommend to anyone in ATX. The studio was so nice and clean and all the amenities they offer are great. The instructors and classes were great, too!
Thank you Lem and Studio Three for welcoming Arrive Health!

I booked two slots through fast pass but only one went through. They would not accommodate my plus one without an additional charge. It only makes sense I wouldn’t want to pay extra. I didn’t like that they were so keen on taking my money instead of marketing their business to me. I wouldn’t want to workout here if their focus is about making money and not the customers. Lost the chance for two customers because they couldn’t be adaptive.

I took a class with Cassidy Rhodes once and was shocked. She didn’t acknowledge me once and hardly ever even looked at me. I got very strange vibes from her the entire class, maybe it was that I was new but anytime I try a new class the instructors always take the time to talk to me and introduce themselves. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a bad day for her or i don’t know. I decided to take a cycling class of hers and realized it really was just her. There were two other new ones there that day and she pulled them aside and talked to them both about how they liked the class but anytime she would even glance at me it was the most unwelcoming feeling ever. I do not reccomend any classes she provides.

Love this studio! Have been going here since the summer and every teacher creates a wonderful experience. When it’s your first class they make a point to introduce themselves and when they see you again they make you feel welcome every time you come! Specifically would like to give a shoutout to Cassidy Rhodes as I’ve been going to her 3x3 and cycle classes in the mornings. She is enthusiastic every class and makes sure to build on the progress each student makes from the last class. She puts a lot of thought into the moves and choreography. I have gotten so much stronger just by regularly going to her 3x3 or hi def class three times a week. I will continue to go to her classes in the new year because of how much they have helped me!

Three studios, one membership?! Yes, please! The reservation system keeps you accountable for showing up to class.
Everything is provided for you so no need to bring yoga mat or cycle shoes. Nice locker room and showers with Malin+Goetz toiletries and Dyson hair dryer. Having The Well right within the studio is super convenient for grabbing a smoothing, juice, coffee, or food after class. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and modern... but, it's the instructors that keep you coming back. Shout out to my favorites Alana and Mackenzie for cycling, Carla and Ana for yoga/hi def, and Jess for interval. Everything from their level of instruction, music playlist, and overall workout has you feeling so GOOD when you leave there. So much value in one membership!

If you love group classes and want to take several per week at a great price, this is your spot. The unlimited membership allows you to take a variety of classes at a super competitive cost.
Parking: I’ve seen some negative reviews about the garage- it is terrible, however, if you come to the 6/7am classes there is always plenty of street parking. Just try to park in front of the studio on 6th, do not walk down Brazos from behind the studio.
Instructors: there are so many good ones- Jess, Ana, Cass, Kennedy, Tess, Carla are all so good. You can’t go wrong with any of them.
Cons: some classes are very crowded, I wish there was visibility/picking your spot for the yoga room classes like 3x3 and hi def. I’m not crazy about the bikes, I wish I liked their cycle classes more.
Interval and 3x3 are my fave classes- super high intensity if that’s your thing.

An awesome place!
I have been going to S3 for more than 3 months now. My favorites are cycle and Interval classes. The cycle room is designed beautifully with lots of possibility to engage with the podium. The lighting is amazing and the speakers are full sound. But, my most favorite are the bikes. The bikes are double magnet, super friendly to adjust and just take you to another level of cycling.
Interval room is organized perfectly. The workout itself depends on the instructor but after you find your favorite you can have a top-notch workout. The routines change up quickly so you can get three different sequences in a week if you keep going.
The yoga room is filled with nice mirrors. Almost everyone can see themselves if the room is not super full. I would say for the hot yoga class, the heat is not as much as you would expect.
Hi-Def is one other favorite of mine. It can get super intense and a good combination of strength and stability.
Overall, it is a super nice studio with very engaging and friendly instructors and staff. The use of the space has been smart and the vibe you get in when entering the studio is super friendly and cool. I do sweat a lot in this studio.

I loved Studio Three in Chicago and was excited to join when I heard it was opening a location in Austin. I have been attending classes regularly for a few months and believe they have hit their stride. The schedule offers diverse classes that feel centered around a similar mission. The instructors are incredibly competent, kind and welcoming, which makes me want to return each week. I also appreciate some of the smaller tweaks since opening such as the elimination of rental fees and a free parking option. I definitely recommend checking out a class and becoming part of this community.

Studio 3 finally opened so I figured I’d give it a try.
Cons:
- parking isn’t actually free so you’ll pay at least $5 every time you visit on top of your membership or drop in.
- I did the interval class and no one bothered to wipe anything down. I was in another person’s sweat puddle.
- set up for spin classes was wonky and not very functional
Pros:
- super clean and nice space
- 3 different workouts in one space
- cafe
- instructors all seem really nice
Overall:
I like that they have yoga, interval, and spin but truth is the master of many is the master of none. The interval training is essentially orange theory. For spin and yoga, they don’t even come close to ytx yoga (1 block away) or soul cycle (2 blocks away) so I think I’d just go to those places for my spin and yoga classes. The space is really nice and I appreciate the amenities but they are still missing a lot of the small touches of a boutique fitness studio. For now, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I went to the cycling class, this might be a very personal opinion but I hated the music. When I work out, good hype music rly pushes me especially w cardio workouts. I was enjoying the work out but j hated the music sm it made it unenjoyable. They played the most trendy tiktok songs and bad remixes. Again this could be very personal but i think incorporating some rock, rap, or like throwbacks that are hype would be cool.
Went back and did butt and legs with Sarah, I rly enjoyed it. It was such a nice work out. Also the mic was good, if you’re new it was easy to understand. Also music was nice this time lol

The space is very beautiful. I love that they have a smoothie/healthy eating spot in the same building.
But . . the spin studio. Is interesting. The bikes are horrible and hard to set up. It’s super hard to get to your bike due to the limited space between the bikes. It seems like they’re trying to do the same Peloton setup which probably works for a studio that’s mostly online. But I was so focused on how awkward the bike was that it was hard to focus on the class.
Also the instructor had mostly fast runs during the class. Which sure fine. But it makes the class kind of boring. Alana is the lead instructor here and she’s AMAZING. The class I took wasn’t with her. Please recruit some instructors from Ride or Love.
I know they’re just starting out so there’s grace. But seriously questioning the bike choices and cycle studio setup.
I won't be coming back. I go to orangetheory and heard the interval classes are a carbon copy of that except they don't wipe in between machines. Yuck. No thanks. I'll just stay at OTF.

Really nice space! Did a 45-min. cycling class. Brand new studio, so everything was new and clean. I enjoyed the class but wish the volume had been lower (all cycling studios seem to crank it as loud as possible). I also wish parking was fully validated (it’s $5 in their preferred garage). I went on a Sunday so I was able to snag free street parking. Overall really liked it and will go back!

For being more of a luxury studio, it was absolutely beautiful but overall lacking the "luxe" touch. Front desk staff is super kind & instructors are hype & clearly love their jobs.
For the interval class I asked if it was similar to Orange Theory and I was told no but it is exactly like it. There is no intro or quick "beginner set up" before class. If I had never gone to OT I would have been lost in the class as it is a bit confusing for a newbie and very hard to hear the instructor with no visible screens to read what we were doing I had to trust the person next to me heard the instructor. Also we were switching machines without ever wiping them down from person to person and I was pretty bothered by the exchange of sweat/germs. At OT they have quick wipes by every machine.
For the yoga, I believe I had Michael, he was awesome and I enjoyed his class. I would have loved if there was something to wipe my mat down after class. During many hot yoga classes at the end they offer a cold moist towel during the last 5 to 10 minutes or fans to cool you down, this class was lacking that touch.
Also parking is not truly validated you have to pay $5 every time you go to the garage the recommend. Overall if you are doing drop ins you are spending $35 every time $30 for the class, $5 for parking.
I don't think I would be back unless there was another special.

Beautiful facilities. Very crowded! I think a lot of people are taking advantage of the free trials classes. Fairly young crowd, lots of college students.
I tried an interval class and "heated" yoga. I would say both were geared toward beginners... people just getting in to fitness. The interval training mimics Orange Theory but without the heart rate monitor. Instructor was very engaged but I didn't love the format. We spent a lot of time switching stations vs. actually sweating.
The yoga... very simplified and not very hot. There seemed to be a lot of first timers in the class and the instructor adjusted accordingly.
After spending 2.5 hours here, I left feeling like I still needed to do a workout.
I would recommend this studio for anyone looking to get motivated and start a fitness routine.
I personally would not go back as there are better options in the area.
